The time has come, the battle between best friends is now underway. Who will stand tall after the battle is over? 'Eastern Wave' Abell, the one who wants to wait it out and take a more cautious and thought out approach or the strongest diva, Uta who wants to hurry and face the culprit who laid ruin to Elegia ten years ago? Staring each other down, Uta and Abell refused to acknowledge each other's goal on Tot Musica and the argument soon turned into a heated battle. After bursting out of Uta's room, everyone else goes outside to watch the scuffle with heavy hearts.

"Stay there until I kick this fool's ass!" both women said in union.

Everyone understood and took a few steps back as Uta and Abell locked eyes with each other. Those two have been known to spar with one another on a weekly basis, but a fight with the intent to hurt each other is rare. This is especially the case for Abell who tends to be the calmer one. Uta makes the first move and takes a step forward towards Abell before suddenly disappears from Abell's line of sight. Abell has seen this trick before and knows how to counter Uta's amazing speed.

"Chain Barricade."

Abell unravels her chain and swings it around herself creating a small barrier around her. The speed that Abell was spinning the chain at was enough to shatter the stone around her to rubble. Uta suddenly appears behind Abell and tries to strike her spear with her spear, only to be parried.

"No matter how fast you are, it won't matter to me if you can't land a hit on me." Abell said as she continued to swing her chain around. "Show me you're worse."

Uta disappears again and sparks fly as Uta hits Abell's chain from different angles. All of the sudden, Abell gets struck in the gut, breaking her concentration slightly. Abell looks over to see Uta pointing her spear towards Abell. Abell can't believe that Uta managed to land an attack through her defense. Abell quickly swings her chain across the air, but Uta jumps in the air dodging it.

"Don't act cocky." Uta warns as she swings her spear in the air. "Diva Dart: Demolish!"

"Chain Barricade!"

Uta then thrusts the end of her spear through the gaps between Abell's swings. Since Abell's hands were occupied by swinging her chain around, she has no means of defending herself and she takes the barrage of spear strikes. Luckily for Abell, Uta didn't activate the blades so Abell has been taking blunt attacks rather than getting stabbed.

Is Uta capable of attacking me through my swings using Observation Haki? Abell wonders as she endures Uta's attack. Still, the fact she didn't try to stab me still proves she's going easy on me. That or she's hesitating to hurt me.

Then, Uta did something unexpected and jumped right through the spinning chain surprising everyone, including Abell. Uta punches Abell in the face causing her to bleed a bit, but she remains unfazed.

She's fast enough to dodge my swings? Abell asks herself in shock. Even though my chain swings can surpass the speed of sound?

"I warned you, didn't I?" Uta asks, raising her leg up. "Don't underestimate me."

Uta then kicks Abell's side and sends her flying into one of the abandoned buildings and thus causing it to collapse on Abell. Uta then dashes towards the location where Abell is and prepares to attack her again.

"Shot Glass!"

The weighted end of Abell's chain shoots out of the rubble, but Uta deflects it with her spear.

"Rebound!"

The chain's trajectory changes and goes for her back, but Uta strikes it with the end of her spear. The chain swivels around the air, but Uta easily deflects all of the chain strikes.

It's incredible to think she can control her chain despite being crushed by rubble. Uta thought as she continued to knock the chain back. Abell has grown stronger.

Suddenly, the building rubble begins to fly towards Uta. The diva activates her observation haki and swings her spear around, slicing apart the incoming pieces of rubble with ease. Abell then jumps up from the debris with her chain wrapped around her haki enhanced fist. Uta lifts up a stray piece of rubble and easily tosses it back towards Abell with great force. Abell easily punches the debris to pieces and prepares to attack Uta. The diva covers her spear with haki and swings it to collide with Abell's fist.

BZZT! CRACK! CRACK!

Black lightning erupts from the two's attack blowing away the surrounding rubble that was previously thrown. Pitch quickly gets between the pair and the others in fear of getting in the way of the damage as she can sense something unbelievable.

What is this feeling? Pitch thought as she watches the fight. Is this a clash between Conqueror's Haki? That would mean that...

"Hahaha! I had a feeling that was the case! You can use it too!" Uta laughs. "I expected nothing less from you!"

"You flatter me." Abell said smiling. "However, I have a lot to learn since I only awakened my conqueror's haki recently."

The two try to force each other back with fist and spear which causes the ground beneath to crack beneath their feet. Then, the two knock each other back and begin to attack each other with fist and spear colliding into one another. With each clash between the two, black sparks fly causing the air to quake around them.

"I'm happy you know." Uta said to Abell who is a bit confused from the statement. "If I want to be under anyone's order, it will have to be someone of their caliber. After all, those who wield the Conqueror's spirit are said to have the quality of a king!"

Uta kicks Abell's temple with enough force to make her bleed. Abell retaliates back by headbutting Uta hard enough to knock her into the ground.

"I have no interest in becoming a king. That's your job." Abell said, rubbing the blood off her forehead. "Besides, don't compare my prowess to the likes of you or those monsters."

Uta jumps off the ground and throws a punch towards Abell for which Abell counters with a jab of her own and black lightning shoots outwards from their fists.

"You're right. Shanks and Luffy are very special." Uta agrees as she begins to force Abell back. "However, don't sell yourself short because you are really strong!"

Uta raises her spear behind her and Abell anticipates what Uta will do.

"Diva Divot: Dicer!" Uta yells.

Uta swings her spear up and creates a long range slash which Abell blocks with her chain covered fists. Abell plants her feet onto the ground, but is unable to hold her ground and slides across the pavement. Abell tries to force the slash back, but is unable to and crashes into another building. Everyone watches as Uta slowly begins to overwhelm Abell. While it's obvious that both have become stronger since they last fought, it's clear who is more superior in terms of fighting ability.

"Who knew Abell has conqueror's haki?" Echo said, shocked. "I can believe I can witness a clash between two conqueror's haki users!"

"It's not that surprising given Abell's background." Pitch said as she crossed her arms. "Abell is born from a strong family after all. She is quite lucky."

"Don't you think they're taking things a bit too far?" Rave asks. "Shouldn't we stop them?"

"No." Gordon said sternly. "It's not our place to stop those two. After all, this is their way of solving arguments."

"By fighting until they're unconscious?" Rave asks nervously.

"By proving who has the strength to lead the other." Gordon answers. "This is that type of battle."

It didn't take long for Abell to rise up from the debris and dust herself off. Uta wasn't at all shocked that Abell was able to shake off her attack, but she expected it to do a bit more damage. The best her slash did was slightly bruise Abell. Uta holds up her spear in preparation and clicks the button on the staff releasing its blades.

"See? I told you." Uta said smiling. "Now I'm forced to try even harder on you."

"Of course you were going easy on me." Abell said as she began to swing around her chain. "You are acting quite snappy today, I wonder why."

"Who knows? Maybe I'm just having fun." Uta answers, shrugging her shoulders.

Abell runs up and tries to punch for which Uta dodges with ease.

"Cut the crap, I can smell the Wakeshrooms." Abell said disgustedly. "I warned you about those, didn't I?"

"And yet, I still have sanity intact." Uta said, tapping her head. "Relax, I have only been taking it for the last three days."

"That's not the point." Abell growls as She raises her hand up towards Uta and the diva flinches as she knows what is coming up. "I would rather avoid fighting if possible, but circumstances won't allow that it seems. Let's get this over with quickly."

Here it comes.

"Drain."

All of the sudden, Uta jumps up from the air and disappears from Abell's point of view. The woman clicks her tongue in annoyance as the young diva escapes her. Abell hears something strange in the air and looks up to see Uta floating above her.

"You have a dangerous power that can subdue anyone." Uta said. "But just as I have suspected, with such a handy power, there has to be some limitations to it, right?"

Uta then jumps off the air and hardens her fist with haki. Abell hardens her chain with haki and tightens it between her hands.

"After fighting you so many times, I have figured out the way your power works!" Uta proclaims loudly. "Uta Blaring Punch!"

Uta slams her fist into Abell's chain and the air around the two women ripple. Abell knows that she can't beat Uta in a contest of armament haki and quickly retreats before Uta has the chance to break her guard.

"In order to activate your ability there are two requirements." Uta explains. "One, your target needs to be in range. About a distance of six meters give or take a few feet."

Abell ignores Uta's chatter and reaches out her hand towards the diva.

"Dra.."

Before Abell could activate her powers, Uta's eyes glow red and she taps Abell's hand away from her with her spear which annoys her.

"Second, you need to activate it by aiming your hand towards me." Uta said proudly. "Pretty straightforward if you ask me."

Suddenly, Uta feels a sudden weight at the end of her spear and sees Abell gripping it. Abell then opens her opposite palm and aims it towards Uta.

"You don't need to see the future in order to figure out my powers." Abell said calmly. "However, you should follow your own advice."

"Uta Kick!" Uta yells as she kicks away Abell's hand.

The diva then jumps in the air and kicks the top of Abell's head, dazing her and loosening the grip on Uta's spear. Uta pulls her spear away from Abell and swings it around.

"Diva Divine!"

Uta swipes her spear, cutting through Abell's clothes and skin. Abell grits her teeth in pain as she watches blood seep from her wound, however the cut itself was quite shallow.

"Damn, even without gaining power with your Drain Drain Fruit powers, your muscles are as hard as steel." Uta comments. "Makes me wonder if slicing you with my spear will even do much."

Uta then leaps towards Abell and thrusts her spear into Abell's abdomen. Abell covers her stomach with armament haki and when the mic spear hits her midsection, but the tip of the spear was still able to pierce her. However, Uta wasn't able to budge the spear forward as her abs are too tough to puncture.

"No way." Uta said in shock. "It's like it didn't hurt you."

Abell then grabs Uta's spear and pulls it out of her hand while she is still shocked. Abell grabs the spearhead and crushes the blades between her palm.

"Trust me, that hurts." Abell said as she tossed aside the mic spear.

Abell then grabs Uta by her collar, making sure she can't escape her grasp and tightens her opposite hand into a fist and hardens it with haki.

"You are well aware of my tricks, but I can guarantee you that you don't know all of them." Abell said as Uta struggles to break free by punching and kicking her. "You guard yourself well."

"Uta Clamorous Kick!"

"Lavender Slam!"

Uta slams her foot into Abell's face while Abell punches Uta in the gut. The result between the two clashing was brutal as Abell's head was sent straight into the ground while Uta flew into a building. Everyone winces in pain as they watch the two fighters get up from the other's respective attack. Abell grips her face in pain as blood gushes out of her nose while Uta clutches her stomach. Uta tries to walk forward, but ends up taking a knee instead. It was strange. Despite guarding herself with armament haki, Uta felt as if she took the full brunt of Abell's punch.

"Abell hit me hard, but I can surely recover quickly after a punch like that." Uta grunts out loud. "What gives?"

Uta looks over to Abell who begins to grow and buff up. It was then did she understand what had happened. Uta twists the handle on her spear and a new set of blades replaces the broken one.

"You're a smart one so I'm sure you have figured out the trick." Abell said as she walked towards Uta. "I'm able to hit you with my Drain Drain powers directly by physically touching you via attacking. The more damage I deal the more powerful the effects are."

"That explains why I feel surprisingly weak after getting hit by such a straightforward attack." Uta said after she spat out some blood. "However, it doesn't look like the effects aren't as strong as the normal use."

Uta then gets up and cracks her neck smiling.

"See? I've already recovered." Uta said as she did some short hops. "You drain a little bit of my energy for a little strength, but is that really worth it?"

"We'll just see, will we?" Abell responds back. "Show me what you got."

"Sure." Uta said as she raised her spear. "Just remember, this is your idea."

Uta then twirls her spear around and begins to launch several flying slashes towards Abell. At a glance, Abell could tell that there was no way she could dodge so many projectiles so she hardened her entire body with armament haki and tanks all of the incoming slashes. Abell grunts in pain as Uta's overwhelming barrage pierces through her skin. Uta keeps up the pressure, but notices that her arms are feeling a bit heavy. Uta ignores this and runs forward while releasing more slashes.

"Diva Divot: Divulse!" Uta yells as she runs towards Abell.

Once Uta got close enough to Abell, Abell swung her fist outwards in hopes of catching Uta off guard. However, Uta has seen this attack coming and stabs her spear into the ground, then uses it to vault above Abell's fist. Abell swings her fist behind her in hopes of catching Uta, but she is nowhere to be seen. Suddenly, Uta drops on Abell from above and grabs her into a chokehold. Abell gags and tries to break free from Uta's grip, but finds it to be quite the challenge.

"You seem to be losing your grip." Abell said, smirking at Uta who's trying her best to knock out her opponent. "Wonder what the cause is."

Uta doesn't answer Abell and tightens her hold on Abell's neck. However, Abell doesn't seem to be fazed and stands up, lifting Uta on her back. Despite her physical strength, Uta is a lightweight in comparison to Abell and not as muscular too. That being noted, Abell is capable of carrying Uta with ease and does so effortlessly.

"Hey, what do you think you're doing?" Uta grunts as she knees Abell in her side in an attempt to stop her. "I'm not going to let yooo...."

Abell kicks off the ground resulting in a surprising burst of speed that even took Uta off guard. Abell rams through several buildings and breaks through several more walls with Uta taking the majority of the damage. After running through six buildings, Uta finally loses her grip on Abell and the woman takes the opportunity. She grabs Uta's arm and swings the diva around in circles.

"HeeEEeeeYY!" Uta yells angrily. "PuuUUt MMee DOWN!"

"As you wish!" Abell said with a nod.

Abell hurls Uta into the air causing her to spin around in midair. Due to how fast Uta is spinning, her sense of direction was off and was unable to recover let alone get her balance back. Abell jumps from building to building until she is above the spinning diva.

"Cocktail Chain!"

Abell punches Uta in the face, sending her crashing into the building causing it to collapse on her. Abell successfully lands gracefully back on the ground and watches as Uta breaks through the fallen wall with ease. Uta now has a cut on her forehead and holds it in her hand and looks at Abell with a pained expression. Uta attempted to take a step forward, but it only resulted in taking a knee.

"If you are wondering why you are feeling weak every so often, it's due to the effect of my previous attack, 'Lavender Slam'." Abell explains. "That attack drains your energy at random intervals preventing you from functioning properly and during those random times your energy gets drained, my strength increases temporarily."

"And how long do the effects last?" Uta asks, standing up straight.

"Until I undo the spell or one of us goes unconscious." Abell answers.

"Plenty of time for me to kick your ass." Uta said as she picked up her spear. "Alright, I'm done playing around."

"I can tell." Abell said with a nod. "Let's get serious."

Suddenly, Uta and Abell both let out a strong burst of Conqueror's haki which knocks out the birds in the sky and puts Gordon and Echo fell to their knees. Pitch and Rave, on the other hand, were able to endure the powerful burst of haki.

"After sizing each other up, those two have no reason to pull their punches." Pitch said. "They are done sparring."

"You call what they previously did sparring?" Rave asks, pointing to the destroyed buildings. "Those two are basically leveling the place!"

"Just stand back and watch." Pitch said, ignoring Rave's comment. "The future of Elegia is riding on who wins this fight."

"Uta Onslaught!"

"Party Punches!"

Uta punches and kicks Abell in rapid fashion while the latter tries to counter with her own punches. Slowly but surely, Uta starts to overwhelm Abell, but Abell is easily able to endure Uta's attacks and tries to counter with a kick.

"Hard Negroni!"

"Dubstep!"

Uta quickly jumps off the air, dodging the attack, and then begins to fly around Abell. Uta then lets loose several flying slashes towards her target from all angles. Abell takes her chain out and swings it around.

"Shot Glass: Binge!"

Abell deflects all of the flying slashes and then sees Uta moving towards her side and then strikes her with her chain. However, Uta was able to see through that attack and she grabs Abell's chain, preventing her from retracting it. Uta lands on the ground and a game of tug of war begins.

"You think you can beat me in a contest of brute strength?" Abell asks as she tries to pull her chain back.

"As if my goal was that simple." Uta scoffs as she raises her spear up.

Damn it! That's her goal!

Uta jumps up letting Abell pull her in and she uses the momentum to land a few kicks to her chest and finally a knee to the face. Abell endures the attack, but the barrage was enough to break her focus and loosens her grip on her chain.

"Diva Divine." Uta yells as she slices Abell's chain down the middle.

"Damn it!" Abell yells angrily. "Party Punch!"

Uta's eyes glow red and she raises her leg up and covers it with haki which successfully blocks Abell's punch. Abell throws a punch with her opposite fist, but Uta parries it with her leg and both knock each other back after clashing. Abell wasn't just mad to see her chain break, she was down right furious. Her chain only broke on a few occasions and each time it happened, it never went well.

"You idiot, you didn't have to do that!" Abell growls as she tosses away her chain. "You better pay that with..."

Before Abell could finish her sentence, Uta jumps off the ground and lets loose a powerful uppercut which was strong enough to make Abell bleed.

"Fine then, have it your way." Abell said, spitting blood. "Strength Sap."

Suddenly, everyone watching from the sidelines begins to lose the strength to stand. Gordon and Echo were already weak from getting in the way of Uta and Abell's haki clash so they were pretty much drained of all of their strength. Rave couldn't stay on her feet, but Pitch was able withstand the attack somewhat. Uta was barely able to avoid the attack by moving away from the angle Abell's hands were at. Uta lands on the ground and looks over to her hands which were shaking slightly from the sudden loss of strength. The diva watches Abell grow even taller and gain muscle mass. Comparing her to Uta, who is one hundred and sixty nine centimeters tall, Abell is twice her height making her at least ten feet tall. Any normal person would tremble at the sight, but not Uta.

"You know, I've always wondered what the max amount of strength you can steal is." Uta said smiling. "It must be tough to maintain that form."

"Even if it is, it won't help you in this battle." Abell said as she cracked her knuckles. "Worry about yourself, why don't you?"

"Don't sweat the small stuff, easy target!" Uta cackles as she hardens her spear with haki. "Diva Divine: Divulge!"

Uta slashes Abell's torso and is surprised to see that her attack only scratched her skin. Uta is in utter shock, but refuses to give in.

She did that without using Armament haki? Uta wonders, shocked. How tough is her body?

"Tickles." Abell said as she adjusted her shoulder. "Try again."

"Diva Drill!" Uta yells as she begins to twirl her spear in place.

Uta thrusts her spear into Abell's torso, but that only resulted in sparks flying. Apparently, Abell's new gained muscle mass combined with her Armament haki is capable of easily being able to deflect Uta's attacks. Uta then begins to wildly slash away at Abell which barely damages her. Uta then punches Abell in the gut with an haki enhanced fist, which causes Abell to groan in pain. In response to Uta's punch, Abell curls her hand into a fist and raises her arm. Seeing Abell ready to make a counterattack, Uta raises her spear up to defend herself.

"Bourbon Mash."

Uta's eye's glow red and she foresaw a bad future, but it was too late and Uta hesitated.

Must dodge!

Abell's punch was much faster than Uta had foresaw in her future and it caught her off guard.

Will I be able to...

KA-POW!

Abell's punch lands against Uta's spear allowing Uta to block it, but the power behind Abell's punch is several times stronger than her normal attacks.

The hell is with this power?! Uta thought as she uses all of her strength to try and push back Abell's punch. It's nothing like her other attacks. It's like trying to block a cannon fire at blank range!

Abell pushes her arm forward and breaks Uta's spear in half and hits her chest. Uta nearly blacks out from the punch and is shot back into another building which falls apart upon impact. Pitch and Rave stare in shock at their friend's brute strength. They have never seen Abell in this form before and her demonstration in power easily proves why she is the leader among the Section Leaders.

"Was Abell always capable of this?" Rave asks Pitch. "She's way too strong."

"Under normal circumstances, she can't." Pitch said. "However, Abell gains strength depending on how strong the target she steals it is. The stronger the target, the more power she gains."

"That's how it works?" Rave said, shocked. "I didn't know that. I thought it was fixed."

"That's what she thought too." Pitch said with a nod. "But, Abell recognized it soon after sparring with us for so long. Naturally, after sparring and becoming stronger, the power Abell gains from us has increased."

"And she becomes a titan of a human?" Rave concludes.

"Yeah, but maintaining all that power within her body must be taking its toll." Pitch said. "Luckily for Uta, Abell can't gain any more power after taking the strength of us and some of hers. Also, as long as she bottles up all that extra strength, it will slowly wear her out and will become immobile."

"But it will be meaningless, if Abell defeats her first." Rave finishes.

"Exactly." Pitch said with a nod.

"You seem to know a lot about Abell's powers." Rave noted. "Why is that?"

"Abell told me not too long ago." Pitch answers. "She said that knowing her weakness would be necessary, in case something goes wrong."

"She didn't tell Uta?" Rave asks.

"I guess she wanted to keep her trump card secret just for this very moment." Pitch guesses. "After all, Uta has been keeping a lot of secrets from us, so it would be fair for Abell to have some as well."

"Fair enough." Rave said. "How long do you think Abell can keep up in that form?"

"I'd say five minutes, maybe eight." Pitch said after a bit of thinking. "If Abell can't defeat Uta by then, it will be Uta's victory."

BZZAP!

Uta's conqueror's haki bursts out from the debris causing everyone to shiver. Then, Uta jumps out from the debris and lands on top of one of the buildings looking down at Abell. Uta's forehead was bleeding and her clothes were now in tatters. The woman looks up at the angry diva and can't help, but sees nothing of the fun-loving diva. Looking up at her from the cloudy sky, it was like staring at a smiling demon.

"That hurt you, bitch! Your punch nearly knocked me out!" Uta said as she wiped the blood from her mouth. "Still, I bet you can't hold all of that extra power in you for long."

Abell narrows her eyes at Uta and shifts her feet to get into a fighting position. Uta takes off her headphones to see that they're broken and tosses them aside. Due to the crazed look in her eyes, Abell can only assume that Uta's personality is being devoured by the effects of the Wakeshrooms.

"You know, those Wakeshrooms you have eaten seem to be doing more than just keeping you awake." Abell noted. "Now, it's more like a pain killer and adrenaline booster."

"You say that like it's a bad thing." Uta said glaring at Abell. "In order to beat you, I think some tricks will be necessary."

"You anticipated this fight?" Abell asks. "I can't say I'm surprised."

"Don't act like you didn't come with some either." Uta said pointing at Abell. "That being said, don't think the same trick will work on me twice."

Uta jumps down from the building and lands on the ground cracking it beneath her feet. Abell couldn't help, but took a few steps back away from Uta.

"You're in real trouble now." Uta said, smirking evilly.

Is it just me or is Uta's haki even stronger than before? Abell wonders as she begins to break out in a sweat. Has she grown even more during our battle?

"You know, this will be a good time to test something." Uta said smiling.

"Test something? I thought we were being serious here." Abell said, confused. "I didn't take the strength of my friends just to play with you."

"Let's have a contest of strength." Uta said, approaching Abell. "The rules are simple. No dodging and we will each punch each other once until one of us hits the ground. Of course, you don't have to follow along, but I will."

In comparison to Abell, Uta is a shrimp and Abell's muscle mass doesn't bode well for Utas. This makes the Section Leaders wonder if Uta is even capable of backing up her words. Still, Abell can't help, but be furious at how playful Uta is at this moment.

"As if I would lose in such a silly game." Abell said, looking down at Uta. "Your overconfidence will be your downfall."

"Well then, if you're so confident, why don't you make the first move and punch me?" Uta challenges.

Abell wasn't sure whether to fall for the taunt or not, but Uta's confidence is pissing her off.

"Careful what you wish for." Abell said as she flexed her arm. "You won't like the result."

Uta was as relaxed as can be as Abell reels her arm back and clenches her fist.

"Bourbon Mash!"

Just as Uta promised, Uta didn't move as Abell hit her in the face. Abell hit her so hard that Uta's head was a blur due to the backlash. Abell grits her teeth as she looks at Uta after she launches her punch. Everyone was shocked to see Uta only suffering from a simple cut to the lip. Uta looks at Abell and smiles evilly making her shudder.

I expected her to take more damage, even if she used Armament haki. Abell thought shocked. How did she take my punch so easily?

"My turn." Uta said, wiping the blood off her face. "You better put your guard up."

Abell doesn't understand it, but the aura Uta is giving off is immense. Every fiber in Abell's being is telling her to move, but there is no way she can hit as hard as her.

"Uta Blaring Punch!"

WHAP!

The sound Abell's punch made was similar to a whip crack. Uta punched Abell in the stomach with all her might and the sound Abell made was horrific. Abell takes a few steps back and vomits blood after Uta retracts her fist from her stomach.

Internal bleeding? It's like my muscles didn't even matter to her! Abell thought as her knees began to buckle. What was that? it can't be haki, can it?

"Well, it's your turn." Uta said smiling. "You know, your punch is as comparable to Luffy's. Trust me, getting punched in the face by him was one of the most painful things I have gone through. "

"What's your point?" Abell asks as she regains her composure. "You didn't turn into a masochist, did you?"

"My point is that I can endure a strong punch to the face." Uta said, tapping her cheek. "Although, in order to test my endurance, I needed to take your strongest punch."

"Do you think this is a game?" Abell roars angrily. "Take me seriously, damn it!"

"Well then, what are you waiting for and hit me!" Uta yells back. "Make your move and try to defeat me!"

KA-POW!

This time, Abell went for an uppercut knocking Uta off her feet. Blood flies from Uta's mouth, but despite the powerful attack, Uta lands back on her feet relatively fine. Abell couldn't believe that even with the use of Armament haki, the result was still the same.

WHAP!

Without warning, Uta goes for a haymaker to the jaw. Abell was in absolute shock at the power behind Uta's punch, but after getting hit by her twice, she understood why she was taking so much damage from Uta's punches.

I've heard about this once from Pitch a long time ago, the use of a form of Armament haki called Ryou. Abell thought. She told me that the samurai there had the amazing ability to cut without the use of cutting and can damage their opponents without making physical contact. In other words, they can deal internal damage by using an advanced Armament haki.

Abell returns the favor to Uta and slugs her in the stomach, but Uta responds back by doing the same. This time, however, Abell couldn't take the pain and her knee hit the ground.

Without a doubt, Uta has mastered this unique form of Armament haki. Abell thought as she coughed out blood.

Abell couldn't believe it, but Uta has beaten her in a battle of fists. However, this has proven one thing to Abell and it's that Uta has gotten stronger.

It's no wonder her punches were able to surpass my strengthened body. Abell concluded as she picked herself up. But, still...

"Alright, I had my fill." Uta said, pounding her fists. "I'm raring to go now!"

"Are you telling me the truth this time?" Abell asks as she puts her head between her knees. "You monster."

"Hey, not too long ago you wanted me to go seriously." Uta said, looking down at Abell.

Then, Uta crouches down to Abell and begins to whisper in her ear.

"That is, only if you still have it in you to continue." Uta whispers.

Furious, Abell swipes her legs across the air in hopes of hitting Uta. However, the diva quickly performs a short hop and jumps above Abell, successfully dodging her kick. Then, she stomps both of her feet into Abell's face and drives her head into the ground.

"That's it! Now, we're getting serious!" Uta cackles. "In the very beginning of the fight, you told me to show you my worst, well I hope you get exactly what you wanted!"

Abell grabs Uta's ankle while she is talking and heaves her in the air. Uta attempts to break free from her grip by using her 'Dubstep' technique, but Abell's grip on her was too tight. Abell then throws Uta into the ground with enough force to leave a comical impression of her body in the ground.

"There! How's that?" Abell asks, gasping for breath. "I still have strength to spare!"

Uta begins to grumble in a low voice which makes Abell walk closer to hear what Uta was saying.

...My body...it's burning up...

My memories so good and awful, it seems they gave me a grudge.

"Damn it!"

But I have left bitterness and resentment behind me.

After hearing Uta sing, Abell quickly backs up as Uta's Conqueror's haki bursts out from the ground.

And it is all thanks to him.

Abell watches as Uta slowly rises up from the ground bleeding from her head and her eyes glow violet as she glares at her.

Look, it's the clowns who think they know
How crushing loneliness can be!

Uta pounces towards Abell and the Section Leader quickly prepares a battle stance.

You know nothing 'til you come with me!

"Uta Roaring..."

"Party Pun..?!"

And run wild!

"Onslaught!"

Release your rage!
Let the winds of wrath blow them away.

Time to go rage!

Uta let's loose a barrage of punches and kicks to easily overwhelms Abell who can't even counterattack.

Let's punish them all!
For their love, I'm done trying to trust.

Abell looks around to see Uta coming at her in multiple directions. She was so fast that she was a blur.

Abell quickly backs away from Uta and tries to get some distance between her and Uta.

Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na!
Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na!
Na-na-na-na-na-na-na-na!

Much to Abell's confusion, when she looked behind her to check up on Uta, she was nowhere to be seen. However, Uta's singing echoes throughout Abell's head making it almost impossible to find her by sound.

By the end, everything turned to red,
It was brutal yet so beautiful.

Abell suddenly sensed Uta behind her and turns around to only get struck from the back of her head.

A kind of red, pulls you in
And won't let you look away.
Make you feel a bit feverish.

Abell tries to dodge by ducking, but it only resulted with a kick to the jaw.

Scarlet crimson lit up from behind.
So bright, it'll make you go blind.

She's moving so fast, my eyes and Observation haki can't keep up. Abell thought as she regains her composure. Not only that, her singing is messing up my judgement and I can't follow her by sound either!

Hypnotizing every eye,
That sees its red aura blazing
Held captive by the allure.

This time Abell attempts to jumps to one of the buildings to get a better view. However, Uta was quick to catch and punches Abell to the ground before she could even step foot on the rooftop.

My heart got tangled up bad and now it's frayed.
No matter how much I've learned.

As a last resort, Abell swings her arms wildly as an attempt to counter Uta somehow.

I understand but my anger's here to stay,
The words rush out.

POW!

Abell was able to hit Uta somehow, but Uta was easily able to block the attack by covering her arms with haki. Uta glares at her as she raises her arms in the air and preps for the chorus.

Let's run wild!

Uta's voice bursts out from her mouth with the power of a loudspeaker at max volume. She was so loud that Abell, an individual who was no stranger to working in loud noises, had to cover up her ears as the pain behind the volume was much too great to bear.

Release your rage!
Let the winds of wrath blow them away!

Uta kicks stomach with enough force to blow Abell's oversized body a great distance and crashing into one of the buildings.

What was that singing? Abell wonders as she holds her head in pain. No person can scream that loud naturally.

Time to go rage!

Abell then bursts out from the building she landed into and starts to punch wildly at Uta, but she dodges every single one of her punches. Uta then quickly bends back and kicks Abell in the chin before flipping back on top of one of the buildings.

Let's punish them all!

Abell and the other Section Leaders looks up in the sky and her eyes widen with shock.

Gonna play with fire, backlit...

"The sky...the clouds..." Rave said in shock. "They're pink?!"

By the flames!

Uta's eyes glow violet as she begins to wave her arms around. Then, several small music notes surround Uta causing disbelief among those watching.

"But we're not in the Uta World though." Abell said stunned. "How on earth is she doing that, unless..."

Uta looks at her hands and feels a strange surge within her and smiles.

"You're in trouble now." Uta said smiling mid singing. "How will I thank you in return.

Uta swirls her fingers around and the tiny music notes form together.

Though my anger exhausts me and I fall apart...

 Eventually, the music notes Uta created combined together to become large eighth notes. Uta looks down at Abell and points to her which caused the giant notes spin around in place and hurl towards Abell.

Damn it, need to dodge!

My actions may cost me but,
I can't let go of the past I refuse to move on!

Abell quickly dodges the incoming music notes, but was unable to avoid the last one and it hits her like a battering ram. However, Abell was able to catch the note and break it apart by crushing it with her arms.

I know if you would listen, you would understand.

A pair of red and white wings suddenly formed on Uta's shoulders and she jumps down from the building to confront Abell. Abell runs up to Uta assuming that she is unable to sing and use her powers for much longer and throws a punch towards the diva.

It's time to enter into my bad,

Uta then spreads her fingers and swings her arm across the air creating a barrier that looks similar to the bar line of a music sheet.

Dreamland you made for me and suffer like I have...

Abell then punches the bar line, but her punches had no effect as they bounce off. Uta then manipulates the bar lines and condense it into a ball.

So let's run wild!

Uta then releases the ball of music towards Abell and when it made contact with her, the ball exploded into tiny music notes.

Abell tries to stay on her feet, but she was barely able to keep her conscious. Then, Uta waves her arms in the air and several fire crackers appeared at her friend's feet. Abell didn't notice until it was too late.

Uta raises her arms up signaling the fire crackers to go off and engulf Abell in flames. Abell helplessly tries to cover her body with Armament haki as a way to protect herself, but Uta didn't give her the chance and punches her.

So this is the power of an Awakened Sing Sing user. The power to combine the real world and the Uta World. Abell thought as she struggles stay standing. When did she awaken it? It couldn't have been soon.

Time to go rage!

Uta was sweating bullets as she fought Abell and it was clear that she's reaching her physical limit. Her nose begins to bleed and her eyes are bloodshot. Still, Uta ignored the warnings her body was giving her and continues to sing.

Let's punish them
For their love, I'm done trying to trust!

Uta then creates a massive spear using her awakened abilities and heaves it above her head. Abell in turn hardens her fist with haki and clenches it tightly. In the back of her mind, Abell knew what the outcome, but it will be dishonorable to stop now.

"Bring it on!" Abell yells. "I'll use every once of my remaining strength to defeat you!"

Abell runs towards Uta as the diva swings her spear towards the woman. Abell's fist glows red as she flexes the muscles in her arm and tighten her fist with all of her might.

"Bourbon Cognac!"

"Diva Devastating Divine!"

Abell's fist and Uta's spear smash against each other which resulted in a loud booming noise. Black lightning blasts outward from the two as metal and fist try to overpower each other.

"Abell." Uta grunts as she puts more force into her swing. "I must thank you. I would never have gotten this strong without your help."

"Yeah, I figured." Abell said smiling. "But, it's time to end this."

"Yeah." Uta agrees as she grits her teeth. "I'm sorry."

"Don't be." Abell said.

Uta didn't skip a beat and redirects Abell's fist by kicking it, then spins midair and slams her spear on top of Abell's head with great force. However, Abell was able to stay conscious and slammed her fist into Uta's stomach. Both attacks were equally strong causing Uta to vomit out blood and making Abell's nose bleed. Uta smashes Abell straight into the ground causing it to crack and shatter, but was sent flying into a building which collapsed on top of her. Pitch and Rave look up into the sky to see the pink sky crack and shatter apart which means that Uta's spell has broken. Not only that, but their strength has returned indicating that Abell's powers have also worn off.

"You go check Uta and I'll go check Abell." Rave said as she stood back up.

"Got...it..."

Rave didn't understand why Pitch trailed off, but looks back and sees Abell slowly sitting up from the ground. Her injuries look pretty severe now that she has slimmed down and has returned to normal. Then, the sound of rocks falling could be heard and Uta rising up from the rubble and tumbles to the ground exhausted. Uta's hair was undone in the conflict and her clothes were in tatters. Both were panting heavily and were covered in dirt and injuries.

So that's what it feels like to use my awakened powers. The cost in using this power is much more than I expected. Uta thought as she coughed out blood. My throat is burning and my vision is blurred. Even when using it for no more than three minutes, the cost is way too much to bear!

Abell, who has returned back to normal, slowly limps over to Uta. In response, Uta gets up and puts on a fighting stance.

"What will...you do now?" Abell gasps. "Where will...you take us?"

"TO A NEW GENESIS!" Uta yells proudly.

"Hahaha....I'm glad...that I followed you..." Abell said, exhausted. "...and congratulations...on your..."

Abell couldn't finish talking as she suddenly coughs out blood. All of her wounds, which were sealed shut by her muscles, all reopen and she falls backwards bleeding profoundly. In the battle between Uta and Abell, it's Uta who's walking away victorious and has the right to decide what fate lies for everyone's future. Pitch and Rave immediately went over to aid Abell leaving Uta there to stare at Abell's defeated body. Uta slumps to her knees exhausted and then she feels water hit her head. She looks up to see that it is beginning to rain.

"Damn it all..." Uta groans as she scratches her head in irritation. "I sure as hell don't look like someone who's achieved victory, do I Abell?"

Uta lets the rain hit her face, washing away the blood and dust from her face and sighs. She begins to think about the battle she just had and then reminds herself of the demon that is Tot Musica.

I had that much of a hard time fighting Abell, how well will I do against that monster? Uta thought as she stood up. What do I do now?

Well, there's the conclusion to the battle between Abell and Uta. Many things happened here that are worth mentioning in this chapter. One is that it's now shown that Abell is a Conqueror haki user. Next more details on how Abell's Drain Drain powers work. We get a look on how much stronger Uta got since she her last battle as her strength, endurance and haki have improved. It is even shown that Uta has gotten a grasp on how to use advanced Armament haki. Finally, we get to see what happened if Uta were to awaken her devil fruit powers. There were some other points too that was mentioned in the battle such as the Wakeshrooms and the return of 'Backlight', but main point is that the winner ended up being Uta. With the conclusion of the fight over with and victor coming up as the diva,  Uta now has the right to lead the charge. However, will her current abilities be enough to face Tot Musica?
