Hello everyone and welcome to chapter three of The Music of Lucy. Please welcome back my friend and c-writer, Darklord331.

Dark: Pleasure to be here Light/Xara.

Thank you for doing this. I do hope we can work on your idea soon.

Dark: Oh I plan to as well, but we need to discuss on the plans for *SPOILER!*. It's not simply easy just to write it down all because you know the plot. There has to be build ups, lots of planning before heading to write it down like your gamer story with Joy.

Actually... I just tend to wing it at times and let the story flow...

Dark: Sometimes yeah but then again there might be a lot of writers block which is the nightmares of all writers here and there. Trust me, I wrote with my friend HunterXKiller87 and we wrote 30 chapters in 3 months, it helps out a lot.

Oh... I know all too well about writer's block... Anyways, did you bring in today's guest?

Dark: I have, everyone meet uhhhhhhhh who was it again?

(Gives him a flat look) Anyone in the story that already showed up...

Dark: Oh! That's right! Meet the lovable flying cat who is obsessed with Fish! Introducing Happy! (Throw a salmon on the air)

Happy: "Fish!" (Flies in a hyper speed, catching the fish and eating it)

I can't believe that worked to call him here...

Dark: You aren't a cat person in the first place.

Hey, I have cats, they just eat cat food.

Dark: You don't take care of your cats very well. One rule about cats is that they always love fish.

Okay, 1: I do take good care of them, and 2: you just assumed I didn't know that...?

Dark: Yes I do.

(Gives him a skeptical look) Is this how you got Happy in at the end of last chapter...?

Dark: Yes how else? Happy loves fish obviously, he's a cat for crying out loud.

(Rubs sides of his head) You and Joy are going to give me migraines one of these days... We need to have Happy to do the Disclaimer now... This is getting way too long...

Dark: Alright, Happy! Do your thing and you'll get another fish.

Happy: "Aye sir! Light He'arth/Xarazechi and do not own Fairy Tail or any of the songs used for reacting in this story. This is a work of fiction, and all right belong to their owners. They only own the changes to the story. How was that?"

I thought it was good.

Dark: Excellent job Happy! Here, as I promised. (Throws another salmon to the air)

Happy: "Yeah~!" (Catch it in his mouth)

Anyways, onto the chapter.

Chapter 3: Showing Who I Am

(Fairy Tail Guild Hall)

"Here goes..." Gary says, opens the third case, pulling out a random one. He looked at the name. "'Reflection'?" he asked, confused by the name.

"Hmmmmmm, can it be something that is a reflection of your personal self?" Elfman asked, speaking his thoughts out loud.

"Who knows." Mira shrugs.

"I'm actually leaning towards this song could be something refreshing." Loki stated.

"Most likely Lucy's," Alzack betted.

"Only one way to find out," Happy stated.

"Yeah, yeah," Gray said, flippantly waving at the cat. He put the last song away, and put in the next one. "Let's hope it's a good one."

The screen started in the same music room as before. It was empty until Lucy walked in. She was wearing an expensive and extravagant red ballroom dress, had makeup on, looking like a doll, and expensive looking jewelry on her person. She looked like a noble woman.

Everyone blinked at the look Lucy had.

"Huh?"

"What the?"

"Woah........."

"Holy sh-t!"

Everyone in the guild did not say a word or anything because of what dress Lucy was wearing which honestly belongs to higher people's status.

"Okaaaaaay..." Gray stated. "Does Lucy actually come from nobility or something?"

"That might be why Virgo calls her princess at least," Erza stated.

Lucy had angry tears in her eyes. "Damn it dad, was this party you threw just so you could show me off to sell/ have an arranged marriage for me to become some trophy wife to further your own agenda with another rich family...!?" she growled out, taking off the earrings she had on, and threw them in a bowl in the room.

"I'm sorry... WHAT!?" Natsu roared in anger.

"Wait, hold on just a second!" Mira stated, shooting up. "Why would her father do such a thing?"

"Yeah, Lucy should be able to choose her own path," Gray stated.

"Guys, you're missing the big picture here. Lucy belongs to the upper class which means-"

"She must be a noble!" Erza stated, eyes widening.

"But... Why would Lu hide that?" Levy asked.

"She wants to be her own person," Makarov stated, making the guild look to her. "She doesn't want her family name to be all she's known for. She wants to have HER name to mean something."

"I guess so master." Natsu agreed with the guild master, as he was about to watch before he widened his eyes in shock. "Wait if Lucy was a noble......... then how come she doesn't have any of those big jewel bills with her?"

"Well you make a good point there Natsu." Gray said to Natsu.

"Maybe it's because she basically forgot about the money or simply because her father has cut off her bank account." Happy added in his thoughts while flying.

"Or she took only what she thought she'd needed before joining a guild," Erza added.

"I'm going to go with Erza's guess," Laxus stated. "It would leave less of a trail for her father to find her."

Lucy looked in a mirror that was in the room, and herself, "Is this all my life is... is this... who I'm just going to be...?" The instruments started to play to Lucy's emotion and magic pouring out. It started off with flutes and other string instruments playing.

Look at me

You may think you see

Who I really am

But you'll never know me

Every day

It's as if I play a part

Now I see

If I wear a mask

I can fool the world

But I cannot fool my heart

"Just by hearing her lyrics I already know what her song's meaning is." Erza stated.

"Yeah, she's frustrated with who she is, and who she wants to be," Mira stated.

Elfman was crying manly tears, clenching his fist. "Lucy is a strong girl, she's got the spirit to show she can be who she wants! SO MANLY!!!"

"Uncle Wakaba, I know this might be hard but didn't mom used to say that you once dated a rich girl before. How did that go?" Romeo asked Wakaba.

"Not that good kiddo..." Wakaba groaned, remembering that time. "She tried to change me to be a proper gentleman, and a proper nobleman... Uh... She was a control freak..."

"Oh that didn't go well for you, did it Wakaba?" Marco asked his friend.

"Trust me, if it's about Nobles, all they care about is their status and reputation. Other than that, they aren't the brightest people to be around with."

"They sound like real jerks," Happy stated. "Glad Lucy didn't turn out like that."

"Well she is bossy," Natsu stated.

"You do go into her building's room without permission..." Mira stated, flatly.

"That's a bad thing?" Natsu asked, looking confused.

Everyone in the guild facepalmed at his reply.

"You're an idiot..." Loki stated, flatly.

Lucy stood up, still singing, but threw off the high heels she was wearing, going barefoot, taking another look at the mirror.

Who is that girl I see

Staring straight back at me?

When will my reflection show

Who I am inside?

"Oh now I see the meaning of reflection." Natsu said, putting his fist in his hand in an "Aha" moment.

"I think that was obvious..." Loki stated flastly at the Dragon Slayer.

"Don't start with me Loki..." Natsu streenly stated.

"But still, just what family did Lucy come from?" Erza pondered.

"A controlling one," Happy answered.

Lucy then started to take off the golden gem covered ring from her fingers, putting them in the bowl with her earrings. Drum and beat instruments joining in now.

I am now

In a world where I

Have to hide my heart

And what I believe in

But somehow

I will show the world

What's inside my heart

And be loved for who I am

"I'm happy for Lu to go out on her own," Cana stated, giving a toast to Lucy for her bravery to go out into the world to be herself.

"I agree Cana, I guess Lucy lived a hard life didn't she?" Mira questioned.

"A gilded birdcage is just that, a cage," Makarov stated, letting out a sigh..

"Are all of the upper class all about prim and proper?" Romeo asked.

"More than you can think, Romeo." Wakaba answered Macao's son. "Let me give you some advice, kid, better think twice before you date a rich girl."

"Got it," the boy nodded.

Lucy had gotten all the rings off. She started taking the bracelets, made the same way the rings were.

Who is that girl I see

Staring straight back at me?

Someone I don't know?

Must I pretend that I'm

When will my reflection show

"Uhhhhh, I'm getting a little bit confused here." Happy said.

"Why's that?" Gray asked the cat.

"'Why is my reflection someone I don't know?' What does she mean by that?"

"She doesn't like the way she is, having to pretend to be someone she's not," Macao told him. "She wants to be the real her, and not some prom and proper doll people see her as."

"Oh I see! Lucy is just uncomfortable the way she is!" Happy said while flying around. "I still wonder about her relationship with her father aye."

"That's a can of worms I'm scared to open..." Elfman stated.

Lucy finally got the bracelets off, now taking off the necklaces around her.

There's a heart that must be

Free to fly

That burns with a need to know

The reason why

After getting the last piece of jewelry off her, she then let her hair down out of the bun it was in, letting it flow.

Why must we all conceal

What we think, how we feel?

Must there be a secret me

I'm forced to hide?

I won't pretend that I'm

She used the sleeve to wipe away half the makeup on her face. And looked at the mirror one more time, showing Lucy's natural face, and her still dolled up face.

Oh yeah yeah

Lucy finished the song by wiping away the other half of the make-up.

"I have a feeling this is Lucy's start to becoming independent," Gary stated, a small smile on his face.

"I think that's true. I mean it is wrong to look at Lucy's personal belongings while also discovering more of her but her songs are just simply magnificent," Levy stated.

"Lucy will understand when we tell her it was Natsu and Erza's fault," Loki stated, getting betrayed looks from the two.

"How could you, Loki!? After all we have been through!" the two shouted.

Everyone gave the two, flat, unamused looks. "You two got us into this mess, you're taking the blunt of the damage," Mira stated, frostely, almost sounding like her old self.

Erza and Natsu just looked at the ground in defeat.

Lucy took a deep breath and let it out. She had a determined look in her eyes when they opened again. "I don't care what dad says, or what he tries to do, I'm going to be my own person. Not what he or others want me to be." She then got up, and left for her room. The video ended there.

The guild cheered and clapped for Lucy's resolve to be her own woman.

"You are already your own person the moment you've decided what you want for yourself." Erza stated, sounding proud of Lucy.

"Oh, does Erza have someone she likes~?" Mira teased the redhead.

"It's a compliment Mira, that is all," Erza stated, but had a blush on her face.

"Oh~ Then why are you blushing~?" Mina teased more. "Or are you too scared to step on Natsu's toes to admit it~?

"Hey! Don't drag me into this!" Natsu shouted, blushing madly at the accusation.

"That is not it and you know it," Erza shot back. She then grabbed Mira and pushed her to the cases. "For your remarks, your punishment is to pick the next song we listen to."

"Wh-what?! Oh no! I'm not digging my grave because of this!" Mira shouted, not wanting to incur Lucy's wrath. She tried to break free, or stop Erza.

"Well you shouldn't have gone and teased me like that," Erza stated, sternly. "This is your punishment." She pushes her at the cases, Mira stumbling to a stop.

"C-Come on Erza, I-I was just having some fun..." Mira tried to reason with the warrior redhead. "It was just a harmless joke...~"

"Well it's not so funny now is it Mira?" Erza asked, raising an eyebrow to the whitehair barmaid.

"Come on Erza, don't you think this is a bit cruel?' Elfman asked, trying to defend his sister.

"Do you want to pick the next song in her sted then?" Erza asked the giant of a man.

Elfman froze, his duty to protect his sister as her brother was battling with his survival instincts. Whether to face the infamous Bards wrath or to protect his sister from said wrath. A difficult choice to make indeed.

"Uhhhhhh." He sweated a bit, his pupils glanced left and right as if looking for an escape route. "I..... think........ it's best.......... for Mira......to cho-"

"So you insert this Lacrima into the slot?" Romeo asked a nearby guild member for directions.

"That's right, all you have to do is put it in there and you're set, Romeo."

"Thank you mister~!" Romeo thanked with a bright smile.

"It's my pleasure, Romeo." A guild member smiled as he closed his eyes before widening them in shock. "Wait, why do I keep helping you people!?"

"Romeo!? What are you doing!?" his father asked in shock and horror at his son's actions.

"What? You guys were taking too long to choose, so I went ahead and picked one already dad," he answered.

"What's it called?" Happy asked.

"It reads, 'I'm Still Here'," Romeo read off the name.

"Huh? What does 'I'm Still Here' supposed to mean?" Natsu asked, confused.

"Only one way to find out," Romeo stated, putting in the Lacrima in the player, causing the screen to pop up again. He placed the last one back,before sitting down by his father.

It showed the music room again, but it was now night time. Lucy had walked in slowly, being careful to keep the door quiet. She had a suitcase in her hands. "Okay, just have a few things to grab in here, then I'm leaving this place for good."

The guild blinked. "Is this the day Lucy left home?" Bisca asked.

"What could she want in that room though?" Alzack asked. "It's not like she can take any of the instruments with her. .. Can she...?"

"Mayber, if she has Requip magic like I do," Erza stated. "Would explain how she can summon all her instruments in her apartment."

"You are wrong Erza." Makaraov rebuked Erza's statement. "Bard magic is also instrumental magic as well. It is similar to conjuration magic but Bards use their magic to create their instruments they feel goes along with their songs."

"They also have one more ability gramps, or did you forget?" Laxus asked him.

"Now, now, no need to spoil the surprise," he stated. This confused the guild.

Lucy walked over to one of the violiones, and smiled. It then started to glow and turned into gold sparkles that flew into Lucyu herself. "One down, a few dozen to go~"

The guild blinked. They then shouted in question/shock, "WHAT WAS THAT!?"

"Instrument Bonding. If a Bard is intune with an instrument for a long time, they can then flow into their bodies so they can carry them inside their own body wherever they go. Saves money on moving fees," Makarov stated.

"That's an actual thing?" Gray asked in shock.

"Well I'll be damn, that's useful," Cana stated.

Lucy starts getting things, but the instruments start playing. Lucy shocks her head in amusement. "Good thing this room is soundproof~" Drums started to play and one of the electric guitars started to play. Lucy then started singing, gathering her instruments.

I am a question to the world

Not an answer to be heard

Or a moment that's held in your arms

And what do you think you'd ever say?

I won't listen anyway, you don't know me

And I'll never be what you want me to be

"Hmmmmm, intriguing, simply intriguing." Erza stated.

"Why's that ?" Mira asked her.

"In her Lyrics, Lucy clearly rebels against her father in a manner of speaking, what is interesting is that 'I'll never be what you want me to be'."

Natsu laughed. "She fits in Fairy Tail, that's for sure~!"

"Aye sir~!" Happy cheered in agreement.

"Wait, if the room is soundproof, why did she say that part in her first song then?" Droy asked, looking confused.

"Might have been soundproofed after that," Levy stated.

The music was starting to intensify, slowly as it was playing. Lucy then started dancing around gracefully, like a ballerina, to the beat of her song. She was tapping all her instruments, they started to glow in flow into her, making Lucy look like she was dancing with fireflies or starlights.

And what do you think you'd understand?

I'm a girl, no, I'm a woman

You can't take me and throw me away

And how can you learn what's never shown?

Yeah, you stand here on your own

They don't know me 'cause I'm not here

"I'm guessing when she says, 'They don't know me 'cause I'm not here,' I take it that they see her as that rich dressed up doll, and not her," Elfman stated.

"Another fact of the nobles, they always like to be in control no matter what, if it's increasing taxes among the people in their territory or just showing off their status." Wakaba stated.

"If that happened, why hasn't the others like the council taken action if they ever were to do such a thing?" Romeo asked, looking confused.

"Where do you think they get the money to do their jobs kid?" Loki asked. "They need the funds to do their jobs, otherwise they wouldn't be as effective as they are."

"Most nobles answer to the King of Fiore, it doesn't help that the king has little mistrust of the mages after an incident with the queen." Makarov stated, sighing. "He's gotten better with them... but things like that still take time to fully get over..."

"Geez..." Natsu groaned.

"Can we change the topic?" Levy asked. "I want to talk about how graceful Lucy is while dancing."

"Ah yes of course."

"Still, hey gramps what happened with the queen?" Laxus asked his grandfather

"There were some complications that happened with the birth of the princess seven years ago and the mage............... well lets just say she was partially responsible for the cause if the head captain hadn't stopped her."

They all dropped it at that point, and turned back to the screen.

Lucy kept dancing, while gathering her stuff, looking happy. The Music was intensified to the max for now, her energy restored.

"She wants to experience a lot of things and yet her father doesn't allow her to."

"They have to keep their 'dignity' and all that," Mira stated, using air quotes for the 'dignity' bit.

"Why do they have to act like that...?" Natsu asked. "It sounds boring and tiresome."

"It's all about perfection and showing they're better off than anyone." Mira told him. "But yes, it is annoying, tiresome and boring."

"Not saying all nobles are like that, but those that do are looked down on," Makarov stated.

"Wish more were like that..." Natsu muttered. "Would make things better."

The instruments quieted down, like they were from the start. Lucy was now onto the bigger instruments, leaving the guitars and drums that were playing for last. The glowing particles were making Lucy look elegant and beautiful, like a Fairy Dancing in the stars.

They can't break me as long as I know who I am

Some of the guild members started to dance with Lucy, her infectious energy going through them all. Some were dancing with partners, like Alzack and Bisca, others; dancing alone, like Mira, who was trying to match Lucy's movement's and grace, while serving food and drinks. The Guild was having a good time. This song was connecting to all of Fairy Tail the most so far.

"I can't get enough of her rhythm," Mira stated, smiling as she danced, and serving guildmates.

"I get what you mean," Gray stated, using his powers to dance like a professional ice skate dancer.

"Slow enough to have a partner," Alzack started, spinning Bisca.

"But fast enough to dance at your downbeat~" Bisca finished, the two blush, but smiling at one another.

"I could do this all day-"

CRACK!

"Ack! My back!" Makarove shouted, throwing his back out.

Mira went over to help him, while some of the guild snickered or outright laughed at the master for doing something he shouldn't have.

"You shouldn't be moving like that, old man~" Laxus teased/mocked his grandfather.

"Don't be so hard on your dear old fragile old man Laxus."

The instruments intensified again, Lucy's voice sounding like it was echoing now, me dancing getting more elaborate with each move she made, and instruments she touched.

"Lucy's father was really an a---ole wasn't he?" Natsu asked.

"Language!"

"Oh shut up, we're adult's here!"

Macoa points to his son, Romeo, giving the Fire Dragon Slayer a pointed look. "No, there aren't all just adults here."

"You forget, he may be mature for his age, due to being in the guild most of the time, but he's still a six year old kid."

"HEY!" Romeo pouted to his father.

"You know it's true, and you can't say otherwise..." he stated, sternly. Romio just crossed his arms and pouted.

"Just keep drinking your milk kid and you'll grow up faster than you can think." Wakaba stated to his honorary nephew, ruffling the kid's hair.

The music slowed down a bit in both tempo and sound, Lucy now working on the Largest of the instruments, her voice a bit melancholy at this part.

They can't tell me who to be

While I keep on dreaming for me

And their words are just whispers

And lies that I'll never believe

"Yeah this definitely proves that Lucy is rebelling against her father and refusing her noble heritage. Quite a bold move Lucy made." Erza stated, smiling at her teammate.

"YEAH, YOU GO LUCI!" Both Natsu and Happy cheered for her.

"She definitely belongs here, that's for sure," Cana stated, using a barrel to cheer for Lucy, then drinking from it.

"Cheers mate!"

"For Lucy!"

"Chart your own path girl~!"

"You're strong for going out on your own in the world Lucy," Levy stated, smiling at her friend on screen.

"She's so manly for taking the hard roar in life," Elfman stated, crying manly tears of joy for his guilmant.

Lucy had gathered all the instruments in the room, besides the ones playing, dancing in the middle of all the lights. The beat picked up and Lucy smiled again, the melancholy lost from her voice.

The instruments that were playing started glowing now, and were fading into Lucy, the song nearing its end.

The glow and the music faded out, leaving the whole room braen, leaving Lucy in the middle.

The guild was clapping for Lucy. They all felt happy for her.

"Marvelous, simply marvelous." Makarov stated, smiling at his newest child of the Fairy Tail guild.

"She had the Fairy Tail spirit from the start," Mocao stated. "She just needed to come here."

"Heck yeah she is~!" Natsu cheered, pumping his fist in the air.

"Be quiet you!"

"For what stripper?!"

"For going around Lucy's stuff without her permission and now we're learning her past which she wanted to keep hidden and now we're forced to watch it because of your thick empty skull of yours!"

"Will you two stop!?" Erza ordered, making the two clam up. "The video is still going."

Lucy took a deep breath. She then turned around, and walked to the player/recorder, picking it up to her face. "This is my life, not my fathers, or anyone else's. And I won't be a doll or puppet either. I'm charting my own life, and this is my start." She then turned it off, and the video ended.

"Her strings have been cut off the moment she decided to not be what her father wishes her to be." Mira stated, smiling brightly.

"You got that right," Elfman agreed with his sister.

"Couldn't have said it better myself," Erza stated, her proud smile on her lips again.

"Just... why don't Bards get so much respect?"

"We told you already..."

"I mean why does it reflect to all bards when just only a few of them did bad things? Pretty sure that's like blaming the destructive tendencies for dragon slayer mages. Like Natsu for example."

"HEY!"

"Because that can charm people, intentionally or not, and you know Charm Magic is against the law," Makarov stated.

"I see......... wait Bards can incorporate other types of magic with their instrumental magic?"

"Yes, why do you ask?" the guild master asked, raising an eyebrow at the question. "I thought we went over this already."

"No you didn't, master, you only said Bard magic is only instrumental magic."

"Oh... Well I thought it was obvious, since a bard that beat Wakaba and Macou could warp reality," Makarov stated, reminding them of the two's encounter. "Or how mine used elements and all that..."

"I thought it was rhetorical!"

"No one ever said they could do that literally!"

The three men gave the all flat look. They then shouted at all of them furiously for not believing them. "WE WERE BEING SERIOUS ABOUT THAT, YOU IDIOTS!!!"

A lot of the guild members paled hearing that.

Laxus gave them all deadpan looks, stating, "Yeah... you're all idiots for not putting two and two together... I know for a fact that it's all true..."

"Ohhhh, now you're in a world full of pain Natsu!" Gray mocked Natsu while pointing at him.

"... So all that about them making volcanoes blow and storms form from their anger...?" Natsu asked, worried, ignoring Gray's taunt.

"Is all true..." the three men stated flatly.

Natsu did not say anything as he paled more further until he's completely white. Not only him but Erza and Happy as well.

It was not long until Natsu began to walk fast towards the guild exit. "I think I'm gonna take a vacation, a long vacation."

"Aye sir!"

"OH NO YOU DON'T! EVERYBODY GRAB HIM!"

The whole guild dogpiled on both Natsu and Happy, making the two scream in shock and pain. Mira had caught Erza, who was trying to escape herself, the bartender's face of a way too sweet smile. The three were tied and cuffed to chairs.

"NOOOOO! LET ME GO! LET ME GO! LUCY WILL LITERALLY SKIN ME ALIVE FOR THIS ONE!" Natsu shouted, trying to wriggle free.

"GUYS PLEASE! IT'S ALL NATSU AND ERZA'S FAULT! THEY'RE THE ONES YOU WANT! I'M AN INNOCENT CAT!" Happy shouted, crying rivers of tears, anime style.

"MY FELLOW GUILD MEMBERS! CAN YOU ALL THINK RATIONALLY?! DON'T YOU ALL WANT TO AVOID LUCY'S WRATH?!" Erza tried to negotiate with her guild.

"YOU THREE ARE THE ONES WHO STARTED THIS WHOLE MESS!!!???" almost the whole guild shouted at the three tied up mages.

"WE'RE SORRY ALRIGHT! WE WERE JUST CURIOUS!" the three shouted. "WE JUST WANTED TO HELP LUCY OUT WITHOUT HIDING HERSELF AWAY! WE'RE FAMILY!"

"Just because you're family, doesn't mean you're allowed to reveal a family member's secret!" Makarov shouted. "That's a breach in trust!"

One guild member gulped, taking a drink of his beer he ordered to calm his nerves. He was sweating profusely since he gave the council the information on Lucy. "Hey, you okay Mest, you look tense?" a guild member asked the now named Mest Gryder.

He jumped when the guild member asked him a question before he put a hand behind his head while rubbing it nervously. "Oh! Uhhhhhhh... it's nothing to worry about man! There is no problem! Nothing at all!" Mest tried to wave off the member.

"It's about Lucy and how she'll react when she gets back, isn't it?" the guild member asked him.

"Oh yes! That's exactly it!" Mest said to the guild member while internally sighing relief. "Who knows what she's gonna do. If you ask me I need to get the f--k out of here!"

"I think we're all thinking that man..." the guild member stated flatly.

"Then pack your bags before this turns into a literal bloodbath! My suggestion, change your name, identity, face and never look back again." Mest said while already having a suitcase beside him. 'This is WAY beyond my paygrade! S---w this mission the magic council better give me a big raise or else I'll tell them about Lucy!' he mentally said in his mind.

The guild settled down now, all taking breaths to do so.

"So what now?" Loki asked no one in particular.

"I say we leave Natsu, Erza, Gray and Happy to Lucy while the rest of us leave Fiore forever!" Alzack suggested. "Or until the storm blows over. Whichever comes first."

"Ohh I think that's a good idea!"

"Great idea Alzack!"

"I'm booking tickets already!"

"Romeo! Get my luggage and tell your mom we're leaving for a private resort as an extended vacation!"

"TRAITORS!"

"HEY DON'T LUMP WITH THESE THREE HERE!"

"ENOUGH!" Makarov shouted so loud, everyone shut up instantly. He took a breath, and looked at everyone with a serious look on his face. "We are not running from this, you hear!? Fairy Tail will stand strong, you hear me!?"

"Then why are you hiding those tickets to Akane Resort behind your back, gramps?" Laxus suspiciously asked his old man where he could literally see him hiding a ticket behind his back.

"It is never too bad to have a back up plan in case of things getting way too out of your control," Makarov stated, coughing into his fist.

"BU-IT! THAT'S JUST AN EXCUSE TO LEAVE US TO DEAL WITH LUCY WRATH! YOU JUST DON'T WANT TO FACE HER LIKE YOU DID WHEN MY MOM DISCOVERED DADS SECRET EROTIC NOVEL WHICH YOU GAVE HIM!"

Mira looked at the master, the same look she gave Erza before. "Master... What is Laxus talking about...!?" She had a kind face, but a murderous aura around her.

Makarov was sweating bullets. "Uh... well... you see..."

"You're not denying it, gramps!" Laxus pointed accussly at his grandfather while having a comedic angry expression.

"... I think we need to calm down," Cana stated, getting up. "I know I'm going to regret this, but I'm picking the next song, so we can all try to calm ourselves."

"Cana, we're literally close to the doors of death right now. Why should we watch another of Lucy's recordings?"

"Because the atmosphere is too tense for me," she answered. "And sense we're in the doghouse anyways, let's just enjoy Lucy's music while we can."

"Dude do you want us to dig more on your graves further? I'm pretty sure we've seen enough. Here's my suggestion, we all forget this ever happened, never mention this to Lucy and we get to keep our lives enacted. While also leaving these three idiots to deal with her." Gray suggested.

"That's a solid pla-WAIT ARE YOU TRYING TO GET ME KILLED?!" Natsu roared at Gray.

"Yes."

"DON'T SAY IT SO CASUAL YOU M-THERF--KER!"

"LANGUAGE!"

"SHUT UP MACAO!"

Makavor only sighs. "Go ahead, Cana."

"Thank you master,." she said to Makarov. She went to pick one, and did so, before placing the last Lacrima and putting in the new one in the slot. The screen popped up when she did.

"You're crazy, you know that...?" Gray asked flatly.

Cana shrugged, taking another barrel to drink. "Eh, like I said, we're already in trouble, might as well enjoy the music and beg forgiveness after.

The screen showed the same music room as before. Lucy setting up the next song. "Okay, there we go. Now I can start my debut song now."

"Wait Cana, what was the title of the album you put in?" Gray asked.

"Uh, I think it was, "Stand Out," I think," she told them.

"'Stand out'? What's with the weird name 'Stand Out'?" Elfman asked.

"Maybe she wants to stand out on her own," Cana stated.

"And by debut song, what do you think Lucy is rehearsing for?"

"That I'm unsure of..."

Lucy went back to the center of the room, showing she was in a whire dress. "Okay, here we go," She then used a Magic Color device, and transformed her Dress and hair to look like a galaxy. Her's was custom made to do such a thing. She then put on eye shadow and lipstick of the same look.

Mira's jaw dropped, recognizing Lucy's new look. "No way... Lucy's Star-Heart!? The newest Idol Diva out there!?"

"Hold the freaking phone here! Lucy is actually a popular idol?!" Loki shouted, shocked.

Cana did a spittank. "What the hell!?"

"Okay, now I just need a catch phrase... Let's see... Aha~! I'm Start-Heart, and I'll make your hearts shine like a star~!" Lucy shouted, doing a twell, and pointing a finger gun at the recorder. "Yes~ That'll work~!"

"Mira... you were kidding about your comment on Lucy being a famous singer was a joke and not taking Cana's job, right?" Alzack asked, mostly in jest.

"Hey hold just a minute, who is Star-Heart?" Natsui asked, looking confused.

"She's a top ranking Idol Diva that is ranking the charts for the last year or so," Mira told her. "Diva's are sort of like Bards, but they use dancing as well as singing. No one knows where she came from though."

"So... Lucy's both?" Gray asked her.

"Yup! Usually Bards aren't allowed to perform in a concert like what master said because of using their magic as means to enhance their performance, but if they only use instrumental magic, then they get to play at the concert."

"Huh... Who would have thought..." Gray stated, slumping back into his seat. "Still I think we shouldn't watch this, not only we saw parts of Lucy's past but also knowing her secret identity as a famous idol. This goes WAY beyond levels of privacy."

"Like the master said before, we can't take it out while playing, so we're just going to have to watch it," Mira stated, sighing. She was going top enjoy this though. She was a fan of Star-Heart.

Lucy then started the music. It was more techno than her last songs she did. But still had a bit of rock beat to it.

"What kind of music genre is that?" Happy asked.

"It's called Techno," Cana stated. "It's a newer type of music that a lot of idols use to sing and dance with."

"I think I heard of it before but never knew about it," Elfman started. "Is that what you listen to Mira?"

Mira noidded. "Yep~"

"We'll, let's hear it and see if it's good," Erza stated.

Lucy started to sing, she was dancing as well, grooving to the beat of the song.

"Hey, I want to join!" Natsu shouted, trying to break free.

"Aye!" Happy agreed.

"I, two, want to join in," Erza stated.

"No, you three are not allowed."

"Why not!?" they shouted. "We're already been punished enough!"

"Shut up! The moment you have decided to show us Lucy's recording is the moment you buried your own grave!"

The three tied up members grumbled.

Lucy points to the air, her voice reaching high to this part of the chorus.

Lucy then winked, made a V with her fingers, putting it in front of her open eye, and made a cute pose added to it.

The girls in the guild followed suit, doing the same thing, well all but Erza.

"Damn she looks cute when she does that pose!" Levy stated.

"With just enough sexy to make it work," Cana added.

"She's got the attitude of an idol, that's for sure," Bisca stated.

"You can't deny Lucy has talent."

"I demand you release me so I can join in!" Erza barked out.

"NO!"

Erza gave her death glare at them.

"That doesn't scare us anymore Erza!"

Erza was surprised at that. "But it typically does!? Why not now!?"

"We fear Lucy more than you now," they all stated.

Erza slumped.

Lucy went back to dancing and sang the song again.

"From what I can remember, doesn't Star-Heart have any rivals in terms of popularity?"

"Yeah... I think there is one that they keep switching rankings for the top ranks. Who was it again?" Cana asked Mira, since she'd know who it was.

"Oh, you mean Princess Red Heart," Mira answered. "Yeah, they are good friends and rivals in the idol world."

"Don't forget Silver Heart. She's literally the embodiment of competitive rivalry." Levy stated. "She tries to outdo both Star-Heart and Princess Red Heart in competitive rivalry for the number one spot."(A/N 1)

"Yeah, they are the top three in the idol community," Mira stated, smiling.

Lucy/Star-Heart kept at it, her smile beaming like the sun itself, showing her idol namesake.

"Am I literally a scapegoat here?! I said I was sorry!" Natsu now was pleading. "I'll do anything. I don't want to face Erza 2.0!"

"What was that...?" Erza asked, glaring at Natsu.

"I'm not scared of you anymore Erza! Lucy's far worse than you and I'm not afraid to admit it!"

Erza didn't know whether to feel annoyed or excited that Lucy might be able to challenge her.

"Dude!" A fellow guild member elbowed his other guild member. "This is the first time Natsu has ever stood up against Erza without constantly asking her for a challenge!"

"Guess hear what Lucy could do gave him a backbone to her," another stated.

Lucy then gave her voice a sligh mature tone to it.

Most of the guys, and some of the girls, in the guild blushed at Lucy's tone of voice.

"Oohhhh wow."

Cana laughed. "Lucy sure knows how to charm when she wants~!"

"I can't argue with that." Mira agreed, giggling, a bit of a blush on her face as well.

Lucy then went back to normal in her vocals.

Lucy did the same pose as before at the end of the some, smiling brightly.

"WE LOVE YOU LUCY!" a random guild member with eyes on his eyes shouted out loud.

With that the rest of the guild cheered and clapped for her as well.

Laxus smirked. "It wasn't rock, but it was pretty good, I'll admit."

"Oh, the great Laxus is even smitten by Lucy's performance." Cana and Mira teased him.

"Hey I'm just complimenting her, that's it."

The two girls just giggled.

Lucy walked over to the recorder, her smile still on her face. "Okay, just need to make a copy from this, and work on it. After that, I'll send it through." She listened off to herself. "This'll be my new way~" the video then ended.

"Alright, who here agrees that Lucy is a talented singer in Fairy Tail?" Levy asked, getting most of the guild to raise their hands.

"If Lucy's magic is just as good as her singing, she'll be S-Class in no time," Wakaba stated, grinning.

"Ah ah ah!" Makarov waved his finger at Wakaba. "Just because she has a large amount of reserved magic inside of her doesn't make her an S-class. She'll need to prove herself first before she becomes an S-class because after all Bards may be powerful it does not make them unbeatable."

"That is true," Macao agreed with a nod to his head.

"But weren't you three beaten by Bards?" Natsu asked, looking puzzled.

"Guh! Don't remind us." the three said, looking downcast at the reminder.

"And Lucy was able to summon five Celestial Spirits at once, four of which were Golden Key Spirits," Mira added on. "So that shows how much magic power Lucy has."

"As I was saying, all magic has its strengths and weaknesses. There is no such thing as literal God magic, many magic have their restrictions and laws magicians have to follow. Dragon slayer, God slayer, Demon slayer." That one catches Gray's attention for some reason. "It depends on how powerful and experienced they are."

"Then how come whenever someone beats a bard if people mention they are too powerful master?"

"That is because the reason why Bards are powerful........is because they sing with all their heart and soul. The ones who attempt to gain profit or manipulate it, they don't put any effort into their songs which makes them weak. That is why Bards are powerful, their song reflects their emotion, their life, their happiness, sadness, anger, and other emotions, and their very soul."

"... So by that logic... Lucy is that powerful... Given what we've seen so far..." Gray stated flatly.

"Yes. Which is why Bards are so powerful in their own rights. But don't start believing it makes Bards the embodiment of power itself, powerful yes but not unstoppable."

"This coming from the man who was beaten by one~" Happy teased.

BAM!

Makarov slammed a giant fist on the cat, an angered smile on his face. "Anyone else want to bring that topic up again...~!?"

"NO MASTER!" all of them shouted at the same time.

"You know what," Laxus started, jumping down from the second floor. "I want to pick the next song myself."

"You know what, go ahead Laxus. How many songs are there?"

"Looks about a few hundred," Laxus answered, looking at all the cases.

"Then we'll watch only six more for the day, and come back tomorrow to watch more," Makarov declared.

"Master, why should we watch more tomorrow? Isn't six enough?" Mira asked, confused.

"Well... I might be interested to hear more of her songs..." he answered. "I want to hear if she made more jazz songs... And you can't tell me you don't want to hear Lucy's other persona's music."

Mira blushed and looked away. "I-I have no idea what you're talking about master... Hehehehehe..." the bartender said, laughing nervously.

"Your face says otherwise." Cana teased her.

Mira just pouted.

Laxus looked at the songs. "Okay... I think I'll pick this one..." he stated, grabbing one of the Lacrimas.

Lucy had made it to her desti

tion and hand got approved to help out. The caretaker was happy to have Lucy, or Star-Heart, to sing for all the kids.

"Hey Lucy," called a familiar voice to the blond.

Lucy turned to see two faces she knew in the idol business, smilined at them. "Good to see you two~! Guessing you two are here to help out as well~?"

"Yep, and do a performance together," the second girl stated.

"Well then, let's give the kids a performance they'll never forget~!" Lucy stated, fuistbumping the two other girls.

Dark: Ugh, (BLEEP) finally. (Dark slumps at a beanbag appearing out of nowhere along with the rehearsals)

Happy: "Where'd he get the-?"

Dark: (Takes up a microphone) Let me and Light/Xara give you a little lecture about Bard magician. It's true they are powerful but not on the scale of Acnologia. Like how this idiot's friend (pointing at the flying cat)-

Happy: "HEY! Don't be mean to Natsu!"

Dark: Fire Dragon Slayer Magic can literally be used as some type of powerup whenever he fights strong opponents. Like how Natsu used fire magic in a Lucy doll to help her fight against a powerful Grimoire Heart member.

Happy: "... Who?"

(Dope Slaps Dark over the head) No talking about later happening you morron!

Dark: Ow! Anyway, Bards can use their songs as their advantage over their fight, correct Light/Xara?

They can, yes. It depends on what they sing/play at times that can be the most effective though. Music can lift people up or bring people down.

Happy: "Awesome~!"

Dark: They are powerful yes, BUT they are no match for the likes of powerful magicians. Zeref, Dragons, Igneel and most of all (Puts in a darkened expression while his eyes glint.) Acnologia, the dragon of the Apocalypse.

(Shrugs) Who knows. Anyways. We should wrap this up.

Happy: "Aye sir~!"

Dark: Sure why not. Wrap it up Light/Xara! I'm going to sleep! (Moving his body on the other side) ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!
