Every day, Kenma's condition worsened. Often then not, when coughing, the blonde couldn't breathe.

Not that he could've earlier (when coughing) it just wasn't such a task.

Hiding it from the team got easier ever since Yaku found out, however. The demon senpai would distract the team every time Kenma would get the need to vomit the petals.

Not to mention, it got harder to be around a certain captain.

After yet another week of this, Kenma suddenly started ignoring - or avoiding however you'd like it - the middle blocker.

Kenma figured it'd be easier for the both of them.

The gamer did everything in his power to avoid Kuroo. Such as getting up rather early in the morning so he could walk to school alone - he must admit it was kind of a pain but he stuck to it - or even escaping the classroom early - as early as he could - so he wouldn't need to eat lunch with the ravenatte.

This did nothing to help his condition, he was too far gone.

Yet despite this, he kept doing it, every single day, he figured.. if it wasn't for him then it was for Kuroo.

Or so he told himself.
