Alright peeps! I narrowed it down to outertale and fluffytale. The choice was made for pure plot convenience so it might not exactly add up to the amount of votes but what can we do. I decided fluffytale would have to be the one. I know a lot of you liked farmtale and outertale as a path for the future and wanted them to work out but I think with what I'm planning for fluffytale you won't be too disappointed. anyways please don't let my rambling stop you from reading! bye!

"I guess a place with more people....why?" moon asked. I just smiled and hummed. 

"no reason. now eat your breakfast and finish packing, we are going to visit dream." I said before exiting the room. moon gave me a thumbs up while they stuffed their face. 

sometime later and we were on our way to my brothers place. I called before hand to make sure it was alright to come over one last time before we leave and he agreed. He seemed sad that the time I and moon would go is so near but he cheered up when I promised to visit. 

we enter the driveway and an ominous feeling suddenly takes over me. not in a hugely concerning way but it was enough to sort of warn me that the upcoming interaction would not be pleasant. I opened the door and immediately knew why. 

inside was what looked like a party in the making. on a banner there were the words cook out and through the glass door over by the end of the room was sans and asgore cooking the grill. everyone not outside noticed us immediately and the room went silent. I was more than a little angry at dream for doing this behind my back but I was mostly to blame for the sudden visit. 

"what is nightmare and frisk doing here?" undyne said. her hostility made moon flinch but I couldn't back down. 

"u-undyne!" alphys exclaimed at undyne's blatantly rude behavior but I could tell that she didn't really disagree either. 

"what? it's a good freaking question what in asgores name gave them the idea that coming to this party was a good idea?" undyne said crossing her arms. At this point moon was looking from undyne to me constantly going back and forth to gauge my reaction to this. The awkward atmosphere enhances when asgore and sans happily walk through the glass door chatting away and then go silent as they see us as well. 

after a moment more of our strange staring contest in walks dream merrily humming a tune bringing in a batch of hotdogs when he notices his oddly quite it is. he opens his eyes to see me with my foot halfway through the door but weirdly frozen in time and everyone else staring at me and moon. 

dreams eyelights turn to pinpricks as he understands the situation and runs up to me and pushes me and moon outside while slamming the door. 

"uuuhhhh well hello dear brother! I didn't think you would be here so soon.....normally you are much later when you visit...." dream says awkwardly. he clearly knew the tension between me and them for the past couple months so he has been keeping us separate by making sure we weren't in the same place at the same time. I asked him to, to prevent any instances like the one that just happened. 

"...right..." I said softly while glaring at him. 

"we uh...came to say bye uncle dream." moon said clearly uncomfortable. 

"well yes uh I was told you would be leaving soon.....would you two like a hotcat? they are just made." dream asks but it was mainly directed at moon. he rightly deduced that I was much too angry with this situation to speak right now. it doesn't matter. 

"sur-" moon starts but I cut them off. 

"No we were just leaving." I say in a tone much darker than usual. moon and dream both look simultaneously surprised and like they are about to shit themselves. 

"come moon we can face time uncle dream later." I say and drag them  back to the car. dream waves awkwardly as we drive away. the car ride is spent in silence for the most part until we are about to reach our current home. moon tried making small talk to lighten the atmosphere and I didn't want to make moon any more uncomfortable than they already were so I made an effort and things turned back into how it normally was. a few jokes here and there and we reached our destination. I was mainly just mad because moon had to see such idiocy but I was happy it didn't get them down based on there emotions. 

they didn't feel like what was said at them was out of place since the 'other them' did such horrible things of course they would be mad is probably what was going through there mind. they didn't react like their opinions mattered because to them they didn't know them. those monsters were complete and utter strangers to moon. 

"moon...are you done packing?" I asked. I wanted out of here as soon as possible. 

"uh no not really I have a few more things I need to put in boxes and then I'll be done...why?" 

"we are leaving tomorrow so everything you don't have packed by then we are leaving ok?" I said and moons face went pale. 

"mom if its because of what those guys said back there then you don't have to worry I-" before moon could say another word I clarified the misunderstanding. 

"its not it's just......I need to get out of this au. I'll...I'll help ok? I'll pack your stuff with you with two people on the job we'll be done packing in no time at all." I said smiling. moon just looked at me and pretended with me smiling as well. 

"yeah......um where are we moving anyway?" moon asked as a change of topic. 

"....fluffytale."
