You Are the daughter of one of the wealthiest family in Japan, (surname) but  you don't have the right to be called (name) (surname).

You sprinted up and ran in then saw your mother on the ground. She was crying and somehow looks beaten up. "Mama!" You screamed and ran to her, checking her condition.

"So you must be the brat!" You spun around and saw a woman in her mid 30s and you know that this woman is the woman who 1) is the wife of your dad through an arranged marriage and 2) the person who hurt your mother.

Your dad told you that he never loved his current wife. He was only married to her because it was arranged and forced and she even said that she would slit her throat if he refused to marry her. Crazy woman you thought..

She can't even give him a child and she absolutely does not want to adopt.

And he even told you that he loves you and your mom even more.

"What the hell are you doing here?!"
"Heh... Your slut of a bitch mother... She stole my husband from me!"
"Mama is not a slut or a bitch! If there's a bitch here then that's you! And FYI, she did not steal Papa from you!"

She released the safety of the gun and kept it pointed at me.

The trigger was pulled and your closed your eyes and waited for the bullet but it never came.

You felt something fall and you opened your eyes and your mama... She took the bullet for you.

"Ma.... MAMA!" you screamed as you craddle her in your arms and you saw some blood near where her heart is.

"(Na... Name)...?"
"Mama... Don't... Don't talk... You're gonna be alright... I swear."
"I... I love you (name)... Remember that..."

Her hand fell and you cried and cried while hugging her.

I haven't seen (name) for days and I am getting worried about her. I tried asking about her at their home nut she wouldn't let anyone in.

Today's a weekend so I tried my luck.

I went to her house, got in and went up to her room. I stood infront of her door and took a deep breath.

I knocked.

"Hey (name)? Are you in there?"
"..."
"Uhmm... Well you've been in there for quite a while and I'm getting worried."
"..."
"(Name) please, let's ta-"

The door was unlocked. I swung the door open and saw her room was empty. But her bathroom door was open.

I slowly went in and took a peak.

Only to see (name) unconcious on the bathroom floor.

You sta up and looked around. Ypu were in a beautiful place with flowers and a peaceful sky with the sun shining and well, everything was at peace.

You stood up and began walking around.

You have no idea where you were going... You were thinking that you were all alone but then... someone tapped your shoulder and you looked backa and nearly cried when you saw who was behind you.

"Ma... Mama!" You cried as you hugged her and she hugged you back.

When the two of you pulled away, she looked at you with a smile on her face as she gently wiped your tears away.

"Mama..."
"How are you (name)?"
"I'm... I'm fine...now that I'm with you Mama."
"Oh (name)... Please.." She held your hands and looked at you.

"There are people down there that need you (name). They want to be with you and they love you very very much."
"But Mama... No one loves me down there. Only you love me Mama."

We heard a small 'ahem' and we looked back and saw a girl wearing a long-sleeve black uniform with a matching pleated skirt, a red belt around her waist and across her chest. On her feet are black boots.

Mama sighed and looked at me.

"Mama... What...?"
"I love you very much (name). Always remember that." She hugged me.
"Please mama. Don't leave me."
"I love you (name). I love you and Papa. Tell him that to him ok?"
"Mama please don't leave me!" I hugged her but the girl in black pulled me away from Mama.

I tried to break free but she was stronger than me.

"Mama!! Please don't leave me!" You cried as you were pushed and was now standing in front of a closed gate. The girl in black suddenly disappeared and your mama gave you a small smile.

"I never left you name. I'm always with you. I'm right here." She placed her hand over your chest where your heart is.

You were crying as she gently wiped your tears before walking away. "Mama!" You called.

She slowly turned and faced you. Tears were also streaming down her eyes.

"Sayonara (name)."

"You don't have to stick to me if your just pretending to be my friend you know. And I'm pretty sure that you'll just leave me like everyone does and honestly, I-" you felt his arms around you as he hugged you.

Your cheeks felt slightly hot.

"S... Shu?"
"I'm not pretending your friend (name)..."
"Huh?"

He broke from the hug and faced you and held your hand.

"I'm not pretending to be your friend (name). I am your friend and I will never leave you. But... I don't want us to be just friends. I want us to be more than friends."

M-more that friends...? Best friends? Or even more than best friends? (Of course more than best friends)

"(Name)... From what I can remember. I have feelings for you since we were kids. And whenever we are together those are my undeniably unforgetable and best moments ever. And I don't like it when we are only best friends... I want us to be more than friends. I wanna take our relationship to the next stage."

"So (name)... Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked and you were stunned.

You just sat there for a few sevonds looking at his face before brraking into a small smile.

"You know... I like you two Shu... But 1) I need time to move on please 2) I wanna clear my mind and 3) I will only give you my answer IF you court me and let's see how long will it take before I give you my answer."

You said and he just smiled at you. You smiled back at him.

Shu nodded and held your hand. "I promise you (name). I'll never ever leave you."
