"HEY, SCOTT, I DONT THINK YOURE GRASPING THE CONCEPT OF THE CAR CHASE HERE." Stiles told his best friend, Scott was currently driving Derek's car down an empty train station while they were being chase by the Argents.

"If I go faster, I'll kill us." Scott remarks, keeping a steady pace. Eliana peered back to the larger car chasing them. "Well, if you don't go faster, they're gonna kill us." Stiles says and Scott pressed on the gas pedal.

"They're gone." Eliana tells them when she noticed that the car was no longer following them. Stiles pressed on the walkie-talkie that was connected to his dads car. "All units suspect is on foot heading into the iron works."

Scott quickly drove faster wanting to get there before the police or the Argents arrived to the iron works, Stiles jumped into the back seat for Derek to get into the front and Scott pressed on the gas and drove away with arrows flying out towards them.

"What part of laying low don't you understand?" Scott scolds Derek as soon as he got inside. "Damn it, I had him!" Derek tells them. "Who, the alpha?" Stiles peeked through the two seats.

"Yea! He was right in front of me, and the freaking police showed up." Derek spat angrily shaking his head. Stiles furrows turning over at him. "Hey, they're just doing their jobs..."

"Yeah, thanks to someone who decided to make me the most wanted fugitive in the entire state." Derek says glaring at the beta.

"Can we seriously get past that? I made a dumbass mistake, I get it." Scott replied with, Eliana pushed Stiles away from the front getting between the seats herself. "Okay? We get that you made a stupid mistake, now Derek. How did you find the alpha?"

Derek turned to her then back to the window. Eliana groaned. "We're gonna play that game? Again. You broke into my home late at night and I told you some personal things, don't you think your being pity for not trusting us for the rest of this night."

"You were in her room?"

"Why were you in here room?"

Eliana gave the older male a pointed look knowing that he won't be able to escape the protective questions from her two best friends. Derek exhaled sharply. "Look, the last time I talked to my sister she was close to figuring something out. She found two things, the first was a guy named Harris."

"Our chemistry teacher?" Stiles shoved between the seats beside Eliana causing her to groan. Scott furrowed. "Why him?"

"I don't know yet."

"What's the second?"

Derek reached into his back pocket bringing out a small sheet of paper with a drawing of some werewolf. "Some kind of symbol." He turned over to Scott. "What? You know what this is?"

Scott winched. "I've seen it on a necklace. Allison' necklace."

"How the hell did he find out?"

Stiles, Scott and Eliana walked into the school building after track and the werewolf had told them about Jackson confronting him about knowing what he was.

"I have no idea." Scott admits fiddling with the strap on his backpack. "All right, did he say it out loud? The word?" Stiles asked him. "What word?"

"Werewolf. Did he say 'I know you're a werewolf?" Eliana whispered lowly away from anyone who could be listening to the conversation. "No, but he implied it pretty freaking clearly."

"Okay, maybe it's not as bad as it seems." Stiles suggested shrugging. "I mean, he doesn't have any proof, right? And if he wanted to tell someone, who's gonna believe him anyway?"

"How about Allison' father?" Scott says worriedly, Eliana hums nodding, knowing that Jackson was crawling his way into Allison' heart and she would most definitely believe him.

"Okay, it's bad." Stiles says pressing his lips together. "I need a cure. Right now." Scott tells them. Eliana grabbed his arm. "Does Jackson know about Allison' father being a hunter?" She asked him.

"I don't know."

"Okay, where's Derek?" Stiles looked around to Eliana. "Hiding, like we told him to. Why?"

"I have another idea." Stiles exclaims. "It's gonna take a little time and finesse, though."

"We have that game tonight. It's quarterfinals. And it's your first game." Scott mentions knowing Stiles' father would most likely be there.

"I know, I know." Stiles nods his head. "Look, do you have a plan for Allison, yet?" Scott sighs softly. "Shes in my next class."

"Get the necklace."

"So, you're a witch then?" Stiles looked back to Eliana as they walked up the stairs to his bedroom after school. She had been telling him on the way over about what her father's had told her two nights ago for about two hours.

"No, I won't say a witch, more like being a psychic." Eliana explained shortly and entered the room with a sigh. "I'm still trying to figure it all out." Stiles hums sitting by his computer desk.

"Hey, Stiles." His father called out from his bedroom. "Yo— Derek?" Eliana spun on her heel to the name, Derek stood behind the door pointing aggressively to door, Stiles rushed off the chair to the door.

"What you say?" His father asked his son.

"What? I said, 'yo, dad'." Stiles tells him with a chuckle, Eliana rolled her eyes and sat back on the bed. "Listen, I've got something I've got to take care of but I'm gonna be there tonight. I mean, your first game."

"My first game." Stiles smiled softly. "Gosh, great. Awesome, uh, good." His father smiled nodding. "I'm very happy for you and I'm really really proud of you."

"Thanks. Me, too, I'm happy and proud of myself." Stiles tells him, Eliana stood up from the bed moving towards the door, and the older male noticed her quickly. "Eliana, you guys working on something for school or is that story from the woods true?" He laughed lightly.

"It's a school project." Eliana said nodding, patting Stiles heads, the teen smiled leaning back against the door. Noah smiled and turned to his son. "So they're really gonna let you play, right?"

"Yeah, dad. I'm first line." Stiles says grinning. "You bet." Eliana smiled also very proud for both of her best friends. "I'm very proud." His father tells him smiling.

"Oh, met too. Again." Stiles exclaims as his father brought him into a hug. "Huggie, huggie, huggie." Stiles laughed patting his father back until they pulled away from the hug. "See you there." The man turned away.

"Take it easy."

"Bye Mr. Stilinski." Eliana waved towards the man before they entered the room. Stiles closed the door before he was shoved against it with Derek grasping his jacket. "Oh!"

"If you say one word..."

"What, you mean, like, 'hey dad, Derek Hale's in my room, bring your gun?'" Stiles remarked sarcastically and slowly Derek stepped back. "Yeah, that's right. If I'm harboring your fugitive ass, my house, my rules, buddy." Stiles smacked his chest, before realizing his mistake.

Derek backed away adjusting the teenagers jacket, Stiles chuckles dryly adjusting Derek's leather jacket and moved around him, only to flinched back. "Oh, my god!" Stiles gasped and sat down on the chair.

"Scott, didn't get the necklace?"

"No, he's still working on it. But there's something else we can try." Eliana said crossing her arms and sat down. "The night we were trapped at the school, Scott sent a text to Allison asking her to meet him there, but it wasn't Scott who sent her the message."

"Well, can either of you find out who sent it?" Derek asked looking between them.

"No, not us, but I think I know somebody who can." Stiles said spinning back to his computer, which cause Eliana to look over at him, wondering what he was planning.

Soon than later Danny arrived to the house, the three of them were going to work on schoolwork — lab work, so it worked out pretty well. "You want me to do what?" Danny question staring down at the buzzed haired boy.

"Trace a text." Stiles says.

"I came here to do lab work. That's what lab partners do." Danny said looking back to the girl, then back to Stiles. "And we will, once you trace the text."

"And what makes you think I know how?"

"I looked up your arrest report, so..."

Danny exhaled. "I... I was thirteen. They dropped the chargers. And no, we're doing lab work." He told them grabbing a chair off the side and sat by Stiles, he peered back to the mystery man sitting away from them, reading a book. "Who's he again?"

"Um, my cousin— Miguel." Stiles says nodding, Eliana glanced back over her shoulder smiling at Derek. "Is that blood on his shirt?" Danny asked slowly.

"Yeah, yes. Well, he gets these horribly nosebleeds." Stiles exclaims spinning around towards the male. "Hey Miguel. I thought I told you, you could borrow one of my shirts." Stiles nudged his head to the drawer.

Derek glared and slammed the book shut and removed his shirt. Eliana stared at his strong back with doe brown eyes, completely ignoring whatever Stiles was saying. The werewolf turned with a shirt in hand and met her wondering gaze and smirked, Eliana gulped looking down to her text books.

"Stiles?"

"Yes?"

"This... no fit." Derek grunt his teeth gesturing to the t-shirt in his hands. "Then try something else on." Stiles tells him, Derek balled up the shirt and threw it down. Eliana closed his mouth and looked back to Danny staring down at the half-naked male.

"Hey, that one looks pretty good, huh?" Eliana smiled pointing back to Derek who was now wearing a blue and orange striped shirt, that hugged him in all the right places. "What do you think, Danny?"

"Huh?" Danny looked away.

"His shirt?" Stiles pointed innocently, Eliana tilted her head at the grumpy look on Derek's face. Danny sighs. "It's... it's not really his color." Derek didn't hesitate and removed the shirt.

"You swing for a different team but you still play ball, don't you, Danny boy?" Stiles whispers teasingly, grinning from ear to ear. "You're a horrible person." Danny tells him.

"I know, it keeps me awake at night. Anyway, about that text."

"Stiles!" Derek interrupted causing them to turned back at him, he held up a shirt and threw it down. "None of these fit." Danny exhaled looking away.

"I'll need the ISP, the phone number and the exact time of text."

Eliana stood up walking around the bed towards the drawer. "Here, try this one on." She brought out a regular black t-shirt that once belonged to her father. It was during the time Stiles' mother died and he came over to the house drenched from head to toe and Eliana' father gave him some clothes to change into.

Derek took the shirt and slide it on, it fit like a glove. "It was my dads, I'm actually surprised that it fit you." Eliana says nodding.

After a few good minutes, Danny managed to trace the text message. "There. The text was sent from a computer, this one." Danny turned the computer towards their view, Eliana leaned forward reading the name.

"Registered to that account name?"

"No, no, no, no. That can't be right." Stiles says shaking his head, The text message sent to Allison' phone came from the hospital from Melissa McCall' account name.

✩★✩

"Did you get the picture?"

"Yeah, I did, and it looks just like the drawing." Stiles told Scott through the cell phone, the werewolf was already at the game but Stiles and Eliana and Derek were at Beacon Hills hospital to see if the text message really came from Melissa.

Derek yanked Stiles hand towards him. "Hey, is there something on the back of it? There's gotta be something. An inscription, an opening, something."

"No, no, the things flat. And no, it doesn't open. There's nothing in it, on it, around it, nothing." Scott tells him. "And where are you? You're supposed to be here. You're first line." He spoke directly to Stiles. "Man, you're not gonna play if you're not here to start."

"I know. Look, if you see my dad, can you tell him... tell him I'll be there, I'll just be a little bit late, okay? All right, thanks." Stiles exhaled sharply knowing that he won't make it to his first game and his dad was going to be there.

"We won't make it back in time." Eliana tells him softly. "I know."

"And you didn't tell him about his mom, either." Derek added. Stiles sighs staring out the window. "Not till we find out the truth."

"By the way, one more thing." Derek mentions and reached back and smacked Stiles' face down against the steering wheel. "Oh, god! What the hell was—"

"Ay dios mío." Eliana mumbles shaking her head.

"You know what that was for. Go!" Derek grunts pointing out the window, Stiles rubbed his face getting out the car, Eliana climbed over when Derek stopped her. "Where you going?"

"You think I'm leaving her with you?" Stiles questions grabbing her head. "I haven't forgotten about you being in her bedroom, uh-huh. Come on, Ana." Eliana slammed the door and followed him into the hospital.

✩★✩

"Yeah, I said I can't find her." Stiles had called Derek the moment they couldn't find his uncle's nurse. Eliana didn't understand why the hospital was so empty. Stiles looked into the room where Peter Hale should be, but it was completely empty.

"Yeah, well, he's not here either. He's not here, he's gone, Derek." Stiles tells him and Eliana pressed her face against the cell phone wanting to hear whatever the werewolf was saying.

"Stiles! Eliana! Get out of there right now. It's him! He's the alpha! Get out!" Eliana and Stiles slowly backed away from the room and jumped at the mysterious figure in the hallway.

"You must be Stiles and Eliana."

Stiles grabbed the girls arm and turned around only to come to view with a nurse. "What are you doing here? Visiting hours are over."  Eliana furrows looking between the woman and Peter.

"Oh my— your working with him?" Eliana mumbles to herself, she's the one who sent the text message and the one who's been watching over Peter. "He's.. he's the one— oh my god! We're gonna die." Stiles says grasping onto her arm.

It was the sound of someone hitting the floor that brought Stiles and Eliana to turn. Derek had knocked his elbow into the woman's face. "That's not nice. She's my nurse." Peter says tsking and shook his head.

"She's a psychotic bitch helping you kill people." Derek spat angrily and briefly looked at Eliana and Stiles. "Get out of the way."

"Oh, damn." Stiles whimpered as Eliana yanked him down to the ground. "You think I killed Laura on purpose? One of my own family?" Peter taunted stepping up.

Derek growled flashing his blue eyes and jumped forward while Peter grabbed him and slammed him up into the wall, Eliana and Stiles slide away from them and hid behind the large desk. Peter picked up Derek from his throat with ease.

"My mind, my personality were literally burned out of me." Peter tighten his grip on Derek' neck, dragging his down the hallway. "I was being driven by pure instinct." Peter dropped Derek and dug into his nurses pocket.

"You want forgiveness?" Derek stood up quickly punching the man across the face. Peter scrunched his face grabbing Derek' shoulders and slammed his head against his. "I want understanding." Peter remarks, kicking him in the chest. "Do you have any idea what it was like for me during those years? Slowly healing, cell by cell. Even more slowly coming back to consciousness. Yes, becoming an alpha taking that from Laura pushed me over a plateau in the healing process. I can't help that."

Derek launch off the ground into Peter, swinging left and right and missing both times when Peter caught his hand crushing his bones causing the beta to groan. "I tried to tell you what was happening. I tried to warn you."

Peter grabbed Derek and threw him over the desk, breaking through the glass. Eliana gasped pressing her back further watching Derek crawl away with Peter trailed behind him.
