Kat was making a video call to Billy.

Kat: You were right. It's just what we need.

Billy: The others got back from the youth center. We'll head over and get set up soon.

Kat: Okay, great. See ya. Look after my son.

Kat ends the video call.

Minh: Awesome place. Who knew Cranston Tech was hiding all this ?

Billy: Not the public and not my employees. This place is secret, so let's, uh, keep it that way. Okay ?

Minh holds her hands up and walks around.

Zack: She's gonna need a talk.

Billy: Can I help ?

Zack: Thanks. I got this. The plan needs you. It's urgent.

Billy: Agreed. All right. We'll be back soon.

Zack: All right.

J.J. : Good luck, Uncle Billy. You too, Uncle Rocky.

Rocky: Thanks kid.

Billy and Rocky teleport out of the Command Center.

Alpha 9: Pleasure to meet you. I am

Zack: I'm sorry, Alpha. Can we have the room ?

Alpha 9: No problem, Zack. My sensors are detecting a vibe.

Zack holds out his hand.

Zack: Come on. Give it to me.

Minh takes out the morpher from her pocket and gives it to Zack. Zack shakes his head in disappointment.

Zack: If I thought this was gonna get you in trouble, I never would have told you the truth. But Billy

Minh: What ?

Zack: He insisted. He thought it'd be good for you. Closure and all that. But here we are, in a full-on crisis, and you're trying to play Ranger.

Minh: What's wrong with that ? All of you and Mom did exactly the same thing. I'm just following her example. Isn't that a good thing ?

Minh walks away from Zack. Zack and J.J. look at each other and look back at Minh.

Zack: What do you think it means to be a Ranger ? Kicking butt ? Cute quips ? Having fun ? It's hard.

Minh: I know. But someone needs to dole out justice on the bad guys. Rita killed Mom. She needs to go down. And I'm ready. I'm happy to do it. Whatever it takes.

J.J. : Minh, are you forgetting that Rita also killed my Dad ?

Minh looks down with guilt. She didn't consider how J.J. felt. Minh looks at Zack.

Minh: Why won't that thing let me morph ?

Zack: Minh, what you're feeling, what you want, it's not justice. It's revenge. When I was your age, my mentor told me that only monsters seek revenge. That's what Robo Rita is doing now. She was defeated by the Rangers. Now she wants to even the score and hurt us as much as she can. That's why she... did what she did to Trini and Tommy. A mission of revenge can never end well. That's not what I want for you or J.J.

Minh: What about what I want ? What J.J. wants ? Maybe it's not your call.

Zack: You wanna be a hero ? It's a selfless path. It's not always easy. But I do my best. Setting aside your ambitions can be a good thing. Like me, making sure that you have a good life and a home.

Minh: It was worth giving up your career in Congress... for me ?

Zack: You are absolutely worth it. And if you can understand that, then you can understand how hard Billy is trying to fix what he set in motion. Zordon sacrificed himself for us long ago. You never met him. He was our mentor but almost a father figure. Billy was trying to bring him back. He didn't know this would happen.

Minh: I... I didn't know that's how he felt.

Zack: Just stay here while we execute our plan. Okay ?

Minh: Yeah.

J.J. : Yes sir.

Zack: And don't worry. We've saved the world before.

J.J. and Minh chuckle at Zack, while he teleports away.

Meanwhile with the Rangers. Billy is scanning a magnet.

Billy: Now it'll really pack a punch. All right, Kat. Lift her up.

Kat pulls a lever that causes the crane to lift.

Rocky: So, uh, this thing is used to sort old scrap, huh ?

Billy chuckles.

Billy: Yeah.

Rocky: Well, Minotaur and Snizzard sure fit that definition.

Billy: All right, weprojects

Kat: Let's bait the trap.

Billy: It's morphin' time ! Triceratops !

Kat: Pterodactyl !

Rocky: Tyrannosaurus !

Billy: All right, we're set. They could be here any second, so look sharp.

Rocky: Always do.

Meanwhile at the Moon Palace

Robo Rita: Every Ranger we capture gives us another boost to the finish line. It's funny. I never believed in their whole teamwork thing, but together, they are more. More power for me, that is.

A machine starts beeping.

Minotaur: Another three Rangers just morphed in Angel Grove.

Snizzard: Shall we ?

Robo Rita: Just go, then.

They teleport out of the palace.

Robo Rita: Oh, higher power levels than I thought.

Minotaur and Snizzard teleport to the junkyard.

Billy: Bingo.

Minotaur: Surprise, Rangers.

Billy: Oh, right there is perfect.

Billy presses a button on the remote and then Snizzard and Minotaur get pulled into a magnet. Rocky laughs at them.

Snizzard: What is this ?

Kat: Like your hairy friend said, a surprise.

Minotaur: Thanks. I hate it.

Kat: Bye now !

The Rangers teleport away from the junkyard and back to the Command Center.

Rocky: Yes, the traps holding.

Billy: Affirmative. The powerful electromagnetic field will prevent them from teleporting away.

Kat: Phase one, dusted. Yes !

Kat and Rocky high five.

Zack: Good job.

Minh: Wait. Hold up. You're letting them live ? That doesn't seem right, does it ? What if they get loose ?

Billy: This is the plan. Looks, all-out destruction is rarely the most optimal strategy. Now, where are those stealth tech projectors ?

Alpha 9: Sorry. I got lost in the vault again.

Alpha holds up a tray with buttons.

Billy: These are one use only, so be careful. Click here, and it projects a subatomic diffraction field that covers infrared ultraviolet light.

Kat: So we'll be invisible.

Billy: Yep.

Rocky: Ah, love it.

Alpha 9: Rita will never see phase two coming.

Minh: Robot's got jokes.

Zack: We'll be back soon, and when that happens, I need you both to be here. Alpha will keep you company.

J.J. : Yes sir.

The adults turn invisible.

Rocky: Nice.

Billy: Let's make it quick. Alpha, send us to Titans lair.

Alpha 9: On it.

Alpha starts walking.

Rocky: Ah, that's my foot !

Alpha 9: Oops !

Kat: Ow.

Alpha 9: Sorry. I know I have heavy feet.

Alpha teleports the Rangers to the Bandera Palace.

Alpha 9: Better get ready for what's coming.

Minh looks at the camera and sees Snizzard and Minotaur.

Minh: Uncle Zack told me what being a hero means.

Alpha 9: Guess I'll warm up the volcano.

Minh grabs J.J.'s hand takes one of the invisibility devices.

Minh: Mind if I borrow ?

Alpha 9: I don't think that's a good idea.

Minh: Okay. Thanks. Bye.

J.J. : Minh wait !

Minh and J.J. turn invisible.

Alpha 9: Ay, ay, ay, ay, ay !

Minh and J.J. become visible again and walk around the parking lot.

J.J. : Are sure this is a good idea ?

Minh: J.J., you have to trust me on this, have faith.

Minh looks at a green car.

Minh: Maybe too much flex.

She looks at a motorcycle.

Minh: Overdone.

She looks at Billy's car and smiles.

J.J. : You're not going to do what I think you're going to do.

Minh: Yep. Get in.

Minh and J.J. get in the car and Minh starts driving. Minh starts turning on different buttons so that the car can fly.

Minh: Come on ! Why won't you fly ?

J.J. : Minh, please be more patient.

Unknown Stranger: Hey ! Hey ! Help ! They're after my boyfriend ! That way !

Minh looks at J.J. with a smile.

Minh: Hero practice won't hurt.

Unknown Stranger: Please !

Minh turns the car

Minh: Woo-hoo !

J.J. : Whoa !

Minh: Where is he ?

J.J. : I don't know I can't see him.

They see a man trying to fight back against the Putties.

Minh: Move ! Move !

The Putties and The Man see Minh driving towards them. The Man jumps out of the way while Minh runs over the Putties.

Minh: Yeah ! What a mess.

Minh turns on the wind shield wipers and The car starts flying.

Minh: Whoa !

Unknown Stranger: George !

George gets up from the ground and hugs the unknown stranger. They look up in the sky and see the flying car. Minh and J.J. look back at them and smile. Minh and J.J. arrive at the junkyard.

Minotaur: Somebody's lost.

Snizzard: Hey, girlie, little boy, did you take a wrong turn ?

Minh: You don't remember us from the cemetery ? You messed with our people. And your boss killed my mom.

Snizzard: We work for an intergalactic war criminal. You'll need to be a lot more specific.

Minh: I'm Minh Kwan and this is J.J. Oliver. And you're about to face the Sabertooth Tiger !

The morpher doesn't work and J.J. facepalms. Minotaur and Snizzard start laughing. Minh looks at the morpher.

Minh: Wha--? I'm doing the world a favor. Sabertooth Tiger !

J.J. : Minh, it's not going to work.

Robo Rita: Now, what do we have here ?

Minh and J.J. turn to see Robo Rita behind them.

Robo Rita: More kids playing heroes. I tend to make that difficult. Ask your parents.

Minh: If I can't morph, then I'll take you down the old-fashioned way.

J.J. : What ?

Minh tries to attack Robo Rita but she keeps missing.

Robo Rita: Praying Months style. Just like Trini.

She knocks Minh to the ground.

Robo Rita: Tell me, child. Does being squashed like a bug run in the family ?

Minh gets back and tries to attack Robo Rita but she gets knocked down again.

Robo Rita: Playtime's over.

Meanwhile at the Bandora Palace. The Putties are guarding Rita's machine but they get attacked by the invisible Rangers. The Rangers turn visible again and look at the machine.

Rocky: Whoa. Well, it looks like we've got Rita's little science project all to ourselves now.

Billy: Perhaps. Our distraction might've worked for now, but it's not gonna last long.

Rocky: Oh man. They got a lot more Rangers than I expected.

Zack: Snizzard is a piece of work.

Kat: Jason, Kim, even Tanya.

Billy: Snizzard created these snakes.

Kat: What does your scanner say ?

Billy: My readings show that their energy is connected to our friends. If we don't destroy that monster, we can't move any of them without causing them harm.

Kat: So back to the junkyard or... ?

Zack: What is that ?

Zack points to a glowing orb

Billy: Oh no. That's what she's been up to.

Rocky: Is that some kind of space barrel ?

Billy: No,it's, uh... it's a space dumpster. Rita's creating a time portal.

Zack: That's what she came out of when we--

Billy: Yes, when Zordon recruited us.

Kat: So Rita is trying to contact her younger self. But why ?

Robo Rita: Why ?

The Rangers turn around.

Robo Rita: So many reasons.

Minotaur is holding Minh while Snizzard is holding J.J.

Zack: What ? Minh ! J.J. ! Are you two okay ?

Minh : I'm sorry. I didn't mean to.

Robo Rita: Shush. The adults are talking. Have you figured it out, Billy ? Or has my genius surpassed even you ?

Billy: Let me guess. A Rita reunion and then some scheme to conquer the galaxy ?

Robo Rita: I'll pass through this portal and give years of knowledge to my younger self, making us absolutely unstoppable. We'll kill your do-gooding teenage selves in their sleep before Zordon even thinks to makes you Rangers.

Zack: You think you can rewrite 30 years of history with some finally gadget ?

Robo Rita: Careful. Your friends are charging my machine faster than I could have dreamed, so I don't need you anymore.

Billy: I'll take out Snizzard. You get the others.

Billy holds a blaster behind his back.

Robo Rita: You know, your mom will be a first for me, Minh. Your father too J.J. I've never killed anyone twice before.

Billy: Hold that thought.

Billy tries to blast Snizzard but Snizzard dodged the blast and accidentally let go of J.J., while Zack tries to attack Rita but she knocks him down with her wand. Minh looks at Zack in shock. Rocky also tries to attack Rita but gets blasted away. Kat runs at Rita but Rita flips her over.

J.J. : Mom !!

Minotaur starts laughing

Minotaur: Yes.

Billy tries to blast Snizzard again but Snizzard ducks.

Robo Rita: Stop that.

Rita lifts Billy in the air with her wand throws him to the ground.

Robo Rita: Oh, Cranston. What a waste ! Trini died for you.

Robo Rita shoots out a red energy blast from her wand and Minh gets out of Minotaur's grasp.

Minh and J.J. runs towards Billy.

J.J. and Minh: No !

J.J. and Minh get hit with the blast and they crashed into a wall.

Billy: No !

Zack: Minh !

Kat: J.J. !

Robo Rita: This brings back memories.

Zack: Minh ?

Kat: J.J. ? Oh, please, no. Not my baby.

Robo Rita: What a tragedy. That's what being selfless gets you.

Zack: Minh, J.J., can you hear us ?

Minh and J.J. open their eyes and they start seeing moments from the past that their parents experienced.

Minh: Mom ? I saw--

Kat: Oh, thank goodness.

Minh: No way.

J.J. : That was crazy.

Robo Rita: What is this ?

Minh takes the morpher out of her pocket and she starts glowing yellow and J.J. starts glowing green.

Billy: You know what this means, right ?

Zack: Go on. You wanna say it.

Minh: Are you kidding ?

Minh looks at J.J. with a smile.

Minh: You got your dad's morpher.

J.J. smiles and takes out a morpher from his pocket.

J.J. : I practice whenever I have time.

Minh: Wanna say it together ?

J.J. : Sure. Why not ?

The Rangers walk towards Robo Rita.

J.J. and Minh: It's morphin' time !

J.J. : Dragonzord !

Zack: Mastodon !

Kat: Pterodactyl !

Billy: Triceratops !

Minh: Sabertooth Tiger !

Rocky: Tyrannosaurus !

All: Power Rangers !
