*i'm walking down the hallways, going to my locker when i notice mattia leaning into the locker next to mine*
mattia: i just wanted to make this clear. just because i kissed you yesterday doesn't mean i like you.

*after that he walked away. i was a little confused but upset at the same time.*
cilla: hey y/n.. i saw you talking to mattia
y/n: welp, don't get any ideas. he just told me he didn't like me

y/n: it's all good because i told him i didn't like him either

y/n: i don't need him anyways. all he's ever done was bully me and idk why i fell for him, he's an asshole.
*i didn't realized alejandro and alvaro walking up behind me*

*they walked away and then the bell rang*
jayla: welp, im off to 3rd..
*me and cilla had 3rd period together so we walked to class*
ms.catalina: alright students, today we are going to be starting a project on the civil war.. *blah, blah, blah* i will be assigning new seats and whoever your next to will be your partner.
*we all line up on the wall and as the teacher goes down the rows, i get placed in the last row next to kairi. ofc, mattia's bestfriend. i walk to my seat and realize cilla day infrount of me so atleast i had someone to talk to*
-after class-
cilla: im just happy that you sit behind me and not on the other side of the classroom like last quarter
y/n: yessir but i have to sit next to kairi..
cilla: what's wrong with that?
y/n: it's jus he's mattia's bestfriend and idk.
cilla: just get to know him. he seems like a nice kid
-fast forward to lunch-
*jayla, cilla and i are all sitting at the table and i see alvaro walking up with alejandro*
ale: i have a question jayla.
*we all turned and looked at her*

ale: will you be my girlfriend?
*she jumped outa her seat and yelled*

cilla: wow. now all we need is someone to ask y/n out.
y/n: nah, im fine on my own.
*the bell rang and i was off to me.martinez class. after what mattia said to me earlier, i didn't wanna go but i had to. we sat in silence for a while until mr.martinez told us to start in our project*
y/n: uhm. igz ill do some research and you can brainstorm ideas-
mattia: just shutup.
*i sighed and started doing the research as i finished mr.martines passed out the papers we had to fill out*
mattia: gimme the answer when your done.
y/n: ok
mattia: hurry up bruh you take hella long. im not about fail because of your dumbass
*class ended and i walked out trying not to cry because of everything he's said to me. i walk into the courtyard and i sat down and started crying after the bell rang. i didn't wanna go to class so i just sat down until someone came up to me*
kairi: woah, are you okay y/n?
*i wiped my eyes and looked up*
y/n: oh. uhh yea im fine.
kairi: no your not. come here
*he pulled me into a hug and rubbed my back*
kairi: if you wanna talk we can talk.
y/n: you gotta go to class tho.
kairi: i'd rather stay.
*he flashed a little smile and we stayed in the court yard talking until the bell rang again*
