It was the dead of night. I returned back to my room from the secret passageway a few hours ago. I had felt horror rushing inside of me, my eyes were playing tricks on me, I was hyperventilating so fast that I thought I would faint. I only went to sleep when my eyelids were drowsy and heavy.

I was sleeping in peace when I heard that same blood-curdling scream only this time it was louder. As my ears was being tortured by the deafening wailing I woke up confused and in fright. I heard the sound come from underneath my bed. It was definite. I got out of my bed. I darted underneath my bed in hope to find the cause of the scream.

I shoved my suitcases out of the way. I dug my hands into the piles and piles of suitcases until I found it. I found another secret passage way. I saw a secret flap underneath my bed. The scream stopped. Silence was around me. I opened the flap. There was a ladder leading to who knows where. I climbed down the ladder.

It leaded to another library. I think it's the same one I found a few hours ago. I don't know why a library could be here, Underneath a haunted mansion. I walked around the library retracing my steps. I found the same coffee brown glass table. I walked toward it again. But I stopped. I thought I had seen that same shadow figure from the hallway. Sweat was inching my body. I walked to the table. 

Another letter was on the table. I opened the letter. It said "I see you, Look behind". It was written in blood, That's why I smelt fresh blood, That made me petrified. I heard the echoing sound of footsteps walking behind me. I felt the breath of another person. I turned around in horror. The phantom ghost was here, Wielding a razor sharp scythe...
