Today is going to be an extremely special day in the Shepherd-Aguiar family and nobody knows it is happening except for Will, RJ and Grandma Janice!

After almost four weeks of being in the NICU growing big and strong, Luca Everett Shepherd-Aguiar is finally coming home!

Luca is very healthy, he has gained enough weight and he can breathe on his own without any oxygen!

Will and RJ both FaceTimed Grandma Janice yesterday to tell her the very exciting news with Luca!

"Hey, Grandma!" Will says to Grandma Janice with a cheeky smile.

"Hello, sweetheart! How are you?" Grandma Janice says happily to Will.

"I am great! How are you, Grandma?" Will asks Grandma Janice.

"I am doing well! Thank you for asking!" Grandma Janice says to Will with a smile.

"Hi, Grandma!" RJ says happily to Grandma Janice.

"Hello, RJ! Hi, sweety!" Grandma Janice says to RJ with a big smile.

"Can you keep a secret, Grandma?" Will asks Grandma Janice with a cheeky smile.

"Of course I can!" Grandma Janice says confidently to Will and RJ.

"Are you sure?" RJ asks Grandma Janice playfully, making himself and Will both chuckle. 

"Yes!" Grandma Janice says with sass, making Will and RJ both laugh.

"Baby Luca is coming home from the NICU tomorrow!" Will and RJ both say in unison, causing Grandma Janice to cheer with a big smile.

"Aww, really? Aww!" Grandma Janice says with a big smile.

"Yes he is!" RJ says as Grandma Janice tears up and smiles.

"Yes! The doctors just told us today that he will come home tomorrow afternoon! So please don't tell anyone!" Will says to Grandma Janice.

"I won't say anything! This is truly amazing, boys! God is so good! Luca is so strong and healthy and it's because of God!" Grandma Janice says as Will and RJ both smile.

"You are right, Grandma!" Will says to Grandma Janice.

"Nobody knows yet except for you!" RJ says to Grandma Janice.

"I am so honored to be the first one to know! I am so happy and excited for you boys!" Grandma Janice says to Will and RJ.

"Thank you, Grandma!" Will and RJ both say in unison to Grandma Janice.

Will, RJ and Grandma Janice talk for another hour before ending the FaceTime call!

- Present Day -
Will begins to vlog himself and RJ both laying in bed together. Will is smiling at the vlogging camera while RJ is acting like he is asleep, making a Will giggle.

"Wake up, sleepyhead! We gotta get moving soon!" Will says softly as RJ playfully groans, making Will giggle and smile.

Will then smiles and happily waves at the vlogging camera.

"Hey guys! So it is six am right now and neither one of us could really sleep last night because the both of us have been keeping a huge secret from our whole family. My mom, stepdad and RJ's mom and dad are all here and they have been helping us take care of the kids while RJ works and while I am with Luca at the hospital. My grandma had to go back home a about a week or so ago due to the scary virus that is happening." Will says to the vlogging camera.

"But we both called Grandma yesterday to let her know the big secret first, since she can keep a secret and not tattle." RJ says to Will and the vlogging camera making Will giggle.

"All of the kids are still asleep and my mom, my stepdad and RJ's parents all just think that both RJ and I are going to visit Luca in the NICU but that is not what is happening today. None of them know that Luca is actually coming home from the NICU today. We are so excited to finally have our baby boy home and safe in our arms." Will says as he tries to not tear up and RJ hugs him tightly.

"Luca has gained enough weight, he is drinking from bottles and drinks them all and he doesn't need any oxygen to breathe anymore. Luca has been doing really well this past week, so the doctors are letting him go home after being in the NICU for twenty seven days." RJ says as he yawns and lays his head on Will's shoulder.

"All of the doctors said that he probably wouldn't have to stay until his due date which was May 21st and it is really happening. We are just sooo excited to have Luca home and to be a family again." Will says as he smiles at the vlogging camera at and at RJ.

"I can't wait to see everyone's faces when we bring Luca home and into the house. All of them are going to be so surprised and so happy." RJ says as he smiles and Will smiles back at him.

"Well, we are going to get up, eat some breakfast and then go get Luca! We will see you all then!" Will says as he happily waves goodbye and so does RJ.

Will and RJ are now in Luca's NICU nursery room for the very last time! Will is feeding Luca a bottle and Luca is happily drinking it.

"Hey guys! We are in the NICU for the very last time! Yay!" RJ says in a whisper as Will smiles at the camera.

"Two other babies are leaving the NICU today as well, which is so great. Those babies were here when Luca came!" Will says as he smiles down at Luca.

"Luca has pooped a lot, peed a lot and burped a lot today, so he is telling everybody he wants to leave the NICU now." RJ says as Will giggles loudly.

"Yeah, Luca is telling everybody that he is going home! He drank this whole bottle too! Baby boy was hungry!" Will says as he begins to softly burp Luca on his shoulder.

"So Luca is almost six and a half pounds now! And I think he is eighteen inches long as well! Luca has gained a lot of weight these passed few weeks and all of the doctors and nurses are really impressed with him! Luca is gonna be a chunky baby!" RJ says with a big cheeky smile.

"He will be a chunky baby before we know it! Luca is so tiny compared to our other babies! Coralei, Theodore and Harlow were all eight pounds when they were all born, so by one month old they were like nine to ten pounds I think." Will says softly as Luca burps, making Will and RJ both giggle.

After Luca burps loudly on Will's shoulder, Will and RJ both begin to get Luca changed into his special going home outfit!

"Aww, Luca looks so cute in his going home outfit! This is becoming so real, babe." Will says as he softly kisses Luca's cheek and tries to not tear up.

"He sure does and this is getting so real. This is actually really happening." RJ says as he kisses Will's cheek and then hugs Will tightly.

"I love you." Will says quietly to RJ.

"I love you too!" RJ says softly to Will.

"Aww! The onesie is still a little too big on him but he looks so adorable and precious in it!" RJ says as he chuckles and smiles.

"He does look so adorable. Hi, buddy! Hi!" Will says to Luca and Luca coos at his Daddy.

"Hi, Luca! Hi, little man! Are you ready to go home today?" RJ says as Luca coos at his Papi.

Just then, Nurse Aurora and Nurse Mandy both walk into Luca's NICU room to say goodbye to Luca, Will and RJ!

Both Nurse Aurora and Nurse Mandy have became very close friends with Will and RJ and they both absolutely love baby Luca!

"Aww! Is Luca going home today?" Nurse Mandy asks both Will and RJ with a big smile.

"He sure is!" Will says happily to Nurse Mandy.

"He is!" RJ says with a cheeky smile at Nurse Mandy.

"Yay! Congratulations!" Nurse Mandy says as she hugs both Will and RJ.

"Thank you!" Will and RJ both say in unison to Nurse Mandy.

"Aww! I am so happy for you, guys! Luca looks ready to go home too!" Nurse Aurora says with a big smile at Will and RJ.

"I think he is ready to go home! He is going to miss the peace and quiet of the NICU! Our house isn't quiet at all!" RJ says as he chuckles, making Will, Nurse Aurora and Nurse Mandy all laugh happily.

"I am going to miss this little cutie pie!" Nurse Mandy says as she smiles at Luca.

"Me too! He is such a good baby! I am so glad he is doing so well and he can go home!" Nurse Aurora says as she rubs Luca's head.

"He was the perfect patient! He didn't have many struggles at all which is amazing for a NICU baby!" Nurse Mandy says happily.

"He did very well and I am so glad we didn't have any set backs or any problems." Will says as he holds Luca in his arms.

Luca begins to look around the room and he begins to coo, making RJ, Nurse Mandy and Nurse Aurora all smile.

Will and RJ take many pictures of Luca with Nurse Mandy and Nurse Aurora!

Nurse Aurora and Nurse Mandy have taken care of Luca most of the time he was in the NICU!

A few minutes later, Dr. Riley and Hailey both walk into Luca's NICU nursery room!

"I heard Luca is heading home today!" Hailey says with a big cheeky smile

"He sure is!" Will and RJ both say in unison to Hailey.

"Yay! That is so exciting!" Hailey says as she cheers.

"Yeah! We are very excited!" Will says as he kisses Luca's cheek.

"Do the kids know he is coming home today?" Hailey asks Will and RJ.

"No, we haven't told them!" RJ says to Hailey.

"Aww! That is going to be so exciting! Please film it!" Hailey says with a big smile.

"We definitely are! And we will definitely post it on YouTube!" Will says with a big grin.

"Aww, I can't wait to see the YouTube video!" Hailey says with a big grin at Will and RJ.

"I am very happy for you two today! This is a very exciting day as well! Luca looks very ready to head home too!" Dr. Riley says to Will and RJ.

"Thank you, Dr. Riley!" Will and RJ both say in unison to Dr. Riley with humungous smiles.

"You're welcome! May I hold him before you guys leave?" Dr. Riley asks Will and RJ.

"Of course!" RJ says as he hands Luca to Dr. Riley.

Dr. Riley rocks Luca in her arms and smiles at Luca. Luca coos, making Dr. Riley, Hailey, Will and RJ all smile.

"Thank you so much for everything, Dr. Riley. You saved me as well as Luca. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for you." Will says to Dr. Riley.

"Of course! It is my job! I am so happy that you two are healthy and are doing well!" Dr. Riley says happily to Will.

Dr. Riley then hands Luca to Hailey to hold for a few minutes!

Will and RJ are so happy to have a doctor and midwife who really care about their patients even after the pregnancy is over!

Will, RJ and Luca all say goodbye to everyone in the NICU before they all walk to the car to head home!

RJ clicks Luca's car seat into the car seat mount while Will vlogs the moment proudly.

"He is in the car and he is ready to go home!" RJ says to the vlogging camera as he gives the camera a thumbs up.

"Aww! I am so excited!" Will says as he hugs and kisses RJ tightly.

"Well, we are going to head home now! We will see you all in a little bit!"

"I am going to sit in the back with Luca while RJ drives us home! See you guys when we get home!" Will says with a big cheeky smile as he waves and turn the vlogging camera off.

Will, Luca and RJ all get in the car and they all drive home! 

- Back At The House -

Will, RJ and baby Luca are now officially home from the hospital!

RJ quietly parks the car into the garage and gets out of the car.

"We are finally home! I can hear all of the kids playing outside with Hank and my dad! So cute! Our moms must be inside with the dogs." RJ whispers as he smiles at the vlogging camera.

Will then smiles at RJ and the vlogging camera as he then picks up Luca and his car seat out of the car.

"Look who I have here!" Will says softly as he smiles at RJ and the vlogging camera again.

"Aww, he is sleeping! He is so cute!" RJ says softly as he smiles at Will.

Will looks and sees Luca peacefully sleeping in his car seat and he pouts his face happily.

"I am so happy that Luca loved the car ride home. That makes me so happy that he isn't a fussy baby in the car!" Will says softly to the vlogging camera.

"Me too!" RJ says with a big cheeky smile at Will.

"Let's go inside! Can you open up the door for me, babe?" Will says softly to RJ.

"Of course! Let's go!" RJ says as he quietly opens the door and he and Will both walk into the house.

"RJ? Will? Is that you guys?" Martha says out loud.

"Yes, Mama! It is us!" RJ says with a cheeky smile.

Martha and Karen both walk over to RJ and Will and they both gasp as they see Luca sleeping in his car seat.

"Surprise!" Will says with a big and proud smile.

Martha and Karen both begin to cry happy tears, making Will and RJ both smile.

"Did we surprise you two?" RJ asks Martha and Karen.

"Yes! Oh my goodness!" Martha says to both RJ and Will.

"I had a feeling he would be coming home soon but not today!" Karen says as she wipes away her happy tears.

Dobby and Sammy both happily walk over and they begin to sniff Luca.

"Look, boys! You have a new baby brother!" RJ says in a babyfied voice to Dobby and Sammy.

"Aww, good boys! Good boy, Dobby! Good boy, Sammy." Will says with a cheeky smile.

"He looks so little!" Martha says as she smiles.

"He does in the car seat!" RJ says as he giggles.

"He did great during the car ride!" Will says proudly.

"Aww, that's great!" Karen says as she admires her new grandson.

Just then Ricardo walks inside and smiles as he sees the car seat.

"Hey guys! Come inside! The baby is here!" Ricardo says happily to Hank, Benji, Coralei, Theodore and Harlow.

"Aww! The baby is here! Look so little in his car seat." Hank says as he chuckles and smiles.

"He is taking a cat nap!" Ricardo says happily.

Benji, Coralei, Theodore and Harlow all happily run inside and they all gather around Luca's car seat.

"BABY! BABY!" Harlow says as she jumps up and down happily.

"Shhh, Harlow. Inside voice, okay?" RJ says to Harlow and Harlow smiles at him.

"That is the baby, Harlow! That is your baby brother, Luca!" Will says to Harlow with a cheeky smile.

"I am so excited that baby Luca is finally home!" Coralei says as she cheers.

"Daddy and I are very excited too!" RJ says to Coralei and Coralei smiles.

"We have to be gentle with Luca, okay? Make sure we wash our hands and make sure Luca is safe." Will explains to Benji, Coralei, Theodore and Harlow.

"Luca is still reallwy tiny!" Theodore says to Will and RJ.

"He is still tiny! But he has grown a lot since he has been born!" RJ says happily to Theodore.

"Luca will catch up soon! Don't worry!" Will says as he smiles at Theodore.

"Welcome home, Luca!" Benji says proudly to his baby brother

"Yeah! Welcome home!" Coralei says with lots of excitement.

For the rest of the day, Will, RJ, Benji, Coralei, Theodore, Harlow, Luca, Dobby, Sammy, Hank, Karen, Martha and Ricardo all hang out together!

Will, RJ, Benji, Coralei, Theodore, Harlow, Dobby and Sammy are all very excited to have Luca finally home!

Karen, Hank, Ricardo and Martha are also all very excited to have their grandson home as well! :)
