I wake up to hailey blasting music in the kitchen. We have 2 weeks left in florida before we have to go home. I get out of bed, rubbing the sleep from my eyes to go see what hailey is doing.

"Hailey? Why are you in a swimsuit?"

"Because! The cute guy you've been hanging out with, Gaege? Juicy? You know him. He came over asking if we wanted to go to the beach with him and the boys."

"Wait- What!" I shouted a little too loud in an excited tone.

"Why didn't he text me?!"

"He said he did but you didn't answer for an hour so he came over. I told him you were still asleep. And don't worry! Apparently he didnt notice me from the coffee shop- He's too blind."

"Thank god..." The words came out of my mouth sorrowfully.

"Why are you keeping this a secret from him?"

"I don't know! I'm too scared to confront him."

"Understandable..."

I look around and see my black 2 piece bikini with a crop top as the bra.

"You've gotten me prepared?!"

"Yep! I thought you needed it!"

"You're the bestest friend a scottish girl could have" I laughed sounding like a middle schooler.

"I've made you pancakes because I thought you would be hungry"

"I am! Thank you Hailey!" I went over to the bathing suit and went to go put it on. I still have the brown lipstick from last night and it's still intact. I then went over to the pancakes and started eating with hailey.

"You're a really good cook!"

"Thank you! I have many talents" She laughed with a mouthful of food. I laughed with her. She had set up my mask and a hair brush with my bathing suit. I just didn't see it.

"You really did get me all prepared."

She lets out a little giggle.

"Mhm! Yes I did! He said he was going to already be down there so we can catch up whenever we like!" She sounds super excited.

I finish my food and slip on my mask. I then again let my bangs hang in front of my eyes. I grab my mini backpack and put water bottles and some bags of chips in it and swing it around my back. I then grab the keys and toss it to hailey.

"You're actually going to let me drive?!"

"It's the least I can do- Plus if I die- I'll get featured on the news" I say laughing.

"Hey! I'm not going to kill you!"

"We'll see" I finish and walk out the door after putting on some shorts and an overcoat.

We pull up to the beach and I see Eddie and Gabby in the distance setting their feet in the water. I couldn't see the rest of them. I slipped on my flip flops that I took off for the drive and closed the car door behind me. I've known this group of friends for almost a month now. I've grown pretty close to Gaege. I might even think about moving here... florida's nice.

I take a step onto the sand. It burned my toes but my feet were fine. I began to look for Gaege and the others.

"C/n! Over here!" Mully yells to me.

I swiftly look over and see Gaege and Josh sitting by him and smiling. Me and Hailey run over.

"Where's Narrator?" I like to call Narrator, Narrator because it's more fun.

"He's getting food," Gaege replies to me. Hailey sets up the towels and the umbrella next to them and I set my bag down.

"Anybody want some water?" I ask.

"No, I'm good," Gaege says.

"Yes please!" Mully shouts. I toss him a bottle of cold water and he catches it with one hand. I then take off my shorts and overcoat revealing my swimsuit. Hailey takes a seat down on the towels taking the posture of Gaege and mully. I look over and Gabby and Eddie are still by the water. I decide to go over to Gabby and Eddie and push Eddie into the water while taking Gabby's hand and pulling her in further into the water only to drop her and laugh.

"I didn't want to get my hair wet!" Gabby called out. Eddie has no words for my random actions. I then look over at mully and Gaege and they are laughing Their asses off. Hailey is laughing too. Gaege decides to come and join me and tackle me under water. I try getting back up to tackle him back but fail. After a couple tries I finally succeed and pull him under the beautiful blue water, while Eddie and Gabby join in the wrestling match. Mully, Josh, Narrator, and Hailey are all on land laughing. He gets up from under the water.

"C/n! You better hope that mask is waterproof!" He calls out in an attempt to go under the water to me to drag me with him.

"Gaege! No!" Eddie shouts laughing.

"Don't drown me!" I shout out trying to swim away, gaege laughs and jumps up to Snag my waist. I shout out trying to grab a hold of Eddie's hand.

"No! My no no square!" I laughed, taking his hand and accidentally pulling him and Gabby under.

"Gaege no!" I yell before being fully submerged under the water. He comes back up and laughs. I come up after him with my wet hair covering my face.

"You should see yourself!" he laughs pointing. Eddie and Gabby went for another walk down the shore. Me and Gaege just kneel in the water talking and actually being wholesome while we watch it become dark. The water started getting colder so we got out to dry off. I attempted to blowdry my mask while wearing it but only succeeded to the point I won't snort water anymore. Narrator came back with tents and camping stuff.

"You were gone for a while-" I say slipping on my shorts and not bothering to put on my overcoat. It was too hot for that.

"Oh! Yeah about that..." Narrator started.

"Remember when I said I had a surprise for you guys?" The boys nod. I haven't been notified about this.

"Well, I brought camping stuff so we could camp on this beach!" Narrator then finished.

"Hailey and C/n can join!" Mully sounded excited.

"Well, duh, that's the point." Narrator replied.

"All we need to do is find the perfect spot!" Hailey butted in.

"This is all a great idea. It sounds fun too!" I told them. This is very exciting. Beach camping day. Sounds like a plan. Hailey grabbed her stuff along with Gaege and we began to look for the most beautiful camping spot on the beach. Sooner or later we found one. We set up tents, umbrellas, towels, and lastly, a fire. We found some logs nearby to sit on. Our camping spot was right in sight of a lighthouse so the view was incredible. I sat on a log and began to roast a marshmallow for smores, I am in love with them.

"Hey Gaege, you should play something on your guitar so this can be the ultimate stereotypical camping trip." Narrator suggested out of the blue.

"But- I dont have my guitar-" Gaege replied.

"Oh but you do." He pulls out a guitar.

"Bought it along with the camping stuff, thought you would want a newer one."

Gaege's eyes lit up.

"Thank you..." He takes the guitar from his hands and strings a chord. I make my smore and eat it. Gaege begins to sing.

White lips, pale face, breathing in snowflakes, burnt lungs, sour taste...

I've decided to join in with him.

Lights gone, days end, struggling to pay rent, long nights strange men...

I could hear Hailey whisper to mully.

"They are perfect for eachother, both really good singers"

Me and Gaege kept singing. He looked over and smiled.
