it was time for amelia to go home. she was currently at the airport with her friend yun-jin, saying their last goodbyes as they were about to tear up. due to both of them aways having busy schedules, they see each other only a few times per year.

"don't forget to inform me how it goes with jude!" yun-jin said, while hugging amelia. "of course i will!" she replied, smiling at her.

as the plane started boarding, amelia knew she had to go, so she hugged her one last time, and made her way over to the plane.

as she was waiting for her turn, she  quickly sent trent a few messages, letting him know that she is about to begin her flight back home.

THE NEXT DAY

after an exhausting 13 hour long flight, amelia finally arrived in london. she was ready to change into her pajamas and go to bed.

as she was exiting out of the plane, she spotted her brother waiting and talking with someone she couldn't quite see due to him standing behind trent.

amelia made her way to them slowly, probably cause of the tiredness taking over her. "i'm back!" she said, as trent turned to look at her. he smiled hugging his sister. while they were hugging, amelia finally took a glance at who was with her brother. jude.

as both of them broke the hug, jude put his hand out in front of amelia, "hi." he simply said, with a small smile on his face. "hi!" amelia said, while shaking his hand. her heart was about to burst out of her chest, the girl was shaking.

"well, let's get going then." trent said, seeing the awkward tension going between jude and amelia. he took one of the suitcases that she had with her, as they started walking out of the airport.

the ride back home was silent, well amelia was.
both jude and trent were talking about football, while she was busy scrolling on her phone, and messaging her friends, clearly too tired to talk to anyone.

after their arrival home, amelia quickly went to her room, changing into some pajamas she left in her closet without bringing them on her trip and went to bed.

while she was asleep, jude and trent were downstairs playing fifa, and of course talking about football again.

THE NEXT DAY

amelia woke up at around 12pm, feeling more refreshed than ever. she grabbed her phone as she scrolled through her notifications, when a specific one grabbed her attention.
