Holding you in my heart is easy because you're smile brightens my very essence. A certain look in your eyes has the ability to capture deep feelings inside the very center of me. You guide me through the moments of uncertainty when I feel lost. You are my light in the dark when all seems hopeless. Your strong influence over my thoughts and feelings makes me so vulnerable at times, especially when my soul is shown bare for only you to witness. Your drive and perseverance inspires me daily. When I see you helping others and how hard you work it makes me cherish you for your values and high moral standards. I couldn't imagine my life without you in it and I wouldn't want to because it wouldn't be a life worth living. My worst fear is loosing you. it would tear my soul apart and make my existence empty. It would be a cold void of constant pain that could never subsidie. I feel your pain at times when you are sad or afraid and it aches inside of me. When you are battling an internal struggle I want to be by your side showing you that you are not facing it alone. When I am with you and we are at rest I feel comfortable and content inside your arms. Your heart beat calms me like a lullaby that can put my restlessness nights at ease. When I am scolded by you my shame becomes so intolerable and forces me to confront myself in a way that makes me want to become a better version of myself. The world can frightening place, but when I am with you I always feel like I am protected and cared for. You have given me more in my life than I have ever experienced in a partner. Having you as my love has been a blessing and I am grateful for having you with me every single day that goes by. You are shaping me into the person I want to be. I sometimes daydream and have visions of us that are so vivid they look like memories. I saw a vision of you smiling at me at our wedding the day we met and it honestly scared me. You found a way to breath life back into me. The connection we had that day still astounds me looking back it and what had transpired between us. When I found you it changed my life forever.
