Suddenly Addison's phone went off it was Mark she quickly put her phone on mute.

Mark had been calling her nonstop since she had left New York.

I am gonna go - Derek said while he was almost out of the hospital.

I'll see you around - Addison said with a sorry face on.

In the bar:

Derek's married - Meredith said almost crying again she had been crying nonstop after she had left Derek and Addison in the hospital lobby.

WHATTT - Cristina said surprised

George's drink came right out his mouth and nose.

The next day.

Maybe you should have thought about that before you gave chef to Burke and invited satan to Seattle - Derek said with a straight face.

Satan?? - Richard said

Addison was entering the elevator.

Satan speaks - Derek said with a annoged face.

I actually prefer being called ruler of all that is evil - Addison said with a little laugh to it

Why is she even still here? - Derek asked Richard

I asked her to stay now that we don't have an OB and need one - Richard said

Later on the day.

So we have Mcdreamy but what about her - Izzie asked while eye pointing to Addison.

Mcpretty? - George said

Noo she's pretty but not a Mcpretty - Cristina said

Mcsexy - Alex said

She's not sexy - Meredith said

Maybe not for you but she is for me - Alex said with a little smile

Alex - Izzie said while hitting him in the arm.

You know what fine.. lets call her Mcsexy - Meredith said with a evil look.

Addison had given Derek divorce papers right in front of Meredith but Derek hadn't signed them yet Addison had said if he signs she also will.

Doctor Grey scrub in - Addison said

Meredith went into the scrubbing room.

Derek came into the scrubbing room.

Meredith - Derek said sounding sad

Don't.. Dont talk to me Derek - Meredith said

I'm sorry - Derek said

Why.. Why did you wait 2 months to tell me that you were married - Meredith said

I completely forgot about it - Derek said

You forgot... You forgot you were married to a really nice and pretty woman who is really hard to not like - Meredith said with tears

Addison turned around and saw Derek talking to Meredith.

Grey we don't have all day - Addison said

I need to go, i have a patient waiting - Meredith said while walking out into the OR.

Derek left the room as well.

Meredith was scrubbing with Addison in the room as well.

Meredith.. if there is any chance he still wants me then i'm not leaving - Addison said

Meredith was about done scrubbing out so she left the room and ran after Derek because she saw him.

Derek - Meredith said with no breath left

Derek turned around.

Can we talk - Meredith said

Of course - Derek said with a small smile on 

They went into the staircase and talked.

I need you to pick me, choose me, love me - Meredith said with a crying face

Can't i have a little time i mean... you don't just cut off your family like that - Derek said with sorry face

Family? - Meredith said

Yeah.. Me and Addison have been married for over 11 years you know what that means, 11 birthdays, 11 thanksgivings and 11 Christmases and then one day i am suppose to sign a paper and end my family without thinking - Derek said

Meet me at the bar tonight and i'll know my answer - Meredith said

A few weeks later. (Derek had chosen Addison but Meredith had still been flirting with Derek and Addison had noticed it a few times now. Meredith had also given her dog to Addison and Derek the dog is named Doc and Meredith and Derek still remains close just friends.)

Hiii Doc - Meredith said  

Derek and Meredith had been meeting up in the park a few times now where Derek walks with Doc.

Does Addison know where "friends" - Meredith said

No of course not - Derek said with a sad face

You seem awfully sad today - Meredith said

It's just a sad day i... i can't talk about it - Derek said with tears in his eyes

Addison called Derek.

Derek took the phone.

Hey Addison - Derek said

Hi Derek, can you come back to the house - Addison said

Trailer - Derek said

Whatever - Addison said with a funny face 

Addison hanged up the phone.

I need to go.. i'm sorry - Derek said to Meredith

It's okay - Meredith said

Doc we gotta go - Derek said calling for Doc

Doc came and they headed back to the trailer.

Derek entered the trailer. 

Yes of course i'll talk to him - Addison said while she was on the phone

I gotta go - Addison said when she saw Derek int he trailer

Who was that? - Derek asked

It was just Naomi.. she.. she wanted to ask if you were okay - Addison said

I'm fine.. just a little tired - Derek said (you could see that Derek had been crying because his eyes were red)

I think you should take the day off - Addison said

I have a short day.. i'll be fine - Derek said

I'm gonna go i have a patient to check up on - Addison said

I'll drive you - Derek said with a smile

Really.. well alright let's go - Addison said 

They left the trailer and went into Derek's car.

I am telling you Cristina he was definitely crying - Meredith said 

Maybe it's his birthday and everyone forgot - Cristina said

Derek and Addison walked out of the elevator.

I'm just saying you shouldn't be operating today - Addison said

Addie i'm fine - Derek said

12 o'clock - Cristina said  

Meredith looked over and saw Derek and Addison.

i told you - Meredith whispered

Later on the day.

Hi i'm Sara i'm looking for Dr. Shepherd - Sara said

We have two Shepherd mam - a nurse said

Derek.. Derek Shepherd - Sara said 

He's  in surgery but i can leave him a message - a nurse said 

No it's fine i'll meet him later - Sara said
