The last note had been played and the music ended, echoing throughout the hall. The audience stood to their feet, showing their love for the performances through vigorous clapping.

The entire orchestra stood and bowed, the conductor turning to the audience as well. The curtains came down and the concert was officially over. Ria rushed over to Nari and grabbed her into a spontaneous hug.

"Nari!  That was amazing!  I really enjoyed playing with you!"

Nari was still trembling from the nerves that immediately returned as soon as she had played the last note. Musically accompanying Ria had been enjoyable and fun. She had lost herself in the music, getting caught up in the chemistry of it. Nari wrapped her arms around Ria's shoulders lightly. "Thank you so much for this opportunity," she said quietly.

"You deserved it," grinned Ria. "I need to go find the conductor. Excuse me." Ria rushed off in the opposite direction, leaving Nari standing on the stage alone.

Nari looked down the stage to the wings where Jimin had been standing. He was no longer there and she grew curious as to where he had disappeared to. She frowned slightly as she walked all the way to the stage exit and still there was no sight of him.

She walked back towards the waiting room where she had left her things earlier, intently looking at each face that approached her. He was nowhere to be found. She began to feel sick and frustrated, then confused and abandoned. This was a big moment for her and he just disappeared? Walking into the waiting room, she collapsed down into a nearby chair, the adrenaline finally wearing off and leaving her exhausted. She kicked off her heels, allowing her sore feet to rest for a moment.

The room was eerily silent, bags, backpacks, instrument cases, purses, hair irons, and blow dryers, were all littering the floor and counters. Most of the orchestra hadn't made it back here yet, so Nari had a few moments alone to collect herself.

She leaned forward slightly in her seat, propping her self up on her arms and staring down at her toes. She wiggled them slightly and the glanced over at her bag where her phone was located. She wanted to text Jimin and find out why he had abandoned her. She felt hurt but also didn't want to talk to him when she was so upset. Every scenario of why he might have left buzzed through her mind and none of them made sense to her. She was baffled.

"Hello? Ria?"

Nari looked up to see Jun poking his head into the doorway. He smiled at her and stepped into the room. A small, but beautiful, bouquet of flowers was in his hand. The soft pink tissue paper surrounding them crinkled slightly as he held them gently.

Nari smiled sadly at the flowers. "Looking for Ria?"

"Yeah. She must be talking to some of the orchestra members or something. I saw her get surrounded pretty quickly when I came backstage but then I lost track of her. I see her bag over there so I'm sure she'll be here sooner or later."

He grinned and motioned towards the empty chair next to a Nari. "May I sit there for a moment?"

Nari shrugged and then nodded. She had no reason to save the spot.

"Where's Jimin?"

Nari shrugged again and stared back down at her stockinged toes. "I don't know."

"Oh? Well, huh." Jun looked at Nari carefully and noticed her eyes were looking a bit moist.

"So I talked to him earlier. I think he reluctantly forgave me but that's all I can hope for, and frankly, that's good enough for me." He turned the bouquet slowly in his hands. "He's a good man, Nari. I'm sure he has a very valid reason for not being here right now."

"Save it, please," she muttered. "I don't feel like talking right now, Jun, I'm sorry. I just need to be alone if you don't mind." Nari quickly swiped the tears away that had already spilled out onto her cheeks. Her tone sounded bitter in her own ears and she hoped Jun didn't take her words personally.

"Ah, I see," he said quietly. "I understand. If you need to talk or anything, just find me or Ria, or even Minnie. We're all here for you."

Nari gave him a half-hearted smile and nodded. "Thanks," she whispered.

The door suddenly opened and a frantic Jimin hurried inside.

"Nari?!" He glanced around the room nervously and his gaze fell on Nari and Jun, who was still seated next to Nari. Jimin froze and his eyes darted back and forth between the two.

Jun quickly smiled and stood up. "I was here looking for Ria." He waved the bouquet slightly. "Please don't misunderstand the situation." He glanced down at Nari. "I think I'll go look for her again. Great performance today, Nari."He walked past Jimin and patted him on the back, his eyes falling on the object in Jimin's hands that was hiding precariously behind his back. Jun smiled,  "Nice choice," he leaned in and whispered before leaving the room.

Nari remained quiet, her eyes trained in the floor. She was relieved to see Jimin but she was still confused why he had disappeared in the first place and why he wasn't there to congratulate her and greet her after her performance.

Jimin watched the wheels in her head spinning as she continued to look at the floor. He reached behind him and locked the door, unwilling to let anyone ruin this moment for him. "So, I'm sorry I wasn't there when you came off stage," he said brightly, trying to lift the mood in the room.

"Were you worried about me?"  He sat down next to her, his body turned slightly towards her to still conceal the object behind his back.

Nari glowered at him for a moment. "Yes. And disappointed."

Jimin smiled and pulled out the small bouquet of soft pink rose buds from behind his back. He held them out to her and his smile grew wider. "I was missing because I had to meet my manager outside. I had him go pick these up for me."

Nari looked down at the flowers and her resolve to be angry with him melted a bit.

"I'm sorry I didn't pick them out myself." Jimin rubbed his neck out of nervousness. "To be honest, I didn't even think about something like this till I saw other people carrying them around.  I realized too late what I should have already known. I'm sorry, Nari, for forgetting to bring you flowers and not being there to greet you as you came off stage." He stared at her gently, his eyes traveling over every square inch of her face. "I'm so proud of you," he whispered.

Nari smiled sheepishly. She pulled the bouquet up to her nose and breathed in their floral scent. "How can I be mad at you if you were just trying to be thoughtful of me?"

"Wait, you were actually mad?!" Jimin leaned back in his chair and sighed deeply and dramatically.

Nari giggled and jabbed his side with her elbow. "Yeah. You disappeared and you were the first one I wanted to see. When you weren't there I got nervous, worried, and sad." She paused and the silence between them quickly grew thick.

Looking over at him and straight into his eyes, she spoke again. "I only want to share special moments like that with you, Jimin."

Her cheeks blushed and after just a moment, she looked away.

Jimin grinned confidently. He clasped his hands together and leaned forward, looking over at her.  "Nari," he said softly, "look at me?"

Nari was embarrassed that she had bared her heart, if only in a round-about way, but looked into his eyes anyway.

"I love you," he said softly, with a bright smile spreading across his face.

"Wh-wh-what?" she stuttered.

"I love you," he said a bit louder, enjoying the look of surprise and embarrassment she now wore. Her cheeks tinted pink and he softly giggled as he reached out and touched them lightly. He had been dying to say those three words to her throughout the entire concert. Every beat of the rhythm pounded out the words "I love you" in his heart. It felt like an eternity till the concert was over but now here he was, telling his girl that he loved her for the first time and watching her react just the way he had hoped she would.

Nari let his words sink into her ears. He loved her? Really? She blushed and blushed hard. She had been sorting out her own feelings for a while and knew she cared for Jimin very much on a deep level. When he said those three little words to her, she knew immediately she wanted to say them back, but her mouth just wouldn't cooperate. As his fingers brushed against her cheek, she smiled. "I...love you too," she finished quickly, embarrassed at the squeakiness of her own voice.

Jimin's warm laugh tickled her ears. It was beautiful, his voice and his laugh. She wanted to listen to it all day, every day, for the rest of her life. She felt his hand spread against her cheek and gently pull her towards him.

Their eyes criss-crossed each other's faces. Jimin locked his gaze on Nari's lips and before she knew it she was kissing him. It was sweet and loving, delicate, and not too pushy. To Nari, it was perfect.

To Jimin it wasn't enough. His passion for this precious woman rose to a new level and he broke away, slightly breathless. "You are such a good kisser," he whispered, smirking devilishly.

Nari laughed and reached her hand up to his cheek. "Thank you."

"For what?"

"For loving me."

Jimin stood to his feet, his heart swelling with all the newly named emotions he had been struggling with for the past few weeks. He pulled her up and into a tight hug. With his face buried into her neck, he breathed in her scent and sighed. She was beautiful, all the way around.

Nari held him close, her arms finding their way around his waist. "Jimin," she whispered.

"Mm," he hummed softly, still holding her close, unwilling to let her go.

"Can we go now?"

Jimin raised his head. "Where?"

"I don't care."

Jimin grinned. He knew the perfect place to take her. Okay, maybe not the perfect place, but definitely the first place he wanted to take the woman he loved. "C'mon. I know exactly where I want to go."

"Pahm! Pahm! Pahm!"

"Hyuuuung," whined Taehyung, "I'm not going to get how to move my feet if you keep going so fast!" He sighed exasperatedly and flopped down to the floor.

"You're just not looking closely enough." J-Hope sighed with frustration as the other members quickly dropped to the floor as well.

"How?! We've been at this for four hours and you just got here ten minutes ago. You really are the dance master, Hobi," moaned Jin, wiping sweat from his brow.

"This choreo is the hardest yet, I swear," grumbled Yoongi, laying his overheated body on the cool floor. "Ahhhh, this feels magical."

Jungkook smirked and watched the older members grumble and gripe, rubbing their calves and backs. "Hyung, you're amazing. Just...give us time to catch up." He smiled brightly at J-Hope, who couldn't help but give in to the maknae's charms.

"Yeah, Hobi, please," groaned Namjoon. "I feel like my legs are going to fall off."

"Alright...alright. I'll slow down. Now, it's not as hard as you think it is. Just-" he stopped as the practice room door opened.

"Everybody, are you decent?" Jimin's head poked into the room, a wide smile stretching his face to its limits.

"I wish I wasn't," muttered Yoongi, still lying on the floor, almost motionless. "I wish I were home...in my bed..."

"Yah, don't go any further with that," warned Jin quietly. "Yes, Jimin, but why do you ask?" Jin was puzzled at the odd question that Jimin put forth. They all lived together and had seen each other in all stages of undress, so why he should care now baffled Jin immensely.

A look of realization passed over Taehyung's face and he bolted to his feet, laughing. "Do we have company?!" He ran to the door, flinging it open. "Nari!" He quickly pulled Jimin into the room, shoving him aside and held out his hands to Nari. "You're a welcome intrruption to this work-approved torture." He gently led her into the room, smirking slyly at a now fuming Jimin.

"Yah, Kim Taehyung, you've done enough concerning my girl, so shoo." Jimin quickly shoved his best friend aside, tucking Nari's hand under his arm for safe keeping. "Everyone, I know you've met her before but she's someone very important to me and more than just a girlfriend now." He grinned widely as Nari blushed.

It was Yoongi's turn to come up off the floor. He sprung to his feet with lightning speed and stalked over to Jimin, grabbing his suit lapels. "I swear, Mini, if you eloped I will ki-"

"Hyung, we didn't elope." Jimin was laughing at Yoongi's expression and how quickly it went from unrelenting anger to utter relief.

"Oh...well, that's a huge relief." Yoongi cleared his throat and backed away, flashing a bright smile at Nari.

"I told her I love her," said Jimin proudly.

"Jimin..." whispered Nari, blushing profusely.

"FINALLY," exclaimed everyone in unison.

Nari blinked. She glanced around the room. When Jimin said he was taking her to see the other members, it hadn't dawned on her that she would actually be meeting...the OTHER MEMBERS. Not for five seconds at a fansign, or a brief conversation. No, she was seeing them in their "natural habitat." Her hands flew to her face and she gasped softly. Nana would have been so jealous. She would have went into a full blown panic if this had happened to her. Nari felt like she was living out Nana's dreams for her at this very moment and it made her happy. She knew Nana was somewhere smiling and proud of her older sister.

"What is it?" asked Jimin, suddenly worried.

"I only met you guys at the fansign...I'm really nervous." Nari's trembling hands and quivering voice reiterated her current feelings.

"No need to be nervous," crooned Taehyung.

"Seriously?" Jimin shoved Taehyung's shoulder playfully. "Right in front of me?"

"Nari, it's so nice to finally meet you as a member of our family, and not just as a fan," smiled J-Hope.

"A what...?" Nari looked at Jimin who merely shrugged while smiling.

"If someone has our Chim Chim's heart, they're automatically family," nodded Namjoon. "Welcome."

"Hey, Noona," said Jungkook, sliding up beside Nari. "Want to watch us practice our new dance?"

Nari's eyes grew wide and she looked at all the members. "Really? I can watch?"

"Sure. Just...know it's confidential. Okay?" Namjoon smiled and urged the rest of the members to get back into formation.

"Wait, are you practicing that new choreo? Oh man, I can't seem to get it perfect," wailed Jimin pitifully.

"It's so simple!" J-Hope threw up his hands in disgust.

"Hyung," whined Taehyung and Jungkook in unison.

Jimin laughed and clapped both Taehyung and Jungkook on the shoulders, pushing them along to the center of the room. "C'mon, guys, let's show Nari why we're so good at what we do." He shrugged off his suit jacked and tossed it to Nari, who caught it deftly.

Nari watched as they began. A few mistakes ensued but nothing they didn't recover from quickly. She sat in stunned silence as she watched them execute each movement with precision and well-developed skill and their in-sync foot stomping sent goosebumps up each of her arms. She barely breathed herself as she watched the dance end, the heavy breathing of each member echoing throughout the room.

Yes, Nana would have been very jealous indeed.
