Things were set to a near standstill as the Heroes and Villains battles it out as Tiger and Pixie Bob fights off against both Magna, Spinner and the small handful of Nomus whose numbers were slowly dwindling thanks to Pixie Bob's Stone monsters battling it out. Meanwhile, Cross-Z Charge and Grease were more successful on their end as they were slowly pushing back against both NightRogue and Kraken.

However, their focus dwindled a bit when they saw the notification coming up their display about Y/n using the Hazard Trigger. This of course gave both Transteam Users a chance to knock the Sclash Riders back, making some distance.

Kraken: Aw, what's wrong Riders?... head somewhere else?... is this really the best time to lose focus?... one wrong move...

He then brought up the Transteam Gun and took shots as he yelled.

Kraken: And you'll die!...

Night Rogue also took his own shots as both Riders either dodges and/or blocked the hits as they conversed to one another.

Grease: Oi Ryujin, this notification... you don't think...

Cross-Z Charge: No, he definitely did... he used the Trigger... which means we gotta go...

It was then the two loaded a single full bottle, either the Robot or Dragon Fullbottle respectively, into their summoned Twin Breakers in Beam Mode and fired off simultaneous attacks.

Caught off guard by the Charged Attacks, both Kraken and NightRogue were blasted back as their armours sparked with damages, but they were slowly getting back up. Taking this as an opening to go, Grease and Cross-Z Charge were about to make a run for it when the ground in front of them were shot.

Judging from the angle, the Riders knew it couldn't have came from Kraken and NightRogue when they heard steps approaching near them. They turned to see two figures walking out of the forest and revealing two young man, both looking identical to the other with the most distinguish difference is there colours as one had blue hair and clothing while the other was red in the same manner.

But what really got both Riders on guard was that both held Fullbottles with gear-like design, coloured in red and blue, while they also wielded a Gun similar to the Transteam Gun except it was purple and gold. These were none other than the Gear Engine and Gear Remocon Fullbottles and the Nebula Steam Guns.

Grease: Now who the hell are you lot?...

Demanding for an answer, Grease and Cross-Z Charge stood ready with their weapons loaded as the Red one smirked and scoffed.

???: Oi oi, what's with the aggression?... such anger, aren't you guys supposed to be the "peace-keeping" Kamen Riders?... doesn't even give me and my brother a chance to introduce ourselves...

The blue one then turned to his twin, a small glare directed at his red counterpart.

???: Why waste words on the weak, Kaima?....

The red one now identified as Kaima turned back to his brother, shrugging with a grin.

Kaima: Why not, Kanato?... this guys are going to be crushed anyway... might as well send them off with them knowing who kicked their ass... Anyway, Grease... Cross-Z... I am Kaima and this is my twin brother, Kanato... and we...

As he gestures to himself with an arm around his brother, who tries to shake him off with annoyance, as he showcased his Red Gear Bottle.

Kaima: Have been tasked of crushing you both... oh what fun, the first battle using the Kaiser System...

At his words, the Riders were confused as they looked back at one another.

Grease/Cross-Z Charge: Kaiser System?...

Kanato: Kaima, enough.... 

The Riders turned back when Kanato raised his voice at his brother, who took a step back but his grin only grew.

Kaima: Yes, I am getting ahead of myself... now, shall we have make our debut...

Kanato: ... We shall....

Kaima then inserted his Red Gear into his Nebula Steam Gun.

GEAR ENGINE!!!

He then pulled the trigger as smoke shot out and floated above the two with an announcement.

FUNKY!!!

Kanato then followed as he inserted his own Blue Gear into his own.

GEAR REMOCON!!!

He then pulled the trigger as another shot of smoke exited the barrel and floated above to join the smoke, making it bigger with another announcement.

FUNKY!!!

Then the two spoke in sync.

Kaima/Kanato: Jundo!...

Then the giant smoke cloud covered the two as holographic images of gears manifested around them as the smoke showcased them wearing black armour with rhythmic beeping. The Holographic Gears then slammed into each armour, now showcasing the two in similar armours with different colours and opposite designs.

ENGINE RUNNING GEAR!!! 

REMOTE CONTROL GEAR!!!

The blue one introduced himself, his voice indicating he was Kanato.

Kaiser: The Cold-Calculating Controller: Kaiser...

The red one then followed, Kaima's tone showcasing gloat as he followed.

Kaiser Reverse: The Excited-Wild Engine: Kaiser Reverse!...

The two then spoke together in sync.

Kaiser/Kaiser Reverse: By the will of our creator, you shall be crushed...

They announced as the two raised either blue left and red right geared arms respectively as they charged at the Kamen Riders. Grease was the first of the two to run at them in response as he sets his Twin Breaker into Attack Mode to block strike at Kaiser, only for Kaiser Reverse to speed towards him and grabbed his arm, holding the attack in place.

Grease: What the?!...

It was then he got kicked back by Kaiser and launched back. Cross-Z Charge of course, was shocked and was about to run to assist when he suddenly turned and had to block an attack from the now recovered Kraken.

Kraken: Hoy hoy, you didn't think we were done yet... right?...

It was then that Kraken attempted to grab at Cross-Z Charge with his tentacles, only for Cross-Z Charge to use his flames to create some distance but then NightRogue had launched out of the ground and uppercutted Cross-Z Charge, launching him towards where Grease had landed.

The two Kamen Riders now stood back to back as they now had to deal with two more opponents and this wasn't going to be an easy fight. As they readied themselves as they rushed at two of them, Cross-Z Charge thought to himself.

Cross-Z Charge (Inner thoughts): Sorry Y/n, but you're just going to hang on a little longer!...

As the Riders duels theirs opponents in an unfair fight, thinks were getting heated somewhere else.

Meanwhile...

Y/n had thought to himself and had made his decision and transformed using the Forbidden Item and transformed into a new form, Kamen Rider Build Hazard. 

With his enhanced strength and speed of his new form, Build Hazard is now better able on fighting one on one against the infamous Muscular.

With his new power, Build Hazard is now better able to move in faster speed compared to either his Sparkling and Sclash Forms as he attacks Muscular from different directions, each hitting harder then any normal attack his thrown so far in order to finish the fight. However, the Blonde Villain grin only grew as he began to enjoy the fight as he tries to keep up and attack Build Hazard, desiring to see blood from the Kamen Rider.

Muscular: HAHAHA, THIS IS THE BEST!!!... I HAVEN'T HAD A FIGHT LIKE THIS IN YEARS!!!... MORE, MORE!!!... JUST LIKE THOSE PATHETIC WATER FOOLS, SHOW ME!!!... SHOW ME BLOOD, BUILD!!!...

Hearing the villain mock Kota's deceased parents, Build Hazard glared at Muscular as his rage begins to build up. His anger growing to fast that his focus was only on Muscular in order to make him pay, that he dismissed everything even the voices in his head.

(Inside of Y/n's head)

The female voice trying to gain his attention and sway him back to the right mind set while the other didn't do anything.

??? (In his head): Y/n, you must calm down!... your anger is taking control!... You!... help me!...

??? (In his head): There's no point, "Queenie".... the kid's anger is getting the better of him and the Trigger is only accelerating his aggression... there is no stopping him...

???(in his head): You... I though you had changed and promised to help assist him... so he doesn't repeat ______'s mistake...

??? (In his head): ... It's different, the kid's will is much stronger then him... and I can't exactly use the same trick I did with ______ since his genes aren't fully awaken yet... all we can do... is just watch and hope he can gets his head straight sooner or later...

The female voice went silent as she and the other voice could only be an audience for what's coming.

(Back into the fight)

Build Hazard dismissed everything as he battles out against Muscular, the villain's mocking only grew Build Hazard's rage until his vision began to darken and flash. He could feel himself began to slow down as he started to slowly lose feeling to his limbs.

The Rider was then launched back by Muscular and landed just a few steps away from the wall. The villain grinned to himself as watched the Kamen Rider getting back up to fight once more, but then Build Hazard grabbed his own head and though to himself.

Build Hazard (Inner thoughts): My head... I can feel myself... fading....

It was then that his mother's words came to him.

Amilie (Flashback): This will cause you to go berserk... and lay waste into anything on your path...

Build Hazard (Inner thoughts): No... Nooo!...

Amilie (Flashback): whether it be enemies... or comra-

It was then that his mind went blank as he looks towards the ground and his arms hang almost lifelessly as his body stand still with little sway. Muscular, seeing the Rider standing still, was confused.

Muscular: Huh, what is this?... giving up already?... YOU CAN'T BE, I HAVEN'T HAD MY FUN!!!.... SHOW ME BLOOD!!!...

It was then that Muscular grabbed a boulder with his enlarged arm and threw it at the standing Kamen Rider with a scream.

Muscular: SOMEBODY GIVE ME A REAL FIGHT!!!...

However the boulder had no effect as Build Hazard smashed it to nothing with a closed fist which was covered with a dark purple aura as he slowly looks up.

Muscular: HAHAHA!!!... NOT BAD, BRAT!!!... FINALLY GETTING SERIO-OOOF!!!...

However the villain's words were cut short as Build Hazard rushed at him and lands an uppercut, momentarily causing Muscular to stay in the air. 

However, that didn't stop Build Hazard from continuing his assault with heavy left blows that kept the villain in the air til he was smashed into the ground and then kicked away.

The villain rolled to a stop as he slowly got himself up, pain flaring everywhere in his body so badly that his grin went stiff for a second until he grinned once more, despite the blood leading from his mouth.

Muscular: N-Not bad, but I'm not done yet!... THIS IS WHAT I WANTED, SO COME ON!!!... GIVE ME MORE, BUIL-GAAHH!!!...

He was once again interrupted as Build Hazard had appeared in front of him again and punched him in a gut, launching the villain back near the cliff wall, but Build Hazard appeared behind him and kicked him back. 

This continued on as Muscular was treated like a pinball as the Kamen Rider was appearing from seemingly every direction and attacked the villain with hits that even he was slowly succumbing to.

The attack stopped as Muscular was then grabbed by his throat as he was hanged near the cliffside that overlooked the camp. In pain, Muscular was showing little signs of fear as he begins to "plead" with the Rider

Muscular: H-Hoy, i-isn't this t-too much?... are y-you really t-trying to k-kill me?...

Build Hazard ignored the villains words as the Rider then pressed on the Hazard Trigger and cranked the lever on the Driver.

MAX HAZARD ON!!!

GATA GATA GOTTON!!! 

ZUTTAN ZUTAN!!!

GATA GATA GOTTON!!!

ZUTTAN ZUTAN!!!

The Driver then announced.

READY GO!!!

It was then that Build Hazard lets go of Muscular where he falls by the cliffside wall only for Build Hazard to appear near him as he grabs Muscular by the back of his head, electrify him and smashed him into the wall as they fell while the Driver finished an announcement.

OVERFLOW!!!

YABEI!!!

They continued to ride down the cliff till the reached near the ground as Build Hazard pulls Muscular head off the mountain and smashes him into the ground. The villain was now writing in pain, but no sympathy was given as the Rider kicked towards a tree, there force in Build's Hazard's "light" attack caused the tree to topple over the villain.

Muscular was pinned and couldn't even move as his entire body was in pain and was bleeding everywhere, now whimpering in fear as he watched the Rider slowly stepped towards him.

Muscular: H-Hey, s-stay b-back!... l-leave me a-alone!... PLEASE, DON'T KILL M--

His pleads went silent as they morphed into gaging as Build Hazard grabbed the fallen tree stomp and threw it away and grabbed Muscular by the throat with his left hand and lifted him up as his right hand went near the lever.

He then cranks the Driver, ignoring the villains begging.

GATA GATA GOTTON!!!

Muscular: S-Stop...

ZUTTAN ZUTAN!!!

Muscular: P-Please!...

GATA GATA GOTTON!!!

Muscular: H-Heroes aren't meant to kill!!!...

ZUTTAN ZUTAN!!!

Muscular: I THOUGHT HEROES DON'T KILL!!!.....

READY GO!!!

HAZARD FINISH!!!

It was then that Build Hazard lets go of Muscular and lands a devastating kick towards Muscular head, the Hazard Finish causing the A-Rank Villain head to explode in a gory fashion as the headless corpse slowly falls to the ground. 

(Music Ends)

Blood puddled around the corpses and around the surrounding area, a majority being smeared all over Build Hazard as he looks over the corpse with an emotionless gaze. His attention only being taken away when an explosion was heard as Build Hazard looks over to see explosions and sounds of battle all around the camp and the purple smoke that blanketed the area.

His body, as if seeking for more chaos, then pulled out the Bottles in his Driver and replaced them with the Taka and Gattling FullBottles.

He then cranked the lever and stops.

TAKA!!! GATTLING!!!

SUPER BEST MATCH!!!

DON TEN KAN!!! DON TEN KAN!!!

GATA GATA GOTTON!!!

ZUTTAN ZUTAN!!!

ARE YOU READY?!!!

It was then that Build Hazard had transformed with little different to the armour except that the helmet motifs had changed to a Hawk and Gattling gun, signifying his transformation to HawkGattling.

UNCONTROLLED SWITCH!!!

BLACK HAZARD!!!

YABEI!!!

With the change, larger versions of the HawkGattling's wings sprouted from his back and the HawkGattlinger appeared in his hand as he then took flight, now searching for a new "opponent" as the blood on his armour flown off as he took to the sky.

However, he was unaware of a figure hiding behind some trees as they watched the Rider soar away.

???: Tch, so he really used it... this makes things a little difficult since those other two are occupied... guess it's my turn...

It was then that the figure brought out a small object, the moonlight causing a silver shine as the object revealed to be the Wolf Fullbottle. The figure then takes out another object, revealing another Build Driver and equips its onto his waist as he speaks.

???: Hunts on...

Meanwhile...

Heading to where Aizawa would be, Izumi was carrying a very injured Shino as Kota was running by them and were fortunate to see the insomniac teacher who looks like he was searching for someone, either students or other villains.

Izumi: Sensei!...

Hearing his student calling his name, Aizawa turned to see Izumi carrying the injured Mandalay with her nephew  behind the greenette. 

Almost immediately, the Pro Hero took Shino of Izumi's arms and carried her carefully, looking over any other injuries other the obvious ones but saw how she was on the verge of collapsing but seemed stable for the most part.

The teacher then demanded an explanation as Izumi told him about their encounter with Msucular and how Y/n had arrived to hold the villain off as they escaped. Aizawa wanted to rush back to get Shino to safety with Izumi and Kota with him to check on his other problem child, but Izumi explained the villains objectives.

Seeing how he had to prioritise the injured Shino first, he instructed Izumi with the sole objective of finding any of there others and tell them to find Katsumi and get her anyone else to safety, without encountering any other villains. 

Just as he told Izumi that she and any other students have his permission to fight back only in self defense, the Eraser-Quirk User felt Shino wriggle a bit before her voice could be heard in his head, signifying that the Telepath had used her Quirk to relay his message to everyone she could.

Once relayed was when Shino had fainted from the pain, causing Kota to be worried for his aunt but Aizawa assured she'll be fine and that they'll get help. Knowing that his students can now defend themselves un til help arrives, he watched as Izumi rushes to help who she can as he carries Shino and lead Kota to safety. 

Meanwhile in the forest...

Itsuka was leading her classmates to safety when they heard the metal message from Mandalay about Eraser-Head giving them permission to fight back. With that permission, Itsuka told you to take care of the others as she and Tetsutetsu heads over to the gas area with gas mask.

The two then head over to the source of the gas where it was denser, unknown that the source was a villain who was releasing the knockout gas that could also sense those in his gas cloud. Armed with a gun, he shot at one figure that rushed at him, his bullet doing little damage to the teen but it broke Tetsutetsu's mask.

Kirishima's 1-B counterpart then had to hold his breathe as he used his Quirk to tank the bullets, but the villains gun had quite the kick, resulting in th steel armoured student to keep his distance while Itsuka took cover behind trees to not get shot.

The villain, who introduced himself as Mustard, mocked the Hero Students for using such brawn strategy rather than thinking smart since they're studying in such a prestigious Hero Academy like U.A.. Tetsutetsu could only use himself to shield Itsuka as much as he can to give her an opening, but his armour was slowly diminishing due to his exhaustion from his earlier training. 

It didn't help how he was slowly succumbing to the gas that he had toppled over to the ground, Quirk still activated and was semiconscious but it left Itsuka exposed to a shot that nicked her shoulder.

Itsuka: AH!!!...

Tetsutetsu (Weakly): K-Kendo!...

The teen tried to crawl but he couldn't reach her as Mustard walk passed him as he moved closer towards Itsuka who held her bleeding shoulder till he was a few steps away from her and levelled a gun towards her.

Mustard: My, my... aren't you a looker?... maybe I should take that mask of you and have you as a reward... I wonder if Shiagaraki would mind more recruits... what do you say, wanna join us?...

Itsuka only glared through her mask as she grit her teeth from pain and anger as she refused.

Itsuka: W-Why don't you fuck o-off..

Mustard: Well that's not very nice... meh, not really much into ginger headed bitches anyway... but I don't like your attitude so you should be punished...

He then aimed the gun towards Itsuka head, the girl eyes widen as Tetsutetsu screamed her name as the villain was about to take shot, only for him to feel something moved into his gas at high speed from above.

Mustard: What the?!...

In his shock, he pulled the trigger as the girl closed her eye only to hear the bullet impact with an object as Itsuka opened her eyes to see giant orange wings and a black armoured figure standing before her and a crushed a bullet on the floor. She then saw shock in her classmates eyes as she watched the armoured figure taking slow steps towards Mustard, the villain backing up as he threatens to shoot but received no answer.

The villain then shoots at him as he tries to keep some distance, but the bullet had no effects. Mustard kept taking steps back and kept shooting but resulted in nothing as the armoured figure continued his on his path until the gun clicked empty of bullets. 

Giving no chance to reload, the armoured figure that Itsuka could now identify as someone who looks like Y/n's Rider form then rushed towards Mustard and grabbed him by the throat and lifted him up. The villain tries to use his Quirk but was then slammed into the ground, a spider-web type crack appearing as the villain screamed in pain.

Mustard: AAH, WHAT ARE YOU DOI-ARGH!!!...

He was interrupted by a punch that began to crush parts of the villain's mask and continued until it revealed a teen's bloody face but Build Hazard paid no mind as he kept punching him, ignoring the villains plea to stop and every splatter of blood that was slowly covering the Rider's arm. 

He kept going while as Tetsutetsu, who was slowly regaining his strength after the gas began to disappear, as Mustard was getting decimated, and went over to help Itsuka up, who was more shocked at the scene before her.

Tetsutetsu: Kendo, you alright?!...

Itsuka: I'm fine, just a graze, tch... but S-Something's wrong with Y/n...

The two then watched as Build Hazard had suddnely stops his assult and lifted the unconscious villain by the neck with his fist looking ready to puncture through Mustard's torso. Seeing that his classmate was going to go to far, Tetsutetsu quickly rushed to the Rider and held his fist as he spoke.

Tetsutetsu: B-Bro, that's enough!... what re you doing?!... you'll kill hi-AAH!!...

He was interrupted as the Rider let go of the Villain and punched at the grey haired teen and launched towards a tree just passed Itsuka with the Rider immediately on him with the intent to hit him again with a more powered punch when Build Hazard heard a scream.

Itsuka: Y/n STOP!!!...

Freezing at her scream, Build Hazard's fist stopped an inch from Tetsutetsu's face as he turns his head to look at Itsuka who seemed to be trying to get up.

Bu she stopped in fear as the Rider menacingly step towards her after he released Tetsutetsu until he leaned down close enough where Itsuka saw her reflection in the red and blue visor. It was nothing but silence as neither Itsuka and Tetsutetsu made a move which could provoke the once peace-abiding Kamen Rider who only kept staring at her as he moves his head side to side, as if he was analysing her like prey.

BOOM!!!

It was only the sound of another explosion that drew the Kamen Rider's attention as he stood straight up and stared at the large smoke cloud, turning back to only look at Itsuka for a moment when he suddenly sprouted his orange wings and took flight for another battle.

The two students that were left with a very injured Villain could only wonder what the hell is going on with the Rider.

Meanwhile...

Things weren't looking good with both Grease and Cross-Z Charge as they were being overwhelmed by  their Transteam-type and Gears-type opponents and were being pushed back. The only good news is that Pixie-Bob and Tiger were getting some supports from the students as they were given permission to fight back, but it all drew to a stop when a figure came crashing down on one of the Nomu's resulting in a smoke cloud.

Everyone turned their attention to see a figure in black with large orange wings that slowly retracted into his body and saw the figure raise a hand and aimed a suddenly appeared Hawkgattlinger and fired at the other Nomus, giving no warning to anyone as the Heroes and students ducked under the gunfire while the Nomus were decimated. 

The smoke cleared to reveal Build Hazard as he stopped firing and looked over at everyone around him, unconcern with the Nomus that were riddled with bullet holes as they fell to the ground lifelessly. Everyone was silent as they were thinking what the hell is going on when suddenly Build Hazard rushed at the Transteam Users and Gears Users and landed heavy blows, launching them back and away from the Riders.

Seeing the villains that proved the most difficult blown away by Build Hazard, the heroes were about to congratulate the young man with the studnets about to rush to him before Grease yelled.

Grease: STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!...

They were confused when suddenly Build Hazard rushed towards Tiger and was about to punch him when Cross-Z Charge pushed him away and took the hit, standing his ground but the impact was heavy and he skidded the floor but stood as he was.

Cross-Z Charge: Woah, Y/n!... what the hell are you doing?!...

Build Hazard says nothing as he broke Cross-Z Charge's guard with a heavy left hook, sending him barrelling towards the others and where he was caught by Grease as the two Riders and Heroes got into defensive stances.

Ojiro: Hey, what's going on?!...

Iida: Y/n-kun, what's gotten into you?!...

Mineta: AAAHHH!!!... HE JOINED THE VILLAINS!!!....

Both Riders turned and glared at the grape midget.

Cross-Z Charge: No, he isn't and don't ever say that!...

Grease: His not in control, his using an item that's giving him a boost in power but causes him to lose control and want to-

He was then interrupted when Tiger yelled out.

Tiger: KID LOOK OUT!!!...

The two Riders turned their attention back to Build Hazard who suddenly charged at them, both blockinmg heavy strikes but were then grabbed and thrown into the air. As they suspended oin the air, Build Hazard seemingly appears on the top of them and lands sledgehammer attacks, resulting in both Riders to crash into the ground with Build Hazard landing on Grease's chest.

Grease: Argh!...

It didn't last long as the moment Cross-Z Charge got up and ran to help his fellow Rider, he was suddenly grabbed by the throat and lifted into the air as Build Hazard punches him right in the gut which laucned towards the students who dodged out of the way.

The Heroes were about to add their support as Tiger went to grab Grease away while Pixie-Bob created Stone Beast to apprehend the Rider, only for Build Hazard to rush at each one of them and pummel them with one strike each until he was in front of Pixie-Bob and then grabbed her by the throat.

The Heroine struggled to break free  from the Rider's grip while the others were trying to get him back to his senses when suddenly an announcement was heard.

READY GO!!!

FANG FINISH!!!

Suddenly a silver blur in the shape of a shining aura wolf had slammed right into Build Hazard, resulting in the berserk Rider to let go of the blonde Heroine and be launched away from the others. A smoke cloud covered the area until silver reflected light shined through and then revealed a figure in silver-grey armour, similar to the Riders with the helmet showing wolf motifs.

The figure only looked towards where Build Hazard landed after his attack and watched how the dark armoured Rider slowly got back up and stared right back at him. The Silver-grey armour kept his focus to his target and took small steps as he says.

???: I'll hold him back...

Nothing else was said as he then rushed at Build Hazard on all fours as his fingers formed silver claws to increase grip and speed at the black armour and jumped high and crashed into the Build Hazard, the two tumbling as they began their brawl. 

The others could only watch them as they were confused who the other Rider was while both Grease and Cross-Z Charge, both now back on their feet, looked at each other questioned.

Grease: Who the hell is the wolf guy?...

Ojiro: Wait, he isn't a new Rider that you know?...

Cross-Z Charge: You think if we had known that there was more, we'd keep it to ourselves?... OF COURSE WE DIDN'T, WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY?!!!...

The Rider in questioned then skidded in between them with his arms in a cross guard, dropping his defensive stance. He then introduces himself as he shakes off the pain from Build Hazard's attack.

Hunter: ... Hunter, Kamen Rider Hunter... I was sent to bring Build back to his senses since the ones that sent me were concerned that something like this would happen... I would much appreciate the help if your up for it...

Grease And Cross-Z Charge said nothing more and only nodded in response as they want their friend back to in control, so the three Riders then charged at Build Hazard and attacked him simultaneously in order to wear him down. It was slowly working, but Build Hazard crossed his arm and separated them in a cross action and a purple pulse followed and pushed the three Riders away from him as berserk Rider was about to rush at Hunter, only to see that the villains, Transteam and GEars Users were being portal away. 

Seeing this aggravted Build Hazard, so he once again unfruled his wings and took flight to find those villains, just out of reach and flying in speed before Hunter could grab onto him. An annoyed "Tsk" could be heard from the wolf Rider as he pulls out some weird sphere and before anyone could ask what it was, he activated the sphere which shined a bright light that caused everyone to shut their eyes to from the blidning light. 

Once over, they all saw that the Wolf Rider was no longer there and had disspaered as if in thin air. The other Riders could only questions.

Meanwhile in another part of the forest...

Waiting in the assign area where they would rendezvous was three people;

A man dressed in a black and grey bodysuit that covered his body completely, along with grey boots. The upper half of his signature mask was grey with white eye sockets, while the lower half covering his mouth was black. He also sported red and green wristbands in which he stored his measuring tapes.

This was Jin Bubaigawara, otherwise known as the Doubling Villain; Twice.

A fair-skinned girl who is prone to blushing and is frequently described as having a pretty face. She has inward-tilting yellow eyes with thin slit-like irises, somewhat resembling those of a cat, and her wide mouth is also rather feline, as her canines are pointed and longer than the rest of her teeth, giving her a vampiric appearance. 

Her hair is a pale, ash-blonde colour and is styled into two messy buns, with numerous wild strands sticking out, a straight fringe and two chin-length side bangs framing her face.

Her outfit consists of a plain school uniform with a Kansai collar, both the skirt and the shirt dark blue with a double white trim, which is paired with a red scarf that she ties loosely below. Over this, she wears an oversized beige cardigan with a long hem and cuffs, and pockets on either side, the right one shown to hold a number of trinkets on either a keychain or a cellphone strap. 

She sports knee-length black socks and dark brown outdoor school shoes. Also added was her piped black mask, the green boxes of knives strapped around her thighs; a blue utility belt around her waist with more boxes attached to it on either side. 

The most distinguishing feature is the loose black mask she wears around her neck, which is decorated with pieces of pale grey metal in the shape of a carnivorous grin. 

Three large silver canisters are attached to the sides of her mask; the needles poking out connect to the two larger cylinders strapped to the back of her belt, this is the mechanism by which she uses to suck people's blood for her Quirk.

This was Himiko Toga.

Lastly, was a reasonably tall, pale young man of slim shape but somewhat muscular build, described as in his early twenties. He has black hair which hung low over his eyes, which are thin, turquoise, and heavily lidded. 

His most striking features are undoubtedly the patches of gnarled, wrinkled, purple skin that cover much of his lower face and neck, all the way down past his collarbone, below his eyes, around his torso, and on his arms and legs. These appear to be attached to the rest of his skin by multiple crude surgical staples or hoop piercings.

He has several silver cartilage piercings in both ears and a triple nostril piercing on the right side of his nose. Upon closer inspection, he also lacks earlobes on both sides of his ears. 

He wears a dark blue jacket with a high, ripped collar, matching pants cut off above his ankles, and a pair of dark dress shoes on his feet. He also has a plain pale gray, scoop-neck shirt, below which a grey belt with a circular pattern wraps around his waist, a leather satchel attached at the back.

This was none other then the Villain only known as Dabi.

The three waited until purple portals revealed a knocked out NightRogue while Kraken, Kaiser and Kaiser Reverse who all had damages over their armour while Mange helped a slightly injured Spinner.

Twice both congratulated them for arriving and insult them for taking their time while Himiko was merely sighing after thinking of certain brunette who she was able to extract blood while Dabi questioned what happened.

Kraken explained how one of their targets, Build, had gone crazy and started fighting everyone from what they last saw before Kurogiri took them here. They then wondered where another memeber was until a crash in front of them revealed Izumi, Shoko, and Shoji on top of another member of their Vanguard Squad, which was Atsuhiro Sako known as Compress.

He is a tall, slim man with pale skin and brown eyes that are semicircular and slightly slanted inwards, and he has a notably pointed nose. He wears a combination of a mask, balaclava, and a hat. Underneath his mask reveals that he has short black eyebrows and a head of curly brown hair, similar in shade to his eyes.

In his villain attire, he wears a dark orange shirt with the collar left upturned, a green striped bolo necktie with an oval-shaped azure brooch hanging around his neck, a black waistcoat, and black dress pants. He wears knee-high white boots with wedged heels and black toe-caps, plain dark red gloves, a tall brown top hat, a red ribbon tied around it, and a pale feather sticking out on the left.

Over his head, he wears a black balaclava with a hole for his mouth as well as his eyes, over which he wears one of the multiple white masks he owns, each with a different black geometric design. He also wore a dark yellow, double-breasted overcoat with buttoned shoulder tabs and a high collar, which reaches below his knees, and he additionally carries a silver walking stick with a gold handle.

The villains only looked over at the students over their comrades body with Twice do only one to speak up.

Twice: Hey, hey, hey, hey!... I know these kids!... WHO ARE THEY?!!!...

Things were heating up, and it only about ot get worse a figure in the air caught sight of his next target.
