"I'm sleeping over at Seonji tonight," I told my boyfriend, who was laying on the couch, playing with his phone. He immediately looked at me and stopped what he was doing.

"You've been sleeping over at Seonji for days. I guess you're still avoiding me... am I not making any improvement?" He asked.

"It's not like that. I just want to watch movies and spend time with her," I said. I'm not lying though. These past months I've been focusing too much on how to make Hyungwon mine and other stuff, that I forgot to take care of those who've been with me since the beginning. 

"You don't wanna watch movies with me?" he asked, eyes showing disappointment.

"It's Barbie. You still want to watch?" I said, biting my lips to hide my smile.

Why do I find this situation cute?

"Yes, I'll watch everything with you, even the worst movies, as long as I'm watching it with you," he said, smiling proudly as if he had done something. Well, clearly he really did something. He made my heart race. It suddenly made me shy, so I made excuses to leave.

"I see-um, Seonji is probably waiting. I'll go now. Bye" I said. I make my way out while holding my chest.

 Chae Hyungwon, how can you make me feel this way?

"You're really up for barbie?" I ask Seonji who's busy on her phone. She was giggling before I even came.

"HEYY!" I said, trying to grab her attention. She looked at me, eyes wide open.

"Yeahh we already planned to watch it, so go" she said. I shrugged and went to open her TV.

"What are you giggling about?" I asked. I gave her a look while she smiled like a fool.

"I'm texting your brother" she said, grinning.

"That's disgusting" I said, fake gagging. She rolled her eyes and played the movie.

"How about you?You and your boyfriend still haven't talked?" she asked.

"Not yet" I said, grabbing some snacks that Seonji had prepared for us tonight.

"You still haven't forgiven him?" she asked, grabbing the snacks from me.

"It's not like that.."

"Then what? You just want him to suffer?"

"What? NO! Never! I was just scared... what if he do it again? Or what if it's all lies again? " I said

"You know he won't make an effort it is a lie, right? If I were him, I wouldn't make an effort to take you back if I didn't like you. He made a mistake and we all know how he's trying to make things right, right? I mean, just saying. The choice is still on you" She shrugged.

"I was actually planning to talk to him, maybe tomorrow. As much as I'm scared, my love is stronger than those unnecessary feelings. I can't stand seeing him ask for forgiveness every time. My heart really wants to forgive him already because I can see the effort he's doing and I'm ready to do what my heart told me to. " I said, smiling at the thought of us getting back together, but this time the feelings were real on both sides.

"Okay, I can't handle that sweetness, but I'm happy you decided to fix your relationship. I can't wait for tomorrow"she said while shoving some snacks in her mouth.

"Me too"

"I'm home" I said as I entered the apartment. It was already late afternoon, so I expected Hyungwon to be awake by now. I entered the living room but no one was there. Is he still asleep? I went to his room and tried knocking, but still got no response.

I cautiously opened his door and saw him sleeping. So he really is sleeping. I went to the kitchen to make him something in case he wanted to eat when he woke up.

I went to my room after making food for Hyungwon. I changed my clothes and scroll through my phone. I was engage into watching Youtube when someone knocked on my door. I got off my bed and opened the door. I was greeted by Hyungwon who looks adorable with his bed hair.

"I didn't know you already got home, you should've woken me up" he said while scratching his hair.

"It's fine, by the way, I made you food. It's on the table" I said. He looked at me with such adoration.

"Thank you~" he said, grinning widely. He went to the dining table and hurriedly ate what I cooked.

"Eat slowly, you'll choke!" I said, joining him on the table.

"Can we talk after you eat?" I asked. He looked at me, mouth full of food. He blinked for a couple of time before nodding. He finished his food and washed the dishes before sitting back at the dinner table.

"What are we gonna talk about?" he asked. I nervously fiddle with my fingers. It's better to do it now.

"It's been a long wait, right? Thank you for making efforts and making me feel loved this time. You can finally say that you have me back again" I said, smiling nervously, since I'm not sure how he'll react. He looks confused at first, but his frown is slowly turning into a smile.

"Is it what I think it is?" he asked. I nodded my head as a yes and gave him a smile. He got up from his seat and went to mine just to pull me into a hug.

"You didn't know how much I waited for you to come back to me baby" he said, not letting go of the hug.

"Baby? You don't call me baby, Who's your baby huh?" I teasingly asked him.

"You are my baby, my love, my jagi, and every pet name you want me to call you" he said, slightly ruffling my hair.

"Tch I thought you hated pet names because they were "cringy'" I said, squinting my eyes at him.

"Not anymore" he said. I chuckled and tried to break the hug but he just hugged me tighter.

"You need to let go now. I can't breathe" I said. After a long persuasion, he finally let go. He calmed down and now we are chilling on the sofa.

"Oppa, I'm curious about something"

"What is it?"

"Since when did you like me?" I asked.

"Hmm I'm not sure, but I got sure of my feelings when we visited your family. The way you didn't hesitate to hug your dad in front of me, like I didn't expect that. I didn't expect you to be a family oriented lady. I don't know, I just like it when someone has manners and you definitely have it. My mom said that, the way you treat your family is how you'll treat your partner and- Ugh, I'm not sure, I just like you, okay? I can't stand many people, but I realized I can tolerate you. I just grew fond of you as time passed by, and by the time I had the chance to think, I realized that I was already in love, "he said.

"This always happens when you ask guys why they like a girl." I said. It was just a joke. I just find it funny that guys always say that they don't know the reason when you ask them why they like a girl.

"Are you saying that you have already asked someone this question?" he asked, one eyebrow raised.

"Yeah, my brother and some friends"

"Friends? Who- nevermind. Let's stop talking about it, I might get jealous" he said. Why is he so cute? So this is why he acts cold at first, because if he acted like this, everyone would probably be in love with him by now. I giggled and opened my arms, giving him the hint to go into my arms. He slowly closed the space between us and went to my arms.

"I miss you" he said. I tightened the hug and buried my face in his chest. I'm already addicted to his warm embrace.

"I miss you too" I said, face still buried in his chest. I should've done this sooner. The happiness that I am feeling right now, it's unexplainable. This is why mom and dad keep on saying that love is really great.

"I love you, Yebin" Hyungwon said while patting my hair.

"I love you more, oppa" We said it. It wasn't one sided this time. This time, I know... This is love.

I'm sorry for taking to long to make the ending, I got sick for days and I really can't do anything. I wrote this while I'm on the process of getting better so I'm not sure if you'll like the outcome.
