This peculiar building sites near the US naval base which was built by the great powers of the world  including India, britain , Australia, France etc.. It  is located on the right bank of the  Patuxent River in US. The colour combination of lush green scape reddish pathway and blue sky over it show cases the Building in ever changing tints and moods. The relief work in marble and inlay with modern technologies and AI makes goosebumps for the people working here ---Striving for the most toughest tasks. The world's  freestanding research center is the heaven for them....  64 acres of wonderful  place from a mechanistic view to a holistic and a ecological view of the world .

  The aim is to  complete the world's most secret space mission. with almost 57 securities working here to have the secret alive..Sherlock Engstrom , Svedberg , Hazel Grace , Roger Frost are some of the great experts working here.  Nearly 20 radio telescopes were seted up and not yet recieved a single singnal from the space for past 10 yrs but on january 5 , 2005 a telescope recieved a strange signal .. The code  0201 was recieved  from the space.
