A day filled with Blushing

(Hwang Areum POV)

I walked slowly and shyly next to Jimin.

"Good morning Jimin." I say making him look at me.

His eyes widen slightly before smiling softly at me.

"Good morning Areum."

I nod my head in acknowledgment before sitting right next to him.

"Did you finish the assignment?" Jimin asked while turning to look at me.

I nodded my head.

"But... I'm not sure if I got number 3 correct..." I said meeting his eyes.

"Oh really? Then let me check it. I'll tell you if you got it correct or not." Jimin said showing a beautiful smile.

My heart fluttered at the sight.

'remember, you're supposed to show him your homework!'

I quickly grabbed my notebook from my bag and showed my homework to Jimin.

He took the notebook from me before speaking.

"Ah.. I see."

"Hm? What?" I asked softly.

"You got it wrong. But, I understand why. Here, I'll help you." Jimin said pushing the notebook towards me.

He then continued by grabbing a piece of paper and a pen.

"Here." He said leaning close to me.

'gosh. he's to handsome. he seems to ethreal...- focus areum! focus!'

I shook the thoughts before listening to what Jimin was saying.

"And that's how you get the proper answer!" Jimin said smiling at me.

I turned to look at him only to notice how our faces were inches apart.

My cheeks flared.

I immediately parted away avoiding Jimin's eye contact.

"Erm.. Thank you.." I said without looking at Jimin.

"You're welcome..." Jimin said.

Right at that moment the teacher walked in.

{Time Skip}

I packed up my stuff getting ready to go to the cafeteria.

As I made it towards my locker, I felt a tap on my shoulder.

I turned around to see Jimin.

"Um.. Yes?" I asked.

"D-do you want to have lunch with me and my friends?" He said scratching the back of his nape.

I hesitantly nodded my head.

"Alright. I'll save you a seat then!"

I nodded my head.

I grabbed my lunch from my locker before walking towards the cafeteria.

Once I arrived at the cafeteria, I walked around until a voice called me.

"AREUM-SSI!!" I turned to the sound to see Taehyung waving at me.

I didn't miss the fact that I caught everyone's attention because of him.

I walked quickly towards them.

Once I arrived at the table I noticed that there were 2 other people.

'oh! they're our sunbaenims!"

I hesitantly sat in the middle of Jimin and Taehyung.

"Uh.. Hello subaenims." I said bowing slightly at the two men in front of me.

The two smiled fondly at me.

One had visuals that could end me, while the other one had dimples to die for.

"Hello Areum-ssi I'm Kim Seokjin, I am a graduating student." He said smiling at me.

I bowed slightly in response.

"And hello, my name is Kim Namjoon, I am also a graduating student." He said showing off his beautiful dimples.

I also bowed slightly in response.

"Erm.. Areum the two hyungs are my friends, but since they wanted to meet you, please bear with them today." Jimin said shyly.

I nodded my head.

"Now, before we eat, I'd like to just say, it's an honor to finally meet you Areum-ssi." Namjoon sunbaenim said.

I smiled shyly before nodding my head.

"Can I eat now??" Taehyung said whining.

"Yes you can Tae." Jimin said.

With that said we all started to open our lunch bags.

I opened my bag revealing the lunc I made 만두 {mandu} (dumplings).

I took it out and started to eat quietly.

My peace was taken when Seokjin sunbaenim called me.

"Areum-sii. You only have a little bit of food. Are you going to be full with that?"

Everyone at the table looked at my food making me feel shy.

"Um I'm okay with just this.." I said pointing at my dumplings.

SeokJin sunbaenim tsked. Before he could scold me anymore Jimin did something that made all of us shook.

"Here.." He said while placing his 김밥 {g/kimbap} (korean style of sushi rolls)

I looked at him feeling surprised.

"J-jimin-

"It's fine just eat.. My mom made me lots of food today.." Jimin said with his bright red cheeks.

I nodded my head feeling blush creep up on me as well.

I took the kimbap and ate it happily.

Once I swallowed I smiled shyly at Jimin.

"It's good.. Very good actually.."

He smiled shyly.

"Hm.. I'll tell my mom you said so.."

I nodded my head as I continued to eat happily.

Once I finished I turned to look at Jimin with a satisfied smile.

"You see Areum, you shouldn't just eat a little." Seokin sunbaenim said.

I smiled.

"Oh? Areum you have something on the side of your mouth." Taehyung said.

I immediately grabbed a tissue trying to wipe the dirt off my mouth.

Before I could continue, Jimin grabbed the tissue holding my face slightly.

"Here it is silly." He said wiping my mouth with the tissue.

'his face is so close.'

I stared at him until he made eye contact with me.

We stared at each other before Jimin pulled away immediately.

With flush cheeks I mumbled a small 'thank you.'

"What a show!!" Taehyung said making my cheeks even more red.

"Jimin I'm proud you were able to hold eye contact!" Namjoon sunbaenim said.

I let out a small sqeaking sound before getting up awkwardly.

"Uh.. I'll head to class first.. Bye sunbaenims! Bye Taehyung and bye Jimin." I said bowing slightly before quickly walking away.

(Park Jimin POV)

"She's cute and nice. Perfect girl for you." Namjoon hyung said while patting my shoulder.

I smiled softly.

"I bet your sister would love her." Seokjin hyunng said.

"Hm.. Yeah, Minji would really like her." I said thinking on how cute the two of them would bond.
