*BEEEP*

The car horn went off as you quickly dashed across the road pulling one of you're freinds along with you, "danny hurry up" you moaned knowing you were really late already, you already could imagine James's face when he didn't see you in that crowd, you pinky promised him that you would be there, and if you have ever done a pinky promise you know...its no joke.

You quickly scattered around you're purse to find you're ID.

"Have you girls got an ID?" A security man stopped danny by her shoulder, "yes, its right here-" you plucked you're ID from you're purse "what about you" he furrowed a brow over to danny "oh yes" she muttered grabbing a card from her back jean pocket, and shoving it in the security mans face "alright" he sighed moving aside to let you in.

As you and Danny nervously headed in she reassured you that everything went to plan..

"Told ya i would be let in" danny winked "youre 17 chill its one year apart" you giggled knowing you just had sneaked a under age girl in with a fake ID.

Danny couldn't help but giggle under her breathe.

You two stood in shock as james was now saying goodbye to all the metalheads in the crowd "thankyou, and goodnight" he shouted in his raspy yelling voice his smile was so inviting and happy, his smile quickly was tucked away as he saw you and Danny standing at the entrance of the building.

He quickly grabbed dave lars and cliff and yanked them off stage before waving goodbye a last time, this time no smile.

"Shit shit shit" danny said "maybe if we just leave he won't know we were actaully ever here" she turned to walk away "No Danny c'mon, its youre fault if you weren't fucking you're boyfriend maybe we would be here a little earlier" you angrily whispered loud enough so only she could hear "DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU AGAIN I WASNT FUCKING HIM..WE WERE JUST MAKING OUT..."her smiled faded as you dragged her away from the doors.

You yanked her hand as you ran to the backrooms to find where james and the band were.

"08, 11, 12 ah this one" you smiled barging through the door to be greeted by a group of stranger's "oh shit sorry wrong room" you yelled quickly shutting it and walking again.

"It was 21 not 12" you slap you're head in relief that they hadn't left yet, you make you're way to the room and see 'Metallica' plastered on the door you did a small knock and pushed open the door dragging danny and you're self in you looked at dave and did a small smile and looked around some more to see cliff and lars on the couch enjoying a cold beer.

"Hey y/n who's the chick with ya?" Lars smirked looking Danny up at down "not yours" you gave a rather sarcastic smile and an eye roll, looking around again "still feisty, what did i do y/n?"lars added a serious tone "what havent you done" you rolled you're eyes once again "you" he winked "that could change sweetheart" he winked again. "In you're dreams" you laughed so did lars you went over and shook his hand as if you were best mates you did the same to cliff and dave. "Weren't you two just fighting?" Danny said poking you're arm. "It's all play fights ive known him longer than james, so like hmm 14 years" you smiled "Oh.., well he's cute" Danny whispered giving a small wave to lars and cliff aswel as dave who sat down next to cliff to enjoy a beer "so guys where is james?" You shrugged "no idea, he ran out once we got back here" they all say together as the all take a sip of there beers. "Great" you smiled you were cussing him out under you breathe "where is that motherfucker, what a nut job isnt even with the rest of his god damn band!" as you took a step back you ran into a familiary tall guy behind you, "AH" you yelled just as you swerved around "jesus james, you scared the shit out of me" you say placing you're hand on you're heart "whose the nut job now" he murmered under his breathe as he walked past you slightly bumping shoulders with you so he could go and grab a beer from the mini fridge "James im sorry, i know youre pissed i didnt have a choice she was like fucking her boyfriend" you gestured to Danny.

Danny gave you a rather hard slap to the arm and went to sit on lars oh sorry i mean next to lars, though you could of said that, there wasn't any space in-between them!

"Ow" you say holding you're shoulder "james look, im really really sorry i should of dragged her off her boyfriends dick and drove over here as fast as i could" you said accepting defeat, he was pissed.
"FOR THE LAST TIME WE WEREN'T FUCKING" Danny raised her voice "WELL WHAT WERE YOU DOING THEN" you turned around very stressed.

"IT'S NONE OF YOU'RE BUSINESS" she yelled propping herself on the couch "YOU NEVER TELL ME SHIT DANNY, YOU'VE BEEN KEEPING SECRETS FOR YEARS"you said crossing you're arms "THAT'S CAUSE YOU'RE A BITCH" she yelled getting up and walking over to shout in you're face.

"Oh...im the bitch?" You groaned knowing damn well you were about to out this bitch in her place

You and Danny have had a rocky past, she DEFINITELY was not a good freind, she always was self centred, and treated you like a door mat.

Once when you guys where 9, she stole all you're mothers money so she could go and buy this video game she really wanted then after she blamed you, she even threatened to beat you up if you told anyone, she's did so much shitty stuff but the thing is you're scared of being alone..

"YOU HAVE DONE SO MUCH SHIT TO ME AND IVE HAD ENOUGH DANNY, GET OUT"you yelled pointing to the door "No i quite like it here" she crossed her arms and looked around to lars, he was just staring at the two of you fighting.

you've finally had enough without thinking you yanked her hair and dragged her to the door all the boys let out a quick gasp and james quickly sat his beer down "LET GO YOU CRAZY BITCH" Danny yelled she soon got unhooked from you're grip on her hair and started punching and kicking you, you tried youre best defending yourself so you threw yourself on her punching and kicking her until you felt a cold pair of hands grip onto you're waist
And pull you away from the fight you look back to see cliff pulling you away as james, dave, and lars were pulling Danny back and cussing her out telling her to piss off and she was a bad freind. "cliff let go, im gonna kill her" you squirmed around in his grip for a minute.

"Calm down y/n" he said spinning you around gently so you would face him, "no, stop cliff i want her gone"you squirmed tears filling you're eye's slowly.

"I know, i know" he said calmly fighting you're squirms to let you go.

Cliff was like you're bestfreind, aswel as the rest of the band but cliff was diffrent compared to the other's he was always down to earth, and didn't stop believing for what he stood up for and what he though was right, he had always helped you with problems and told you what he thought.

He brought you into a warm hug to stop you squirming around soon you had stopped squirming and became a little more calm to the situation.

"WHAT THE FOCK IS WRONG WITH YOU GET OUT" lars's voice echoed through the room "yk, y/n fuck you, i did everything for you" Danny yelled trying to fight again you stopped the hug between you and cliff and just started laughing hysterically at her, "everything?, EVERYTHING DANNY YOU DID SHIT" "I DID EVERYTHING"she quickly shouted back trying to swing again, she ended up punching you in the side of the neck pretty hard.

"GET OUT" James roared as he grabbed her shoulders and pushed her near the door. she looked shocked at the sound of james's voice, without another word she left "are you okay?" James rushed over noticing a quickly formed bruise on you're neck from where she swung at you, you quickly rushed to the mirror, "aw shit man" you cursed "yeah im fine, happy she's gone though" you sighed you turned to see everyone just staring blankly at you trying to figure out what just happend "what the fock y/n why did this happen?" lars sort of laughed and just stared "she has been shitting on me for years lars, using me, abusing me all of the above man"you sighed again "sorry i should've just stayed at home, then i wouldn't of started a huge fight" you apolagized "that wasn't you're fault" cliff laughed slightly "it was hers"james comforted you.

You looked slightly up to be face to face with james "sorry I wasn't here in time" you looked down, he lifted you're chin up "that's okay im just glad that girl is gone and you're okay" he smiled and brought you into a tight hug, james had never hugged you before.., obviously you hugged back this was James were talking about, you felt butterflies in you're stomach.

"Im sure you guys did great, the crowd seem to love you guys" you smiled pulling away from that magical hug.

"Yeah they digged us"james smiled with the other's nodding as he went over to take a seat. "Thats great!" You smiled "shit it's already 11:57, i got to go i told mum i would be back before 12:15" you said quickly before getting up "I'll walk you out" james smiled "okay" you giggled you went over to cliff lars and dave to say goodbye as james waited at the door you leant down to hug lars on the couch "tommorow 10:55pm meet across town at the casino, were playing tommorow"he smiled to you're ear "okay ill be there" you smiled at him as you hugged cliff "thanks cliff" you kissed him on the cheek for how he helped you stop fighting with Danny.

James cleared his voice as a sign to say hurry up "okay okay geez sorry" you laughed hugging dave.

"Bye guys" you waved leaving the room "bye" they all shouted, you walked down the hall with james "what songs did ya play?" You smiled "oh we played, whiplash, seek and destroy, Anesthesia and uhm a new song we have been working on actually you havent heard it but on the weekend at practice we could play it for you?"james look away quickly "i would love that, what's it called?" You excitedly tapped his shoulder "fight fire with fire" he smiled nodding at the ground.

You two just slowly walked to you're car and talked about stuff you needed to catch up on.

"going to you're schools prom?" James asked "i have no one to go with ahaha no I'm not " you nervously chuckled "you're not going to yours?" You sighed getting in youre car and widing the window down "oh no defintley not" he said quickly.

Youre face was a wave of disappointment, you thought he might ask you but he didnt i guess he only thought of you as freinds.

"Whats the point of going to a dance with a whole bunch of people who you will never see after graduating?, Its stupid really" he said staring at the road beside him he then looked over to you're disappointed face "oh shit" he murmered under his breathe "but i suppose if someone asked me.." he slightly smiled teasing you, "then maybe just maybe.." he laughed "i- no" you muttered quietly just so he couldnt hear you.

"Do you wanna uh maybe go to prom with me y/n if you uhm have no one to go with?" He slightly smiled awkwardly, "you just-" you asked confusingly his eyebrows raised waiting for a yes or a no "uh yeah sure james of course i will" you smiled, inside you were energetic and so happy you could jump around but you tried to keep it cool "thought I'd uh ask cause it seems like something you would do yk?" He smiled "yeah right okay yes i will james, i have to go right now otherwise mum will be furious, thanks james" you smiled softly starting you're car "right that's what freinds do, bye y/n drive safe" he giggled "im not that bad james" you crossed youre arms.

"Be a good child" you scruffed up his hair, "y/n" he whined fixing his hair "i aint no child" he whispered "bye dummy" you drove away turning you're music up "if ya gonna scream, scream with me" you sang along to the lyrics of hybrid moments, all the way home until you got to you're front porch where you're mother was waiting for you smoking a cigarette. "Jesus, dramatic much" you whispered opening the car door, she was tapping her foot waiting to scold you " you're a two minutes late" she shouted in disappointment"i know i know its a two minutes chill" you sighed opening the front door "you know what could of happend in two minutes y/n?" She gave you a lecture about how you could of been killed, or in a car crash or SA and other stuff "sorry to interrupt mum but you're child wants sleep" you interrupted "Y/N OH MY GOSH IS THAT A HICKEY?". She pointed to you're neck "no mum i got into a fight with Danny, dont expect to see her ever again" you sighed slamming you're bedroom door in her face.
