Jia looked around the main floor and was greeted with absolute silence. She noticed that the main practice room was empty so she started walking around checking the rest of the main level for any of the contestants.

"It seems like it's empty... So everyone's on the upper level then?" Jia murmured to herself as she started going up the stairs. She had not been on the second floor before and she hadn't watched the I-cams so she had no idea what the rest of the building looked like. Jia started hearing some voices as she neared the top, but she stopped mid step when she heard K talking.

"Why is the atmosphere like this?"

Instead of making her presence known to the contestants, Jia slowly moved lower down the stairs so no one would see her. She knew that they were having a serious conversation but she didn't want to interrupt them so she decided to just wait there till they finished.

"We're wondering if we should be changing the center or not," It was Seon who spoke this time.

"It's a big risk to be switching right now," Was that Youngbin maybe?

"It's a big issue that our center can't sing well, and it's not that he can't sing well, but he can't sing at all." Seon said. Jia's eyes widened at the harsh words, she was sure that Niki could sing, he was just having a bad day. She wondered if the pressure from the rest of the contestants was really affecting Niki and his ability to sing.

"We really don't have time to debate right now," Jungwon added, "I personally think Heeseung hyung has to do it." He said.

"Niki. Can you do part 1? I'll help you with everything." Seon said.

"I didn't really want to change, but maybe it would be better if Heeseung did it," Youngbin intervened.

"We thought Niki would be the better center, but right now I'm not sure anymore," Geonu said.

"I wanted to tell you guys. The reason why I took part 10 was because I wanted all of us to do well, so I gave up part 1." Heeseung spoke up, "If the situation requires for me to take part 1 again, I will do it if you tell me to. But if Niki doesn't want to, then I won't do it."

Jia looked at the ground thoughtfully. So she was right, Heeseung didn't change because he wanted to, the rest of the group decided that Niki would be better with part 1. But now that issues have popped up with the Japanese boy, the contestants seem eager to put Heeseung back in the lead.

What was she supposed to do now, it was obvious that the guys were in an incredibly low mood right now. There was no way she would be able to give them their feedback she had from their practice, or at least not with the mental state that they had at the moment.

Jia was also somewhat disappointed with how the contestants were handling this problem, but she tried not to judge them since she still wasn't aware of the full situation. Jia hurried back down onto the main level and just walked into the big practice room. She didn't really want to listen to the rest of the conversation and just decided to wait and see if any of the boys would choose to practice after going through some emotional turmoil.

"What if no one comes down..." Jia pulled out her cellphone to check on the time, "It's already 8pm... Maybe they're all going to rest after such an eventful day..." she murmured to herself.

Jia sat down and leaned against the wall. Without realizing it, her eyes started to close, the silence was making her sleepy.

"Oh... Noona?" Jia's eyes snapped open in surprise.

Heeseung walked inside the practice room, "Noona are you okay?" Seeing her slumped against the wall with her eyes closed made him feel scared. Had she passed out? Was she feeling bad? And why was she in the practice room all by herself? His brain came to a stop when he saw the idol open her eyes in surprise.

"Oh I'm so sorry! I didn't notice that I had fallen asleep!" Jia was so embarrassed she could even feel her ears and neck heating up.

"Oh thank God!" Heeseung smiled, "I was worried you had passed out or something!"

"I'm so sorry for worrying you! But I'm all good," Jia smiled despite being embarrassed.

"Noona, may I ask, what are you doing here?" Heeseung wondered.

Jia looked up to the boy, wondering how he was feeling after the conversation he had with the other boys.

"If I'm honest, I have some feedback that I wanted to go over with everyone, but when I came here I noticed that you guys were having a serious conversation up in the second level. I didn't want to interrupt you guys so I came down here." Jia scratched the back of her neck, "I figured that after such a stressful day most of you guys were probably just gonna go rest, but I was curious to see if anyone was gonna come down here to practice," she said.

Heeseung nodded at her explanation, "my mind is pretty jumbled up right now, I knew I wasn't going to be able to sleep like this so I figured I'd release some stress and practice some more before going to bed," he said.

Jia looked up to the boy for a second.

"Come, sit down for a sec," she told him. Heeseung followed her orders like the good puppy that he is. He sat down across from her but far enough that people wouldn't really misunderstand anything.

"How are you feeling?"

Heeseung looked at the ground, he wanted to tell her everything that was going on and all the things he had been feeling, but he also didn't want her to think he was weak and incapable of working through tough moments.

"I hope you know that I'm your friend, my goal here in I-LAND is to help you, even if it's by just sitting down and listening to any struggles or concerns you are going through," Jia reassured him. There was a moment of silence that enveloped the room, but it was soon filled with soft ruffling noises coming from Heeseung playing with his shoelaces.

Jia could feel the anxiety radiating from the boy, so without really thinking much about the situation, she just reached out and gently grasped his hand. Heeseung stared at their connected hands in wonder.

His worries slowly started slipping away from his mind, all that he could think about was the girl sitting in front of him. A girl that was capable of wiping away all his worries by simply holding his hand.

"They didn't like the way that I was leading them..." Heeseung murmured, never looking away from their connected hands. Her warm presence was giving him enough confidence to talk.

"They chose me to be the center... and I spent so much time teaching them the dance, I just wanted to make sure no one was falling behind..."

"I guess I didn't notice that the way that I did things was upsetting people," Heeseung unconsciously started caressing the girls hand.

"Were some of them having issues keeping up?" Jia asked softly, trying not to upset the boy even more.

"I think so..." Heeseung nodded, "I didn't really know about it until I was pulled aside by the guys. It was frustrating that I was working so hard for all of us, and yet the blame was on me... If that was the case then I didn't want to be the center anymore, I didn't want to be leading them knowing that they all had something that they didn't like about me... They didn't even have a vote to see if I should keep my part or not, they decided that Niki would be the better center..."

"Come here," Jia gently pulled Heeseung's hand so he would move right next to her. She then wrapped her arms around his shoulders and brought him into a hug. He laid his forehead on the crook of her neck and snuggled into her warmth. Jia knew that she shouldn't be getting this close to the contestants, but she couldn't let him suffer like this by himself.

For the first time in many years, Heeseung felt at ease. The stress that had accumulated ever since he had become a trainee disappeared when she hugged him. All those hard nights practicing, the pain of being left behind by his friends who managed to debut, watching TXT grow successfully as he was pushed into joining a survival show out of desperation, everything just disappeared because of her.

A/N-  That episode left me upset, I was sad for both Heeseung and Niki. They both had so much pressure placed onto them. I will admit, I was kinda disappointed on how some of the contestants handled that whole ordeal, but I also know that I shouldn't be judging them. That being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this Heeseung/Jia moment, I felt like it paired well with EXO's song 'Don't Go' (Video is not mine). It's an old song, but I still love it!

I wonder who will be the next person to have a little moment with Jia ;)
