Raise hands to ears "allahu akbar", whilst our palms face the qibla.

Right hand over left hand, place/wrap your pinky and thumb around your wrist, whilst three middle fingers on wrist. Say:

"subhanaka allahuma, wabi'hæmdika, watabaraksmoka, wataæla jadoka, wa la'ilaha gairo"

Now pray surah fatihah and then another surah afterwards.

1. Surah fatihah: "aodo bilahi mina shaitanirajim, bismilahi rahmani rahim(In the name of Allah the most Beneficial, most Merciful).

Alhamdulilahi rabelælamin(Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds).

Arahmani rahim(The beneficient, the Merciful).

Malikjaw'medin(Master of the Day of Judgement).

Ijakano wa Ijakana staein(You alone we worship and to you alone we turn for help).

Ihdina siratal mostakim(Guide us to the straight Path)

Siratal ladina an æmta alaihim(The path of those whom You favoured)

Gairy magdobi ælaihim' waladallll lin Ameen(Not of those who earned Your anger, nor of those who went astray)

surah fatihah is done, do another surah and then bend down to ruku

"Alahoakbar" while bending down at the same time and put hands on knees "subhanarabial ædim"x3

while going back up say: "samialaho liman hæmida, rabbana'lakal hæmd" then stand straight with hands down, prepare to og down to sujood.

"Allaho'akbar" while going dowm, knees first. Then our hands, then the nose, and then the forehead. Keep hand in line with ours ears/away from our face. "subhana rabi' ell 'ælla"x3.

Thighs not touch stomach, both arms off the ground. Rise from sujood in reverse. àfirst foreheadàthen our noseà lastly our hands.

We then sit on the floor with our right foot straight and our left foot sitting horizontal.

Then back down again "alahoakbar"for the second sujood. à "subhana rabi' ell 'ælla"x3.

..then stand up straight to original position.

Recite surah fatihah and then another surah.

now do the same thing and remain seated, placing your hands on your thighs finger out: "atahjato lilahi wasalawato wataiba, assalamo aleyka ajohanabi warahmatolahi wabarakato, assalamo æleina waælaibadillahi'salehin, ashhado al-la-ilaha ilallah(raise forefinger while saying illallah and make a ring shape with middle and big finger)...wa ashhado ana mohæmadan abdoho wa rasoloh. (The forefinger is then lovered)Allahoma sali æla mohammad, waælla ali mohammad, kamasalaita æla ibrahim wa æla ali ibrahim, inaka hæmidon majid, alahoma barek æla mohammad,waæla ali mohammad, tamabarekta æla ibrahim, wa'æla ali ibrahim, inaka hæmidon majid.

To end salah look to your right shoulder, so that our cheek can be seen to those behind us "assalamo aleykom warahmatollah"

Then turn our head to left shoulder : "assalamo aleykom warahmatollah"

End of sallah alahamduliallah!
