plot: you've been in the digital circus realm for some time and you and Caine have been basically inseparable. You'll find out the rest :)

You were simply walking around the tent, bored out of your mind. You didn't have anything planned at all. That is, until Caine suddenly appeared behind you and scared the stuffing out of you. 

Now you were on the floor with Caine laughing above you. 

"I'm sorry my dear, did I scare you?" The mouth finally said after he recovered from his case of intense giggles. 

"Yes" You said with a huff. Caine used his... cane, to help you up and you dusted yourself off. 

"How about I make it up to you." Caine offered, and you raised an eyebrow at him. 

"How?" You asked, and Caine simply chuckled mischievously. 

"How about... a nice date?" He offered, outstretching his hand for you to take. You smiled and took his hand. 

"I think that might work" Caine grinned and pulled you to his side before teleporting you both to outside the tent where there was a large patch of grass. Next to you both was a picnic basket and digital food. You instantly got suspicious. 

"Caine, did you want to scare me so you would make me upset and then make me more likely to forgive you by offering to go on a date?" Caine laughed awkwardly. 

"Uhhh, NO of course not! That's whacky nonsense, haha" He looked away from you and you simply chuckled, kissing his lower jaw. 

"You're adorable" You couldn't see it, but Caine blushed at the comment but he laughed it off. 

"Well thank you my dear, you are quite adorable yourself." He sat down and gestured for you to sit next to him, which you happily agreed. Once you sat down and tried to reach for the food, emphasis on tried, he wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you into his lap with your back pressed against his chest. 

"Hey!" You said, giggling softly, which only caused him to laugh. 

"Hay is for horses" He said, which made you roll your eyes and mentally groan. You playfully slapped his shoulder, which only made him laugh more. 

"Quit being a goofball" You said. 

"Only when you stop being cute." Caine said, smirking. (Can he smirk?? I don't know, but roll with it)

"Never" You said confidently. 

"Then neither will I." Caine snuggled against you and you sighed, smiling at him softly and leaning your head on his and closing your eyes, enjoying your time with the craziest ringmaster ever.
