Rimuru POV

It's been a few days since Velzard started living with me and surprisingly it's been quiet, at first I thought she would fight Shizu because of their first meeting but I was wrong, they actually become friends. well it's mostly because they both like romance manga and light novels, they ask me if I have any more and they read it together and if they don't have anything to read they sit down and talk about the manga, they become an official otaku. 'why do I keep turning my family into otakus?'

Anyway, after the fight with Guy I let Carrion go and return to his county and prepare for the delegations, he also reported that phobio still didn't come back, well he's probably somewhere plotting to take revenge or something like that, while I was thinking a dryad asked for permission to teleport to my office and I told her to go to the meeting room and order all of the executives to meet me there.

I teleported to where everyone was and everyone stood up after seeing me, Diablo, and shion come to my side and I sat down, after that, we begin our meeting.

" Well let's begin, but first someone wants to join us," I said and the dryad from before teleported here and bowed

"It's nice to meet you, ruler of monsters, my name is Traya, Treyni's little sister and I come here to warn you," she said

" and what would that be?" I asked even tho I already know

" Crybibdis have been unleashed," she said and everyone started a fuss

" Traya-San, do you mean Charybdis, Veldora-Sama's child?" he said and Veldora stopped reading manga and

" He is not my child," he said and everyone looked at him

" He's just something that happened to be created from my magicules, nothing more," he said and everyone starred at him and sighed, he was about to complain more but

" Veldora Shut up," I said smiling at him and he shut up and sat down

After that, we discussed what to do and we decided to attack it, I'm planning on using it to train my subordinates, I'm going to make it stronger and let them handle it.

After that, we choose who will be coming with us and I chose Shizu, Benimaru, Soei, Hakuro, Shion, the goblin riders. Diablo, Veldora, Milim, Velzard will be coming too but they won't be fighting. After I finished choosing who will be coming with us I told the ones who stayed behind to look after the city and we departed.

After a while, we got to where Crybibdis was, and as soon as we got there I found someone unexpected

" what are you doing here carrion?" I asked him and he bowed

"I came here to assist you Rimuru-sama," he said

" There's no need and if you're worried about you're subordinate, I won't kill him"

" Huh? what does he have to do with anything," he asked and that surprised me, I thought he came here to beg me to spare his subordinate but I guess he's just worried? 

' it's surprising how people change after a good beating.'

" fine, but you can't interfere got that," I said 

" of course rimuru-sama and thank you"

" now that's over with," I said and turned to my subordinates 

" Show me what you've got," I said and everyone cheered. I decided that Me, Velzard, Veldora, Milim, and Diablo are going to sit this out and watch them. and prepared a sweet for everyone except diablo but then milim tried to fly towards the Charybdis but I grabbed her hand

" Uncle?" milim said confused

" what do you think you're doing?" I asked her

" I'm going to help I'm strong you know," she said with a smug face

"I know you are and that's why you can't fight, we came here for them, not for you"

" B-But..."

" No," I said and she sat down pouting

" don't worry your uncle has a great way to make this entertaining, right?" velzard said and I smiled

" you know me well, Sis," I said

one of the megalodons will be coming at them one after another but as they kill more of them, the megalodons will be more than one and they will be more powerful. after I finished doing that I told them to fight and they charged at them full of confidence.

It's been a while since the fight started and they seem to be doing good, I actually didn't think that they will last this long, well it's mostly because of Hakuro, and Shizu's Guidance that they were doing so well, but it's enough, It's evening and I don't think they can go any longer and milim seems to be sleeping and veldora isn't even paying attention. that brat was the one that created this mess but he's laying there like its not his problem

" Hey, veldora, go and take care of it," I said and he got up from his seat

" huh? but why me," he said and velzard glared at him

" because it's your fault that it even exists, so go and take care of it before velzard comes after you," I said and that scared him

"everyone come back, you did well," I said through thought communication and everyone came back to a safe distance where they won't be hurt by Veldora's attack

After everyone was safe veldora went to Charybdis and when he got there the Charybdis froze at the spot probably knowing who he is. after that veldora didn't waste any time and sent a big blast at Charybdis
' i feel like I forgot something' i thought and started thinking and looked at carrion when I saw carrion
'oh crap' i thought and tried to stop the attack but the Charybdis was already incinerated to its core.
 ' oh well, I will just revive him later' i thought and saw a burned corpse of phobio falling dawn from the sky, I looked at carrion but he doesn't seem to mind

"let's go," I said getting up from my seat and everyone started following me

I arrived at the corpse of phobio and he looked horrible after I saw his burned body I healed the body and resurrected him and carrion was shocked, as soon as he woke up he bowed down and said

" Thank you very much" 

" yes, Rimuru-sama Thank you," he said and bashed Phobio's head to the ground.

" aren't you gonna come out," I said looking at a bush and everyone looked at me, and as they were looking at me the bush started to move and a lady with wings come out

" Impressive," she said and walked towards me

" what are you doing here Frey," Milim said

" yes, what are you doing here," Carrion said

"I came here to see what the famous ruler of monsters is all about," she said

" and what do you think of him now," I said smiling

"I think he's a coward that pushes all his work to his subordinates," she said and everyone started to glare at her and prepare for a fight even velzard was about to kill her but I raised my hand and stopped them,

"let's change your view of me, shall we," I said smiling and she prepared for a fight

" three no need for that, all we need is this," I said and released a small amount of my aura, when I did that everyone started to tremble even tho it wasn't directed at them, as soon as I released my aura she fell on her knees

" i-am so-so-so-sorry," she said trembling and I moved towards her with a serious face

" p-p-please  d-don't kill m-me," she said but I kept moving forward she tried to run but her legs won't move

" see we don't need to fight," I said and moved closer to her face

" Next time don't try to pick a fight you can't win... " I stopped when I saw that she was unconscious " she fainted?" I said and stopped my aura, I was going to kill her but I kinda feel bad for her.

" carrion, she's your friend right?" I asked and he nodded

"good, take her with you," I said and he started to pick her up

" oh, and tell her not to do something like that again," I said and he bowed 

' I wonder why he's not saying anything '

And so Carrion went home terrified and with Frey on his back, as for Rimuru and his group they went home like Rimuru knocking out a demon lord was nothing-- and it is nothing.
