Eve gets up at about 9am to her phone ringing, she decides to let it ring, but a voicemail pops up. She then remembers the message she left Barret the following day, and realizes that it was probably him calling. She opens the voicemail and sure enough, it was a man who identifies himself as Barret, and said that they could definitely meet up. They would go to the café downtown tomorrow at 5pm. Eve was excited, she would talk to someone to might know something about her best friend's murder. She spent the rest of the day scouring things from the internet, and reading, not bothering to get up to eat. She went to bed early that night, as she was so excited about the next day.
