I walked into the little room with handfuls of letters.

"Hey, Louis! I brought some more fan mail. Most of them are saying stuff like "hope you feel better" stuff. The boys wanted to come today but they had work." I set the cards around the room, the same way that every other card has been set up for the last few months. I pulled up a chair next to the bed. I grabbed his hand and pulled it up to my face, I kissed his hand as tears started to fall down.

"I miss you so much Louis." The monitors were keeping a steady beep. I heard the door open and saw the nurse who I had become pretty friendly with.

"How are you Claire?" She asked. Her blonde hair was tired up in a ponytail, it swayed back n forth as she checked the machines.

"Good." I managed to get out.

"Well, Louis been doing really good, he should be out of bed by at least two weeks." She smiled. I nodded, this was fantastic!

"But there's a catch." She mumbled. My head looked up from Louis hand that contained so many IV's or other medication.

"If he doesn't wake up by then... We are going to have to, shut it down." She looked sad. I felt so angry, I stood up.

"You can't do that!" I yelled. It didn't matter because no one else was in this room but us three.

"Claire, I know but he's been in a comma for at least four months, any longer and we are going to have to shut it down. I'm sorry." She hugged her clipboard. I felt tears pouring out of my eyes.

*Four Months ago,the night of the accident*

"Please don't die!!" I cried as I held Louis limb body. His breathing was slowing down and the ambulance still wasn't here.

Liam was holding Jasmine trying to calm her down, I was still so confused about what had happened, why would Jasmine shoot Louis and not me? I saw lights coming towards us and looked up to see some people running towards us. Two were carrying a portable ambulance bed, a cop ran over to Liam and Jasmine and two other people walked over to the dead body. The first two came over to me and laid the bed down.

"Is he okay?" A man asked. I shook my head

"He's been shot in the hip." I said. Trying not to cry anymore.

"Okay, we are going to take him to the hospital, you can come if you want but you need to follow us and keep up, we don't have much time." Another man said. They lifted Louis onto the bed and started running to the ambulance with me trying to run as fast as I could behind them.

"He's losing a lot of blood. I don't think he has much time left." A woman put a breathing mask on Lou's face. 'Please be okay' were my only thoughts. I never got to go to the hospital because the moment I got there I was taken away to the police station, everybody was there. An when I mean everybody I mean like the band and all the girls, including Madi who was having a hard time because Harry was there an trying to talk to her. I saw Jasmine crying into Niall's shoulder, my first reaction to seeing her was pulling her away from Ni and slapping her hard across the face.

"Why would you do this to me!!! How could you! I thought you were my friend!! If you wanted to shoot someone it should have been me!" I was so upset, I didn't know what had happened why it had happened and what was going on! Liam pulled me a side and pulled me into a hug.

"It was Josh, Claire. He was standing beside her with a gun and said that if she didn't shoot somebody, mainly you, that Niall, Madi and herself would die. He'd taken her when she left to the store to go get some food for the movie, she never meant to hurt Louis, I had pushed her making her arm swing towards Louis and pulling the trigger." I tried to talk but every time Liam would stop me and keep talking.

"What about Josh?" I already knew the answer but I wanted to know for sure.

"Dead, I had to kill him."

"Are they pressing charges?" I asked concerned.

"No, it was self-defense. He did this Claire to kill you because he was jealous of your relationship and wanted Louis gone. At least that's what Jasmine said."

"How'd Jasmine know?" I was becoming more and more confused.

"Josh told her." Liam sighed, soon pulling away once a man came out of a room and pulled us individually to 'talk'.

I had told the detective everything that'd happen. From the car ride to being here.

"I'm so sorry." He said.

"When can I go see him?" I could barely talk.

"Right now, one of the guys can take you." He stood up and lead me to a sergeant.

"Take this lovely lady to the hospital, where we dropped that poor guy off a while back." The sergeant nodded his head and lead me to the car.

"I'm so sorry ma'am." He pulled out of the lot and started to head on the highway.

"Thank you." I felt a tear slip down my eye, get back in there tear!

"Thanks for the ride." I gave the stranger a hug. Don't ask me why but I was grateful to these people for their hard work and for saving Louis life.

I ran into the hospital, I got plenty of stares. I walked up to the desk.

"Louis Tomlinson?" I was breathing hard.

"Straight down the hall then make a left and he is room, 214." I nodded then started walking down

"Honey?" The receptionist called out. I turned around an walked towards her.

"Yes." I whispered.

"You may want to change." She pointed to my outfit. It was covered with blood.

"Oh." I bit my lip.

"Come with me, I'll get you a change of clothes. Hope you don't mind wearing nurse clothes." She laughed. Trying to change the mood. She handed me a pair and sent me to the bathroom.

I slipped on the outfit and looked at it. No way! It had unicorns an rainbows on it. Oh gosh! Even though I wasn't having a good day this made me smile, just a little bit. I looked at my face and saw how bad it was. I had blood splatters and mascara all over the place. I washed off my face, collected my clothes and walked out of the bathroom heading back over to the young blonde.

"Thank you for the clothes." I smiled at the lady.

"Would you like me to take those?" She asked pointing to the bloody dress. I nodded and handed it to her.

"I'll leave it here for you to pick up." She said. I started walking to the room where Louis was suppose to be. I looked at my feet and noticed I still had my sandals on. They looked so nasty, they too were covered with blood splatters and had dirt on them. Can I just say that so many things have been ruined tonight.

I walked into the room and saw Louis laying down on the bed with so many IV's and machines by him. I fell to the floor leaning up against the wall crying. I heard the door open and stood up. I wiped my tears and saw the doctor come in.

"Hi, can I help you? My name is Dr. Brown" He gave me a light smile then continued to walk over to the machines. I followed him and looked at Louis, he looked so torn up. I gently placed my hand on top of his.

"I'm just checking up on him." I responded

"Who might you be?" He asked. A sad smile crept onto my face. I knew Louis had wanted this.

"His girlfriend. Claire Bird." I knew the doctor was going to ask for my name so I decided to already do the honor of saying it

"Claire, I must inform you that Louis isn't in the best condition." He spoke out. I nodded my head, I knew that there was going to be a lot of bad news

"Ms. Bird. Your boyfriend, he's in a comma. He lost too much blood and may not wake up for a long time." I felt my whole body stop, my head started to hurt and I couldn't see anymore.

"I-I understand." I sat down in a chair and pulled it up to the bed.

"Am I allowed to stay?" I asked before getting comfortable. The man nodded his head before leaving.

"I wish you could just wake up, Louis. I don't know what to do without you. I love you." I kissed his lips softly before falling asleep in the chair.

*Four months later*

"Jules, isn't there anyway that I could get him to stay here for a bit longer?" I asked the nurse, she was the wonderful lady who gave me the unicorn nurse outfit on my first visit here.

"If there was you'd know I'd tell you Claire." She gave me a hug.

"Why don't you go home and see your friends and tell them the news." She gave me another hug before leaving.

"I love you Louis. I'll be back before you know it. Just please wake up. That's all I ask of you." I kissed his head before gathering my things, I looked around the room then at Louis, I closed the door and walked out.

Please wake up Louis. I can't lose you any more than I already have.

I'm also thinking of writing a new fanfic, it's going to be called SuperMan and it's a Louis fanfic, I haven't thought of all the details but I have a pretty good idea. So if y'all have any ideas tell me. Thanks.
