Summary: You and Liam finally have enough time to get an Ultra-sound to see the baby but much to Liam's dislikeness, you invite Theo to come.

"Nobody's P. O. V."

"Are you ready to go?!" Liam asks from down stairs sense you weren't planing on leaving without your phone charged at least to 50%. "Almost!" You yell back. Today you and Liam are going to Beacon Memorial Hospital to see your baby for the first time, through a screen but it's better than nothing, and just right now you have enouh time for the Ultra-sound.

"I'm going!" You say and just right then, you decide to just leave your phone in 49% and you disconnect it as well as the charger, heading downstairs afterwards. "Done?" Liam asks stratching out his hand for you to take it. "Yeah, and I can still use the stairs on my own." You say in a lightly sad tone.

"But I want to help you, you agreed to let me help you." He says in a concerned tone. "I don't want to feel like I'm a wight on your shoulder, two more than how you already have." You say, stpping on your tracks and facing him whhile he's looking at you. "You're not a weight on my shoulders, neither of you." He says, making a small pause.

"And so what if you're carrying a little plus? There's just more of you to love." He says (A/N: Got that from a Tumblr prompt, so it's not mine.) You press your lip together but you still smile, earning one from him too. "I love you." Liam says. "I love you too." You say. Liam lightly leans down and places a small peck on your lips...

Crouching down and placing his hands on your waist afterwards, followed by another small kiss but now on you still growing belly child. "I love you too." He repeats but now to your baby, still having the same bright smile. He stands up and takes your hand, pulling you to the front door, opening it for you as you both then cross at the same time.

He closes the door and locks it while you're incredibly nervous. But not because of the Ultra-sound. Liam turns back around and sees Theo standing at his truck and now approaching us. "What the hell are you doing here?" Liam harshly asks Theo. "I- I invited him." You say. "What?! Why?!" Liam asks.

"Because he deserves to see-" "The picture afrer the Ultra-sound." He says, interrupting. "Liam, he deserves to see the Ultra-sound." You say. "Why?" He asks. "Because he's the biological father and he wants to." You say. "That's not a real reason." He says somewhat confusingly. "Liam, we're taking him." You say in a certain voice...

"One that always warned him that you were starting to get either annoyed, mad or even both. "Okay, we're taking him." He finally agrees, but just because he's always thinking that stress isn't good for the baby while you don't believe in that.

You, Liam and Theo wait patiently outside the room where you're going to see you're baby for the first time. A couple was here before you so you're waiting for them to finish first. You're sat in between Liam and Theo, Liam having his forearm over yours while holding your hand, Theo just having his head rested back against the wall with his eyes closed...

Hearing the heart beat of the life he was able to create, being in tunned with yours. After a few seconds that feel like an eternity, the door right besides Liam opens and the couple come out locking as if they were the two most happy persons in the world while having the picture of the Ultra-sound of their baby in their hands, having huge smiles.

Both you and Liam smile at the thought of soon seeing your baby like that while Theo had simply just lifted his head back up when he heard the door open. The three of you stand up and walk into the room, first you, then Liam and then Theo. But the women inside that's going to do the Ultra-sound quickly stops you.

"Wait, which one's the father?" She asks while having a pen in her hand and a clip board over her free one. "Me." Theo and Liam say at the same time you say "Them", not knowing which one to mention over the other. "Which one's the biological  father." She says. "Him." You say, pointing at Theo while he says "Me."

"You, out." She harshly says while pointing at Liam. "What? Why?" You ask while Liam's eyes widen for a split second. "Because he's not the biological father." She simply answers. "But-" "No matter the situation, he's not the biological father." She repeats. "That's a stupid rule." You say, which is true, since when does that happen?

"No, Y/N, it's okay." Liam says. "What do you mean 'it's okay'?" You ask. "I'll wait outside, you can show me the picture when you're out." Liam calmly says, once again not wanting you to stress out. "No, this is not  okay." You say. "I'll just wait outside." He repeats while Theo just awkwardly watches.

"No, maybe we can just wait to see if Melissa's free-" "It's okay, really." He repeats once again. You wait a few short seconds and sigh out. "Okay." You agree, but still feeling guilty at the thought that Liam should see the Ultra-sound after all he's been through with you. Liam leaves after placing a small kiss on your forehead, closing the door behind him when he's out.

"Okay, lay on the seat." The woman says. You do as your told and Theo follows you, standing next to you. "Pull your shirt above your stomach." She instructs while putting some gel on the tips of her fingers. You do as she told you again and within just a few seconds, she's already besides you.

She puts the gel over your stomach and you instantly feel how cold it is. She places a wierd looking longish but small object over the gel on your stomach and starts rubbing it around. You let out a small grunt at the uncomfortable feeling. "What?" Theo asks. "It's cold." You answer.

After a few seconds of Theo debating whether or not to hold your hand while the Woman's trying to get the image of your baby, he unsurely places his arm around your upper back and part of your neck, resting his hand on your shoulder. You look at his hand and then to the other side up at him to see him looking down at you with a small smile.

You let out a small smile for him too and place a hand over his own on your shoulder, letting out a nervous breath. You see the image on the screen taking fir and soon, you and Theo are able to see your baby. "There." The woman says while pointing at the human/baby form, the background being black.

Theo lets out a happy in between surprised sigh and you feel your eyes starting to get teary out of happiness. "Would you like to know the sex?" She asks. You and Theo look at each other and as if knowing what each other is thinking, you both look back at her and answer "Yes."  She moves around the object again to get a better view and speaks.

"It's a girl." She answers while no matter what, you and Theo were already smiling. "And she's gonna be as beautiful as her mom." Theo adds. "You look back up at him and all you can do in return is give his hand a small squeeze. You both just observe the screen for a moment in a calm silence, which is then broken.

"Would you like the picture?" She asks. "Could we have two?" Theo asks, thinking that it's fair for him to have a picture of his own of his baby. The woman nods before standing up and walking to another place of the room. Not long after, you and Theo walk out of the room with a picture in your hands for each as Liam instantly stands up.

"How'd it go?" He asks. "It's a girl." You happily say while showing him the picture. Liam takes the picture in his hands and looks at it with a big bright smile.

"Y/N?" Theo asks just when you're about to walk back in home after Liam did, who is now waiting for you. "Yeah?" You ask. "Um, do you think I can... feel if she moves?" Theo awkwardly asks, making Liam clench his jaw. It's not thathe wants to keep him away from his own child, it's just that he still fears that he might steal you away.

"Sure." You say in the same kind of awkward tone. "I'm just gonna be right out here." You tell Liam when you notive him still glaring at Theo. Liam just places a small peck on the corner of your lips and then closes the door. You awkwardly sit on the wooden bench and Theo doesn't waist any time in getting down on his knees in between your legs.

He instantly presses himself against you how he was the last time, an ear against your belly and arms wrapped around your lower back, soon sitting down sideways to be more comfortable. Not long after, he closes his eyes and just listens to the tiny heartbeat of the life created by both of you.

You can't help but look down at him and somewhat awkwardly place a hand on top of his head and run your fingers through his hair. Within just a couple of seconds, you easily get comfortable with it. You had missed this. These small calm moments you use to had with him. It was really strange when he just wanted to be with you, hug and do nothing.

You were always very eager about it and often tried to create a moment for it. But he always ruined it before it could even start by saying he had other stuff to do. Whenever it happened, it was when you least expected it, when you  were the one occupied, which was usually with homework, but you never hesitated in immedietly pushing it aside.

You didn't care that the teacher or sometimes even teachers would make you say why you didn't do it. It always resulted in an 'I forgot', but it was completely worth it. Even if sometimes you had to stay in lunch detention or at detention after school and no matter how late you left school, Theo was always waiting there for you. One of the only very little kind gestures he did for you.\

And without noticing, you and Theo slowly driffted into a deep, calming and peaceful sleep.
