Delila is now feeling better as she can stand and walk now. After the amount of therapy from the others in order to help her walking. She also train herself to finally bend the 4 elements, including her avatar state, thanks to the encouragement from the others.

Now they are now at the hell scape one would call a desert. Delila is use to the heat since she live in the country of Philippines. And every summer, it was extremely hot. Macaque was with her side as he refuse to leave her while Monkey King was meditating.

Mk and Mei were behind her, covered with ice that Delila made out. " Are you sure we're going in the right direction?' Sandy asked as he turned his rearview mirror down a bit, so he could look back to where Monkey King was supposedly 'meditating'.

"Not a clue." Tang groaned, the scholor frustrated trying to decipher the ancient map, but to no avail." All Monkey King said to do was go West so--" He was cut off when Mei shrieked." How did anyone ever get anywhere using these?!" She yanked the map out of Tang's grip as the male tried to prevent the dragon girl from tearing the map apart.

Delila sigh as she reach her hand to Mei." Give it to me Mei. I'll handle this. Beside, I study ancient maps around the worlds. I think I can decipher the map." Delila said as Mei hand it to her.

"Oh thank you Delila!" Tang said as he heaved a sigh of relief. " Please tell me we're going right way." Delila hummed as she answered calmly," We are. In fact, we'll be out of the desert soon at this rate."

"Really?!" The others shouted in relief with their eyes sparkling happily. Delila blink at them before nodding in conformation." Well then Just twenty more miles away then." Macaque said before glaring at Monkey King." At least She's more helpful than a certain SOMEONE!" He growled as he glared 'Meditating' Monkey King with a nasty look along with Pigsy.

Delila sigh as she look back to the map, frowning at the vision she just saw.

"Macaque I think you should stay with the others, I'll go babysit this two."

"No. I already witness you getting poison and I am not leaving you alone. Also, where's the nickname you gave me before-OOF!!"

"Shut it!"

Delila glared at the black monkey, who was holding his gut in paint while blushing furiously as she remembers calling him that. She sigh as she turn her attention back and sweat drop at the sight of Mei wishing her sword goodbye to a fish demon in a glass bowl with robot arms holding it.

"I am not going to asked what just happened." Delila said as she gain the attention to everyone, especially the fish demon's, whose eyes sparkled at the lantern that hanging off the shadow demon's hip, and the bag that was on Delila's.

"Uh Mei, why are you crying?" Delila asked at the dragon girl, who was now running towards to her, crying her eyes out, making the avatar sweat drop at her along with Macaque." Mk bet her sword for the engine over there." Pigsy explained to the two." As you can tell, he lost."

"Right. . . ." Macaque trailed off, tail flicking as he and Delila gave the water spirit a weary look." Care to join the game my fine fellow?~" the fish demon smirked at them." That lantern and that necklace-"

"Isn't for sale and it isn't going to be in any sort of bet, so shut it." Macaque snarled as it send shivers up to everyone's spine, except Delila." I would never give you my necklace." Delila said as she glared at the fish demon.

"You could always wager something again?" The water demon hummed as it turned back to Mk." Something of equal value to the sword and the engine?~" You're on!" Mk said as he slammed down the deed of Pigsy's shop.

"MK!?" Pigsy shouted angrily shaking his fist as Tang hold the angry pig demon back. "Why do I feel that something isn't right?" Murmured Delila as she narrowed her eyes at the fish demon. Macaque look at her confuse before turning back to the scene.

Turns out, Mk keep losing and betting till they ran out of stuff, except for Macaque's shadow and Delila's necklace, which the two adamantly REFUSED to give up.

Soon enough the gang ran out of stuff somewhere along the lines the teen had even bet Monkey King, which sent Macaque to spiraling into laughter. Delila frown as she saw the others were overheated, exhausted, and ready to give up. She been observing the proceedings.

"Alright! Let's do again!" Mk shouted as he show the necklace. Delila blink before looking down to see that the necklace around her neck was gone." WHAT THE?! MK! GIVE IT BACK!" Delila shouted in anger as she ready to pounce him.

"Alright then~" The fish demon said with a smirk as he start moving the bowls around so quickly that the other couldn't keep up, But Mk's powers got back as he use his golden eyes of truth to see it. He gasped as the Fish demon stop, " Choose the bowl~" fish demon said as Mk smirk as he point the middle one.

"Well, well, you're lo- what?! how did you ?!"

"well, I finally found out the trick you been doing! Which is you cheated!" Mk shouted at him." H-How dare you!" The demon sputtered out before freezing in fear when Delila was now in front of him, her eyes were now in her avatar state.

"So. . . . . .You been cheating huh?" Delila said as it send everyone shivers as the sky darkening." This. . .is why. . . . I. HATE. CHEATERS!!!" Shout Delila as she both raise her hands up as a giant blue ball of fire appeared in her palms and brought it down to the fish demon.

"DIE CHEATER!"

"Here Delila, sorry that I took your necklace without you knowing about it hehe." Mk apologize as he handle the necklace to Delila, who took it. "It's. . . . . fine. . . Just don't do that again. . . please." Delila whisper softly while staring at her necklace in her hands.

"Um, you alright?" Tang asked her as Delila snap out of it and shook her head." Yeah, I'm fine." She said as she wear it around her necklace." What's so special about that necklace anyway?" Monkey King asked after he was back from the 'meditation'. 

Mei and Mk shook their head furiously as the gave them a look to stop asking it. Which they realize it why Mk and Mei was telling them." Oh, right. Hehehe, sorry Small Bunny." Monkey King said as Delila have no mood to punch him on the guts.

"It's fine. . . . . I guess you deserve it to know huh?" Delila said as she look up to them giving them a sad smile on her face." You don't have too.. . . . .Okay Now I am curious right now."

Delila softly chuckle sadly." You see, this belongs to my mother." She said as she played the necklace around her neck." It was a birthday  gift for me when I was 7." Delila smile at the memory came to her before frowning.

"It's the only thing I remember her after she. . . . .she passed away." Delila said as she look down. " Oh. . . .Sorry about your mother." Pigsy asked as Delila gave him a nodded before looking up, smiling." Well, enough being sad or anything, Let's get on to work." she said as they nodded and went to work.

Delila's smile faded away as she look down at her necklace, opening the locket to revealed the picture of her younger self and her mother.  Sitting down as she stared at the picture before She close her eyes and sigh then she felt a two furry tail wrap around her waist making her smile softly.

"Heh, thanks for trying to comfort me. . . . .Mango and Peaches."

Two monkeys smile softly at her before putting their head on the side of Delila's head." You're welcome. . . . .bunny."
