The Lazy Method

Not sure if anyone has created a method with this name or came up with this, but this is my own method I have come up with. So, you really don't need a method to shift, you just need to turn off the left side of your brain. Then just little effort is what has gotten a lot of people close to or actually shifting.


For the first step of this method, you need to get into a comfortable position. A position you won't feel the need to move out of.


Next, turn off the left side of your brain. You can do this by simply listening to subliminals, counting, or listening to music that reminds you of your DR. Don't move this whole time. You are putting your body to sleep and opening up your creative, or right, side of your brain and closing off the logic, or left, side. Also, your body will be asleep, but your consciousness will be awake.


You will fall asleep visualizing and/or saying affirmations. If you do not shift, you need to think like "it wasn't the right time" or "I'll eventually shift". Having this mindset will help you get rid of the need to shift or something like that.
