Attendee 1: Hitting each other with balls...? Seems a little bit lighthearted... Is that really okay?

I was standing in the middle of the room, telling them my ideas.

Me: That's not true essence about it. It's about creating a chaotic situation to draw out their thinking abilities.

Attendee 2: And the second phase is more of the same? If we do with this, the exam will be less about measuring individual ability and more about their ability to work in teams.

Me: I'm sorry, but that's the advocacy of the National Police Agency. As much as I hate it, I can't refuse their order.

Attendee 3: He's right. Of course, the fundamental knowledge around rescue like first-aid and diagnosing is necessary, but above that, we were told to have the test content emphasize collaboration and cooperation.

Attendee 4: Cooperation, huh...

Me: I'm sorry to interrupt, but who said I have don explaining?

Attendee 5: You have other things in mind?

Me: For the second phase, I just explained the base of the test. I still haven't put the topping, yet.

They turned their attentions towards me.

Me: For the second phase, the students need to do their rescue manuevers while keeping the "villains" at ease.

Attendee 6: We're listening.

Me: Gang Orca and me are gonna act as villains during the second test and will attack the students. And the points calculation will be like this. Everyone will start with an allotment of points and will be evaluated using a point deduction system. The huc will judge them on the basis of their rescue actions. Aside from that, for things like whether or not they are positioning their quirk in the most suitable way possible, their overall movements... I want to have 100 members of PSC to judge it. They will be equipped with a scoring manual and data on all 100 examinees. Each one will be scoring a single examinee. Those who fall below 50 points will automatically fail.

The attendees looked at each other and started whispering amongst them.

After a few minutes, they nodded.

Attendee 1: Well then, we'll go with your plan.

Present Time
Kirizaya POV

As I was fighting with Yuta, suddenly a barrage of ice came at me.

I swung my scythe around me, destroying all the ice that were coming at me.

Me*thought*: Shoto.

And a second later, a strong wind sent back all the ice that I destroyed to me.

Me: Shinigami's Presence.

All the flying ice turned into ash.

Me*thought*: Yoarashi.

Yuta:*nervous smile* You sure are hard to be defeated.

Me: Well, what do you expect from No. 8 Hero?

Suddenly...

???: Blast away.

I got blast away but a pair of wings made of ash appeared on my back, stopping me from hitting the wall.

Me: I wonder when you will show up.

(Y/N) landed beside Yuta.

I landed on the ground and the wings dissapeared.

Me: Gang Orca, handle Shoto and Yoarashi.

Gang Orca: Got it.

Me: Now then...

All the ash in the stadium started to float.

Me: Amuse me, heroes.

All the ash then turned into knives.

(Y/N): Shake.

Yuta:*smiles* Our pleasure.

Aizawa POV

Joke: Seriously, what's the point of that restrictive protector if he can do that?

Me: Beats me.

Kirizaya launced all the knives to those two.

Yuta blocked all the knives that coming at him.

(Y/N): Explode.

All the knives that coming at him exploded but Kirizaya suddenly came out from the explosion and grabbed (Y/N)'s neck.

He then threw (Y/N) to Yuta.

Yuta quickly caught (Y/N).

Me: He's actually giving those two advantage, you know?

Joke: Huh?

Me: No matter how you look at it, the most problematic one is (Y/N)'s quirk since it's unavoidable. But Kirizaya still let (Y/N) go from his grip. Not jus that, he also hasn't use his Red Eye ability at all.

Both (Y/N) and Yuta started to rush at Kirizaya with Yuta was in the front.

They started to attack Kirizaya.

Even though Kirizaya blocked every attack, I could see how good those two are together.

If I'm about to explain it in video game language, Yuta was the main damage dealer while (Y/N) acting as a support.

They haven't dealt many damage on Kirizaya, though. He did an excellent job on both defensive and offensive.

Well, if we're talking about martial arts, Kirizaya is top-tier.

???: Looking good down there.

Someone sat beside me. Without looking at the person, I spoke.

Me: Nice to see you again, Ari.

Ari:*smiles* Same here, Aizawa-sensei.

Ari Todoroki. Kirizaya's elder sister. She's been working with Hawks after graduating just like Kirizaya. Even so, she's never been in Top 10.

Me: You aren't working today?

Ari: I requested a day off so I can come here and catch up with you.

Ari was a pink-haired young woman. She stands around 166cm.

She was wearing a black hoodie and jeans and she has chewing gum in her mouth.

Me: I see. Anyways, Joke. This is Ari. You may know her by the name Achlys.

Joke: Oh, yeah. You're the one who replace Kirizaya after he resigned from his position as Hawks's right-hand man.

Ari: Yep.

She leaned against her seat and popped her chewing gum.

Ari: Looks like my brother has been outnumbered.

She said while looking at Kirizaya who was blocking a barrage of attacks from every direction.

He was no longer fighting two students, there were at least 10 students around him.

Me: Well, it's an everyday occurence for him, isn't it?

Kirizaya was about to strike them when the examiner announced that the exam is finally over.

Ari: They're lucky. If the exam had dragged even a second longer, all of them that surrounding Kirizaya will be defeated.

Aizawa: I know.

Kirizaya then appeared beside Ari and picked up his coat that he threw away earlier.

Kirizaya: Hey, Ari.

Ari: Hey.

Kirizaya: How about having lunch together? You too, Joke. It's on me.

Me:*smiles* Sure.

Joke:*smiles* Why not? Maybe we can catch up with each others' lives while we're on it.

Ari:*pops chewing gum* Sure. I'm curious how's my little brother doing after marrying with his secretary, after all.

Kirizaya: Well, please go first. I'm gonna take a quick shower.
