The word she just said resounded in my head like two metals clanking against each other. It felt like a dream, but it was real because I could feel her tight grip on my arms this time. The way she held me showed how serious she was about not letting me save Lola from those boys that wanted to rape her.

"I am not allowing you to save that riffraff. You should be sensible enough to know that she isn't worth all those things you are doing for her! For real, you want to be an enemy to Torian? Just because of that good-for-nothing girl?" Sophia's voice resonated in my ears again as she stared straight into my face like she was searching for something.

I was entirely irritated at what she said, and it was particularly painful to me as her skin was touching mine. so disgusting.

"Sophia, get your grip off of me. Stop touching me with your filthy hands!!" I growled, anger and fear swelling up in me as I threw a short glance at the room where Lola had been dragged in. What if those men succeed?

She said nothing, and I felt the greatest urge to punch her eyes out of their sockets. My breath was hot at the moment.

"Let go of me!!!!" I thundered, feeling my wolf howling as I attempted to shift and devour her. It was surprising to me that I hadn't hit her immediately.

My yell made her smile, which later turned to laughter as she gave me a sneer that took me aback as I saw no fear in her. Not a glimmer of it could be traced. Her mouth opened to say something when Torian walked out of the class that moment and met us in the hallways.

Without wasting a second, he rushed at me and I stared in surprise only to receive his punch that landed right on my lips, causing it to bleed as my feet stumbled back in awe. My eyes popped out at the reaction, which was exactly what I never expected from him. Not when it was so clear that Sophia was the one holding my arms.

I hadn't even made any attempt to hit her.

"How dare you try fighting with my Luna?" His Alpha growl shook the pillars as fury blazed in those hazel eyes, making them shine like a red light.

"Fight your Luna?" I furrowed my brows, squinting my eyes in a hazed mind as he wrapped his arms around Sophia that moment, checking on her while she sulked.

"I held him from saving Lola and he was shifting to his wolf to attack me" Sophia whined, and that seemed to be a trigger for every ounce of anger in Torian. His eyes widened as he drifted his eyes towards me, narrowing it as he gritted his teeth and clenched both fists, breathing heavily.

"Jace!!" He called out my name and I could see his body shifting into his wolf form gradually. Torian was going to fight me because of Sophia, who I hadn't laid a finger on.

"Torian, you are really out of your mind. I swear!" Those were the last words I said before running off to the room where Lola was. My heart was thumping hard inside my chest as a bead of sweat formed on my forehead.

If they had succeeded in raping Lola, I would never forgive myself. I will never be the same ever again. Oh no! What about the mockery and shame that would follow her forever? The entire school will know she was raped. What if they also took a video record of it?

Oh no, Lola shouldn't pass through all this!

I sniffed and increased my speed till I finally got to the room and broke down the door with one blow, only to see Lola bleeding profusely as she crawled into the wall while the perverts stalked over to her with their dicks all out.

Lola's gown was yet to be torn, but it was all stained with blood. It was clear that the boys had battered her while she struggled to resist their ways.

Words can't tell you how enraged I was on seeing this. The men cringed and turned to me when they heard the door break down. They saw the fury in my eyes and all moved back as they pulled up their trousers, shaking in fear.

Lola was crying as she clutched herself in the corner. Her head is bleeding.

"The five of you want to rape her??" I thundered, and they all shook their heads as their knees trembled in terror. They knew what would be their fate next. It was death instantly.

"No, no... no... We are... we." I could hear their whimpers as they all knelt to beg for their lives, but they didn't have time to say anything before the havoc of rage in me took over my entire senses.

Lola's POV.

I watched in tears and pain as every muscle in his body enlarged and tugged while he seemed to grow bigger. The rage I saw in those eyes was surprising to me, as I never thought he would care this much.

The men who had acted like gods just now were trembling so hard that they couldn't talk properly. They had also gone to their knees to plead. But Jace wasn't merciful as I saw him attack them in the most brutal way I had ever experienced. Their skins were shredded and almost all their bones were broken.

Their groans and muffled breaths of death were all that filled the room that moment till they all went limp while Jace kept hitting the last one till his fist was bloody.

"Jace..." I called weakly as the pain from the wounds on my body sapped my strength. The men had really tortured me first, so as to weaken me from resisting them when they would begin to rape me.

I am so lucky to have Jace come quick to save me..
