"Where are we going?" Sullyoon asked while they were currently making their way to the parking lot of their school.

Well, that's the problem...

Jinni is not planning to go out, to be honest, she didn't know why did she ask the other girl if she was busy or not. Going out it's not something Jinni would do, so she remained silent.

She wanted to knock her head on one of the walls here in their school. For what reason? Let me tell you. It's, for this reason, she doesn't have a single idea of the places they can go.

"Well uhm, to be honest... " she holds her nape.

She hesitate, if she said she doesn't know where they will go, she will be looking like an idiot.

"What?"

But she shakes her head at the end.

"Haish, screw this, forget it"

She wanted to get eaten by the ground in so much embarrassment.

"Hey, you okay?"

She nodded, more like forcibly nodded because she is not okay.

"Yeah"

"You don't sound like it"

She frowns... Is she that obvious? She started to get a sweat on her forehead.

"Be honest, you don't know where will be going, right?"

She stops, as she let out a smile shyly, can't utter any word.

"So I'm right," the other girl said with a straight face.

She gulped, and the girl is not even showing any emotion. What will she do? She closed her eyes for a second.

God, I'm so dumb... Now, what am I gonna do?

"Why did you ask me to go with you when you don't even have an idea what place we will go to?"

She gulped and shyly smiled at the girl, but Sullyoon seems not affected by that smile because of her straight face Jinni wonders what is she thinking at the moment.

Is she mad? Is she expecting me to really go out with her and hang out?

"U-hm, to be honest, I don't know"

"You serious?"

Sullyoon looks at her in disbelief...

"Y-yeah... I'm not the kind of person who always goes outside to hang out... And if we will going to do that today, It'll be my first time hanging out with you"

Sullyoon arched her eyebrows...

"But we already hang out together with Bae and the others"

"I mean, h-hanging out with only the two of us"

Sullyoon was caught off-guard, she didn't expect Jinni to say those words.

"But if you don't want to, it's ok-"

Before Jinni can continue what she was saying, Sullyoon signaled her to stop.

To be honest, she's keeping herself looking at her with a straight face. She restrained herself to let out a smile earlier but she thinks it's too late to do it now. And because of that, she let out a loud laugh, earning a confused look on Jinni.

"H-huh? Why are you laughing?" she asked, slowly letting out a smile at how cute her laugh is.

"Chill, okay? I'm not mad, Bae said to me last time that you really not the type of person to always hangout"

She let out an amazing look...

"Really? My cousin said those to you? Is she digging her own grave?" Jinni whispered but Sullyoon heard it all.

"Don't kill her-" she paused.

"I-I asked her to tell me more about you," she said and looked away, getting embarrassed.

Jinni winded her eyes, but not that much. She was more, amused at the girl.

"Why do you have to ask her when you can directly ask me instead?"

Sullyoon felt her cheeks start to get red... Asked herself how can Jinni ask those words easily?

"Well, I thought that if I did, you won't gonna tell any information about you anyway"

Jinni frowned...

"Why?"

"Because I thought that you hate me, so I didn't dare to do so and asked Bae instead"

"Hmm, well if you're thinking I hate you, it will never happen"

"Oh"

"So, are we good?"

Sullyoon smiled genuinely...

"Of course we are, I never hated you too anyway"

Jinni offered her hand...

"Friends?"

"We already are, but if you want to confirm it, yes we're Friends"

"No! This is unfair! Why can't I get it?!"

She shouted, feeling a little bit frustrated while controlling the lever of the claw machine, tapping the button nonstop but failing to catch the small-sized teddy bear.

Jinni was only watching her at the back, laughing and enjoying how Sullyoon was struggling to get the teddy bear inside the claw machine.

Earlier, Sullyoon was the one who decided what place they will go to. So she search on the internet, and despite that she was still not that familiar with the place, the internet helped her a lot, so she mentally thanked for the advanced technology.

And there she is, she already spent too much coin but she is still failing to get even one.

"Argh! I'm so done with this! Whatever, it's just a teddy bear anyway"

Sullyoon was pouting the moment she turned her back to meet with Jinni, who was now staring at her. Sullyoon noticed those stares, but then Jinni looked away and made a straight face.

"You done?"

"Let's go somewhere else, I give up"

"Let me try"

She was about to walk at the claw machine when Sullyoon stops her from doing so.

"it's just a small-sized teddy bear, Don't want to spend more money"

"But it's my money, though"

Sullyoon looks at her...

"That's my point! Exactly! It's your money, so I don't want you to spend a large amount of money again, the money I used earlier was enough"

"But, I still have many in my pocket"

Sullyoon smacks her...

"Flexing your money huh?" she jokes.

"You can say that"

"Well, even if you had a black card on you, you must still have to spend your money less"

"Well, I have a black card"

Sullyoon winded her eyes...

"You what?!"

Jinni laughs at her reaction.

"Yes, I have, but I still had no access to it... Maybe soon?"

"Let's cut it! Still, the money you had were what your father earned right? So you must not spend them on useless things"

Jinni stops when she heard her father's name. She doesn't want to ruin the mood, she's enjoying their hangout, and she won't gonna let it affect her. So she forcibly smiled at the latter, wanting to hide a sad, bitter, anger in herself.

"Are you ordering me?" she asked, trying to shake off what she was feeling.

The brunette girl closed both of her arms...

"Yes! You must listen" she said, pointing her index finger to her.

Jinni stares at her, she is not the type of person who follows what other people will order her to do. But the girl is glaring at her, what can she do? Nothing...

They spent another time walking around the mall. The Sullyoon she's with is very different from the Sullyoon she knew at school.

She barely talked, she hasn't seen her being this hype. She hasn't seen her being this loud, but did she hate it?

NO... SHE LOVES IT.

She never imagined that there would be a time like this, that she will gonna get closer to the other girl.

She felt comfortable, she felt safe. She felt like she can be herself whenever she was with her, she felt so happy again, and alive somehow.

How many years had been? Since the last time, her heart beats like this? She doesn't know.

Because it's different of the feeling when she's nervous, it's different when she's tired, it's different of the feeling when you're worried about something or to someone, it's just, very different...

"So this is where you live?"

She asked when they were already outside the car.

"Yes, why did you ask, you ready went inside right? Y-you even sleep there"

Jinni suddenly felt nervous, when the kissed scene suddenly pop up in her mind.

Shit, not now Jinni.

"Y-yeah, I did. But I was kinda sobber that time and the alcohol still affects me so I didn't get to take a glimpse of the whole interior design"

"Oh, you want to come and see it inside?"

She wanted to say Yes, she badly wanted to say yes. But she doesn't want to disturb her, besides it's pretty late at night.

"No, it's okay, maybe next time?"

Sullyoon was a little bit disappointed, but she understand her.

"Yeah, there's still next time"

"I enjoyed the time we spent together today, Sullyoon"

She smiled at her, and she received another smile in return from the other girl.

"Me too... I enjoyed it a lot"

"See you tomorrow?"

"Y-yeah"...

Sullyoon was about to turn backside her apartment when Jinni stops her.

"What is it?"

"G-good night, and sleep well"

Sullyoon felt her cheeks redden, as she let out a shy smile.

"I-I will have a good sleep... Good night too"

After that, Jinni only looks at her until she was already inside, nowhere to be seen. She saw the lights turned on, indicating it was time for her to go back to her condo now.

She entered her car and stared at the steering wheel for a couple of seconds. She was still processing what happened the whole afternoon...

"I did it... Were cool, you made it, Jinni"

She smiled at the end, as she started up the engine, stepped up the gas, and made her way back to her condo, remembering all the moments they had earlier.

"I win"
