in the californian mines, miners were walking on the muddy pathways with their mining gear while bulldozers and trucks did the same as the miners walked into the tunnels

a single miner brought a drill against a stone wall, pressing hard until he heard cracks and as said cracks spread out, the miner was dumbfounded as the wall began to collapse, revealing a man-sized cave entrance, he turned off his drill and slowly entered the cave

while the other miners were gathering around the entrance, the CEO came inside and saw the miner standing still in shock and surprise. it was a large, ancient underground temple, or at least some ruins of it as the ceo and miners were surrounded by stones of a man with wings and a cracked halo ring

the miner touched what looked like a stone tablet, which flashed with life, but was also surrounded by a red aura, causing a large pulse of unknown energy to blast througgh the miners and straight out of the tunnel's exite and continuued until it covered up the earth, which caused a massive black out that lasted for a few seconds, causing the communications and lights to go back on again

and with this seemingly mundane action, earth has been changed forever and will never be the same once again
