Anna-May

I woke up in the morning to Dijonae still in my bed. Looking over at my night stand it read 10:56. I shook Dijonae, but she didn't budge so I shook her again and she still didn't budge. I stood there staring at her wondering how I'm gone get here up.

I could pour cold water on her, wait that'll get my bed wet. Ooh i could put a hot glue gun on her neck, but that hurt her.

Thoughts of ways i could get here up rush through my head, but then something stuck out to me.

That's not how Dijonae hair is.

I walked up to the bed to see who this is in my bed, but Dontavious had to call my name.

"What." I said to him as he stood at my doorway.

"Hey." He said making his way inside the room. I rolled my eye annoyed that he interrupting my expector gadget time.

"Look I'm in the middle of solving a mystery can you come back another time?" I asked innocently. He stood there before looking at the mysterious person laying in my bed smirking.

"Naw I wanna see this." He said pulling out his phone. He had a Iphone 6s.

I shrugged him off before making my way towards the girl. She had her hair in her face so I couldn't see who it was. I carefully moved the hair from her face making sure not to wake her up. She tossed in her sleep making me get a better view.

"I know this ain't who I think this is." I said to Tae Tae, but more to myself. I rubbed my eyes and pinch my arm to make sure I wasn't dreaming. Sure enough there stood my twin sister Anna-Marie. I start to jump up and down quietly in excitement earning a laugh from Tae Tae.

"You just gone stand there or are you gone hug her?" He asked. Just then I screamed, ran, and jump on her causing her to quickly jump up.

"Anna-Marie I missed you so much. I can't believe your here right now." I said as tears of joy started to fall down. After she gained her composure she instantly jumped on me and hugged me back.

"I missed you too." She said still hugging me for dear life.
"Awwn." Tae Tae cooed before jumping on us all.

"Group hug." He said grabbing us both causing me to giggle. After our little episode we got up to see everybody standing in my room with big smiles across there faces. I blush in embarrassment turning to Marie who was looking at everyone.

"Well I'm hungry so let go eat." Daddy said while we all agreed. I grabbed Marie hand and followed then downstairs into the dinning room. Breakfast food was sat all around the table.

"Who the hell is all these people?" Marie asked me a little too loud causing daddy to look up from what he was doing.

"No child under the age of 16 is allowed to swear in my house." He spoke sternly causing everyone to stop what they were doing to look at us. Marie sat there not intimidate by him.

"Last time a checked hell is not a curse word its in the bible and if I feel the needs to fucking curse that's what the hell I'm gone do." She shot back. Before anything can escalate any more mom stepped in.

"This food look delicious. Get some before its all gone." She said. Marie turned her attention from Daddy to Mom then to the food. She grabbed her food and begun to dig in.

"We got to say grace before we eat." Kaliani said stopping Marie before the food could touch her tongue. Marie sat her food down before looking at her aggravated.

"I don't say grace. Now leave me the fuck alone and let me eat in peace damn." She snapped. Kaliani looked taken back by her choice of words before looking down at her plate.

"Anna-Marie what they hell I just tell your ass about cursing." Daddy snapped making me jump back. His piercing eyes stared straight at her as she held an emotionless face.

"Look y'all muthafuckers irritating me. Can y'all shut the hell up talking to me and let me eat damn. I never had to go through this much just to fucking eat. If I don't say a damn prayer you can't force me, now leave me the hell alone." She snapped not caring about his stare. He chuckled before eating his food in silence. If its one thing I know its that If my daddy is silent his either angry or have a lot of his mind. At this point i know he's angry. I said prayer before eating my food. The whole table had grew silent and it was killing me.

"Why do she look like that?" Dijonae questioned. I looked at her to find her looking at Marie.

"Like what?" I asked.

"So cold-hearted." She stated. Just when I was about to reply Marie leaned in.

"That's because I am." She said before going back to her food. I didn't even know she heard us. I turned my head to look at Marie. This isn't the same Marie I've known. She was so different now.

"Daddy I was wondering if I could get some money so I can go to the mall with a couple of my friends." Kaliani spoke. He looked up at her before speaking.

"Yea, take your sisters with you." He said.

"But-" She started to say.

"No buts its either you take them with you or you get no money." He said. She pouted before saying OK.

"So is any of y'all gone introduce yourself cause I'm not leaving nowhere with some strangers." Marie spoke.

"I'm your oldest brother K'aunte but I'm known as Key and I'm 20." Key spoke first.

"I'm your older brother Montrell, but people call me Trell and I'm 19."

"I'm your favorite older brother Dontavious but I'm called Tae Tae and I'm 16."

"I'm your oldest sister Kaliani but people call me Lani for short and I'm 18."

"I'm your older sister Dijonae but people call me Nae for short and I'm 17."

"I'm Quantrell but I'm called Quan and I'm 6."

"I'm Hakeem and I'm 2." Hakeem said cheerfully causing a smirk from Marie.

"What about her?" She questioned pointing towards Mariana.

"She has selective mutism. Her name is Mariana but people call her Riana and she's 4." Mom spoke.

"And who are you?" She asked.

"I'm your step mom Quanesha." She said smiling. I didn't introduced myself well because she already knew who I was.

"Are you gone introduce yourself?" Daddy asked. Marie mugged him before speaking.

"My name is Anna-Marie but call me Marie and I'm 15. Happy?" She said and sarcastically smiled. "So Sylvester you wanna know what I find so funny?" She asked.

"What?" He said knowing it's going to be something rude.

"You managed to take care of all these kids but couldn't pay a visit to us when we where living with Evette." She said. He looked at her for the first time I ever seen him guilty.

"Okay lets go get ready for the mall." I said pulling Marie by her arm.
