Up until about a year a go I actually didn't understand the term YOLO (I do now as it's hear too over used)

But no joke I literally didn't know what it meant I had to ask the friend I was texting at the time

F. Coz YOLO

M. YOLO?

F. OMG how can you not know what YOLO means

M. Dunno I just don't

F. It means you only live once

M. Oh ok

To this day I still don't get the full meaning of YOLO
