After one week at freshers party:
Mikku and Sumedh were there chatting with each other. Mikku was sipping her Coke while Sumedh was also drinking his smoothie. Suddenly they were joined by a group of boys who were looking at mikku lustfully. She is feeling uncomfortable and Sumedh noticed that. So the duo left them and settled in a sofa comfortably. Suddenly a lady came and hugged Sumedh.
Girl: Sumi baby...
Sumi: Uhh..Pratibha geroff me...
Pratibha: why babe? And who is this girl? (She said eyeing mikku jealously)
Sumi: She is Mikku, my BFF. And please go from here pratibha..
Pra: Why babe? Am I not your gf?
Sumi: Shut up pratibha. You aren't my gf and u never were. You always cling to me like a lizard..
Mikku: Sumedh why don't we go to the dance floor?(winks at him which goes unnoticed by pratibha)
Sumi: (gets her) Ya lets go..
Both go in the dance floor and started dancing with each other..
Sumi: Thanks for saving me from that lizard, girl...
Mikku: No problem bro..that's what friends are for..
Sumi and mikku continued dancing...suddenly sumedh felt a little thirsty so he went and grabbed a coke. Mikku also went and did the same. Then they both went back to dancing. Now a romantic song was playing so they were doing a duet.

At night:
Mikku and Sumi were strolling in the campus...when Sumedh started speaking..
Sumi: So who is in your family?
Mikku: Woh..I am an orphan..
Sumedh was shocked 😲
Sumi: I am so sorry Mikku 😞. I didn't want to-
Mikku: (cuts him off) it's ok you know. Its really ok. Ab toh mujhe iss question ki aadat par gayi hai..but you know mujhe accha laga ki iss question ke regard mein tumne mujh par koi sympathy nahi dikhayi ya phir mujhe insecure feel nahi karvaya..I am really happy about that. And you know what mujhe lagta hai ki mere parents mujhe chorke kabhi gaye hi nahi..woh mere saath tab bhi the aur abhi bhi hai aur aage bhi rahenge. They are with me in the stars. Woh taare dekh rahe ho jo ekdum right mein hai aur bahut chamak rahe hai woh mere papa aur maa hai. Jab bhi main udaas hoti hun unse baatein ,arti hu aur woh meri madat kartein hai. Jaise iss college ke first din ke pehli raat mein unhe bata rahi thi ki main aisi chup chap hun toh koi mera dost nahi banega. Aur dekho meri kismat aisi hai ki agle din hi mujhe tum mil gaye.
Sumedh kept admiring her as she smiled looking at the stars.
Sumi: (thinks) yaar ek ladki itni maasum kaise ho sakti hai. Jo baat negative hoti hai usse bhi yeh positive banake chorti hai. Apni har weakness ko apne strength mein badal deti hai..kya ladki hai yaar..
Sumi: you know what mikku, I am glad that you're my BFF.  Mikku: thanks sumedh (rubs her palm as it was cold)
Sumi: (notice sit so takes off his jacket and gives it to her) Ye le, pehen le..thand lag jayegj phir mujhe tere liye bhi notes lena parega..
Mikku:(whines) Sumi...(wears it) thanks btw. Good night.
Sumi: Jacket ko khona mat. Main kal lelunga warna mummy pitegi. Good night Mikku.
Both went to their dorms having created new memories.
Next day:
Mikku: good morning bro.ye le tera jacket..
Sumi: Thanks 😊..chal abhi saath mein chemistry lab hai..
Mikku: Chalo..
Flashback ends
Mikku smiles again and then takes another picture and takes it near the fire 🔥 She goes into a flashback
