Y/N POV

Something crashed through the ceiling in front of me causing me to raised my hand to shield my eyes from dust and splintering wood debris. As I lowered my arm again though, my eyes narrowed when I saw one of those Jack robots, from the looks of things, it appeared to be the fourth generation.

It stood over me as I commented "G-Corporation, what are you doing here?" Of course there was no response, not that I expected one either, these drones were virtually mute. It did slowly begin to step forward though, I could hear its eyes bleeping. I scowled as I said "So that's how it is then."

The Jack 4 drone rushed forward and thrust its fist forward for a punch. I effortlessly used my speed to evade. While these bots packed a punch, they were sometimes slow and a bit clunky. Before it could even turn to face me again, I elbowed it in the back. As it fell to the ground, I through a lone kunai that pierced right through its chest. It shook for a moment as electricity sparked around it, its eyes dulled and it shut down completely.

I stood over the robot, staring down at it in confusion when I heard several more crashing sounds coming from the large temple room where the Mishimas had been fighting. I peered in from my hiding spot to see several Jack bots swarming Heihachi and Kazuya, it seemed they were willing to put their differences aside for this. How long would it last, I wonder.

Due to G-Corporation's interference, it would be impossible for me to successfully apprehend one of the Mishimas, let alone both of them. I had no intention of helping them out either, so my priority now was to escape.

As if on cue, I felt my earpiece buzz. I reached my hand up to push a button and spoke into it. "Eagle here." Straight away, I heard a familiar voice. "Eagle it's Raven. What the Hell's going on?!" I explained "G-Corporation showed up with a swarm of those Jack robots. The mission's compromised."

Raven's voice replied. "Right, I've reached a rendezvous point a safe distance from the temple. I'm sending my coordinates to you." Straight after he said this, I heard a beep on my radar. Looking at it, I saw a map of the surrounding area, I was represented by an arrow while Raven's location was a blinking light.

I stated "Right, I see you. I'll be there shortly. Eagle out." I signed off the call with Raven and looked at the radar again. I had my objective, I'd have to get out of here before it was completely overrun by G-Corp's forces! Glancing back to the large room, I could hear the Mishimas fighting the Jacks. I spoke quietly "Farewell Mishimas." Before I turned and began running.

I instantly made my way back to the staircase I'd descended earlier. This time I went up, once at the top, another Jack 4 attempted to crash in front of me but because we were on a higher floor, it ended up going right through and just leaving a massive hole in front of me.

Ignoring the Jack, I leapt over the hole. Making my way to the balcony I'd leapt onto in the first place to get inside, this time I just leapt off it, upon hitting the ground I performed a role and stopped on one knee, quickly getting to my feet again afterwards.

Almost straight after this, there were two crashes in front of me. Two more Jack robots stood upright from the small craters and wasted no time rushing towards me.

I leapt up into the air and hurled another two kunai that struck one of them. Not enough to shut it down but enough to weaken it and drop it to its knees. I then tried a nice little trick. I landed right between the pair and stared up at the second one.

It raised its fist and went in for a punch. However in that moment, I leapt up, causing the Jack's fist to collide with the other's head, destroying it and shutting the unit down permanently. I landed just behind the remaining unit

It spun around and began flailing its arms at me. I effortlessly blocked before retaliating with several kicks in quick succession which damaged to unit enough so that one last palm thrust was able to shut it down for good.

It seemed my presence here made me a target for G-Corporation as well. I hurried, following the blinking light on my radar. Another Jack unit appeared but it was swiftly dealt with and it was now that I finally found him.

Stood on a cliff, overlooking the large temple. As per usual, he had that same stoic, emotionless expression and his arms folded.  Probably one of my few actual friends and I'll admit, rivals, not that we showed it, we kept professional most of the times. Raven, another UN Agent and ninja.

He didn't even look at me as I approached, instead only shifting his head slightly to acknowledge my presence as he said "So, you finally made it." I commented "I had some company on the way here. They've been dealt with though."

Raven asked "What's the status of the targets?" I replied "Jin escaped, Kazuya and Heihachi are still in the temple fighting the Jacks as we speak." We turned and took a look at the temple in the distance. I only now noticed the armada of helicopters flying overhead. Shortly after this though, I noticed something else.

I had to squint to see clearer as Raven asked "What's that?" It seemed to be someone sliding down the side of the cliff. At first I was confused. However once they reached the bottom, their form shifted. They sprouted wings and as fast as they appeared, they were gone, flying away into the darkness. I replied "That, would probably be Kazuya Mishima. The coward got away."

I added "And that leaves Heihachi still inside. Can he handle them alo-?" Before I could even finish my question I got an answer as the temple suddenly erupted into a massive explosion! At first I was somewhat caught off guard. Even a Mishima shouldn't be able to survive an explosion of that size! Raven reached up to his earpiece, contacting HQ. He must have connected with an operator quickly as he could be heard reporting. 

"Heihachi Mishima... Is dead...

As soon as this phrase was spoken, we heard twigs snap behind us. Two more Jack 4 drones must have been behind us as they both lunged forward trying to strike us. Using our speed though, we effortlessly dodged and struck past them.

Raven's blade sliced through the torso one Jack, cutting it at a diagonal angle before it fell to the ground. My two kunai just pierced through the other's neck, decapitating it. Both units collapsed and shut down.

Even though we'd overcome the ambush, we knew our position had been compromised. Me and Raven turned to one another. I suggested "We should clear out." Raven nodded "Right, we need to get a safer distance away from this place and call for evac."

With that, we swiftly left the sight of the now burning temple. Completely unaware, that an evil house deep beneath it had just been awakened...

Author's Note: And that's it for this chapter. Now we're officially into the Tekken 5 segment, this tournament will hopefully be more interesting since a few more characters will be introduced. The love interests will appear in this segment, Y/N and Lee will meet again, along with another character who will be a re-occurring rival of sorts, he's one of my favourites but I won't give him away just yet.
