"Okay, we all know the plan. Get supplies and any info on the infection." Town stated. David rolled his eyes, shifting to stand on the other foot. "Now we won't have any problems will we?" Town questioned the group, moving her line of sight to David. Everyone I the group nodded, David again, rolled his eyes again. "Hey Town" David started. "Why don't I lead the group and you stay here and making food, or do girly stuff with the rest of the girls here." David laughed a little to himself. Dean sighed. "Hey David, why don't you shut up and let Town do her thing." David look towards Dean and walked up to him. "Or why don't YOU shut up and stop pretending to be a guy!" Everyone in the group stared at the two men, whispering to themselves. Suddenly a click of a gun sounded and was pointed to David's head. "Okay David, listen up. I'm not happy that you are in this group. But I can tolerate it. But the one thing I cannot tolerate is you calling Dean a fake guy." David froze when he heard Town speak. Dean moved away from David and towards the other three people in the group.
David turned to see Town holding a gun to his head, a light green substance dripping from what he assumed to be her eyes. He took a step back a mumbles a curse towards her. "Apologize to Dean now." David grumbled more and gave a quiet apology to Dean and shoved his hands in his pockets. Town sighed, shaking her head. She makes a motion for everyone to follow her out the door and they started making their way into the town.
The group wandered carefully around town. Heading for the centre of town they stopped and split into two groups. Team A and team B. Town, David and Oscar in team A. Dean, Alex and Tom in B. Town told team B to try and find any information on the infection and try to get as much as possible. Team A was going to get supplies like food and medicine.
The two teams split up and went in two different ways, and went to find the appropriate things. "Hey Town, don't you think it's a bit early to be out here?" Oscar had questioned. "Well at this time most of the people infected with RA-"Town stopped herself before she finished the sentence. "Uhh with this infection might not be out at this time." She corrected herself. Oscar nodded. "What were you about to say Town?" David asked. "N-nothing!" She responded quickly. David gave Town a strange look but didn't say anything else.
The small group of three went to a small store and checked for any danger before entering. "Cost is clear." David stated. The other two nodded and started for the store. Town went in first to clear out any infected they didn't see while outside. "It's clear in here c'mon guys let get anything we can" She called out to the two boys outside. They both walked in going around the store to find any sign of good food and see if there were any traces of medicine. Town had moved into a part of the store where David and Oscar couldn't see her. She then wiped her face to make sure there wasn't anything dripping from her eyes. "Danm it" She cursed. Finding the green slime like substance she tried to hide was leaking down her face. "Hey Town come look at this!" David had shouted out to her. "Yeah be there in a second." She quickly cleaned her face and headed over.
On the floor laid a corpse of a young blond male. He wore a grey shirt and dark grey pants, both with thin white stripes on them. David and Oscar stood around the figure. "So what did you guys find?" Town questioned before looking at the figure. David shrugged. "I dunno. I think he's dead though." He looked over to Town who had frozen where she was standing. "Yo Town, are you okay?" Oscar was looking at her to now, waving his hand in front of her face. Town just stood there frozen, staring at the corpse on the floor.
