I stopped to see Link, Pit, Mario, Mega Man, Little Mac, and Marth enter the Chamber.

"Good luck, guys." I told them, and Marth just nodded. They closed the Chamber door and a horrible screeching sound emitted from the door. I winced. I never liked the sound.

"Fox!" Meta Knight roared. I looked at Meta Knight, who vanished and reappeared in front of me.

"Yes, Meta Knight?" I asked. I saw the concern through his mask.

"Logan went to Jungle Japes to deal with Donkey Kong. Ganondorf showed up afterward. You are going to go deal with that warlock. You will be warped to Arena Ferox, where he is now." Meta Knight said.

"Sir...can I take my Arwing instead? And I'd like to take Falco with me." I said. Meta Knight sighed.

"Do what you must."

A few moments later I was in the air, Falco manning the guns.

"So, this Ganondorf...he's powerful." I said.

"Yeah, well, he won't be powerful enough to stop us." Falco said confidently. I smiled, and nodded. That was a normal Falco thing to say. Suddenly, a blast rocked the ship.

"What the heck was that?!" I yelled.

"No idea! I can't see anything on the radar and I also can't see the threat!" Falco said. I looked down and saw Arena Ferox. Then I looked at the plane, which was smoking purple. Oh, no... I thought.

"Falco, we're landing now! It was Ganondorf who fired that shot."

We landed and saw Ganondorf immediately.

"Ah, it's you two. So glad you came! Sadly, you will not be facing me." Ganondorf said.

"What do you mean?" Falco demanded. Ganondorf cackled, then shot dark energy at Falco. Falco collapsed and his blue feathers turned black.

"Falco!" I cried, then growled. "What did you do to him?" I said. Again, Ganondorf laughed.

"You'll find out soon enough." He said, then disappeared in a flash of dark energy. Falco stood up, but his eyes were purple and his feathers were still black.

"Falco?" I whispered. My hand slowly drifted to my blaster. Falco used a quick Snash attack, but I rolled backwards and fired my blaster a couple of times. Falco took damage but kept moving. I again rolled backwards and used my Fox Illusion move. When I was behind Falco, I did a quick Smash attack while he was in the air, sending flying. Falco landed on his feet and used his own blaster. I reflected them back with my Reflector but had no such luck as Falco reflected the reflected shot. The blasts hit me, stunning me for a second before launching me into the air. I grabbed the edge of the platform with one hand and looked down. The abyss greeted me from below. Up top, Falco was peering down at me, smiling. I hoisted myself up and swept Falco off his feet. I jumped over Falco and landed behind him. I used a quick Smash attack and Falco went past the edge. Falco used a mid-air jump and grabbed the edge before pulling himself up.

"C'mon, wake up, Falco!" I pleaded. Falco laughed an evil laugh. Fine then. I thought, then charged. I hit Falco with a dash attack and a quick up Smash attack. There was a bright flash of red and white, and then I saw Falco in front of me, lying on the ground but okay. His eyes were back to normal and his feathers were blue again.

"Haw dare you?!" Ganondorf's voice said from behind me. I turned around.

"It's over, warlock." I sneered. Ganondorf laughed.

"It's anything BUT over, Fox. Behold." Ganondorf opened a portal, and out came the man that the whole team feared: Tabuu, leader of the Dark Legion! Oh, crap... I thought. Tabuu smiled.

"Your resistance has caused me a lot of trouble, Mr. McCloud." Tabuu said calmly, "Ah, well. Your team shall be flushed out when you give me the location of the base where you team resides."

"Over my dead body!" I yelled. Tabuu laughed a mechanical laugh.

"We'll see about that." He said, and a yellow, glowing whip with a nasty hooked point on the end materialized in his hand.

"You will come with us." Ganondorf said.

"No way!" I yelled, then ran over to Falco. I threw him into the back of the Arwing, got inside, and took off. I was almost away when Tabuu teleported in front of my Arwing and punched it back to the ground. I braced myself and the Arwing crashed, dented and smoking. I coughed, and blood came out. Smoke rose up into the air.

"You are not going anywhere." Tabuu said, who had teleported back to the ground earlier. I got out of my plane and grunted.

"I'm not...going to go down...without a fight!" I said, clutching my fist.

"Okay, then. Let's see how much of a fight you are!" Ganondorf said, and charged. I sidestepped out of the way with difficulty, but Ganondorf still missed. I pulled out my blaster and fired a couple of shots, harming the warlock but not slowing him down. I flipped backward towards Tabuu, who lightly kicked me. I was launched into the air. What?! Is that how powerful Tabuu is?! I thought as I landed hard on my back next to Ganondorf. Ganondorf leaped onto me and started raining punches onto my face. I managed to get the warlock off of me and roll back onto my feet.

"Hey, Ganondork and Tofu! Let's make this a fair fight!" Falco's voice said from behind me. I turned and saw Falco, who was bruised and scraped but otherwise unharmed.

"Falco!" I shouted with joy and limped over to him.

"Don't get your tail in a knot. The Arwing is broken, so we can't fly outta here. But we can fight Ganondorf and hold back Tabuu 'til help gets here." Falco said.

"Yeah, yeah. C'mon! Fight me!" Ganondorf said. Falco lunged and hit him with a dash attack before using a quick up Smash attack that sent Ganondorf spiraling into the abyss below.

"Good riddance." Falco said, then spat at Tabuu's feet.

"My, my, my. Oh, well. Ganondorf will teleport back to the Subspace Airship and be safe and sound. As for you two..." Tabuu finally wore a face of anger and growled. "You two will be coming with me." Tabuu said, back to his normal calm voice.

"Good luck!" Falco yelled. He jumped up to hit Tabuu but Tabuu backhanded Falco away, causing him to lose cautiousness before he hit the ground.

"Falco!" I cried, but Tabuu hit me with his whip and I blacked out.
