On the way to Kepler City, I grab the encounter on Route 10 and in Maelstrom 9.

From the first egg we get a Delta Croagunk. Finally a Fire Type with good moves.

And from the second egg, we get our first Sudo-Legendary in Goomy.

It's time to fight Audrey, here is the team that maybe can take a Primal Kyogre.

First up is Lanturn, so I lead with Simisage, who takes it out in two Seed Bombs, after getting paralyzed and hit by a Scald.

Next up is Ludicolo, so I switch in Delta Camerupt. Ludicolo sets up the rain, and misses Hydro Pump, allowing Camerupt to take it out in two Corrodes.

Next up is Alakazam, but it is swiftly taken care of by a Fake Out, Shadow Punch combo from Delta Ambipom, without getting hit.

Next out is Mega Crawdunt, so I switch into Hariyama, who takes it out in two Vital Throws, as Crawdunt fails to take us out in a single Dragon Dance boosted Superpower.

Next up is Primal Kyogre, so I send out Abomasnow to put it to sleep and take it out in two Seed Bombs, however Kyogre wakes up after one turn, and takes out Abomasnow with two Ice Beams.

Luckily Delta Ambipom out speeds Kyogre, and takes it out with a Fake Out and a Return.

Last up is Kingdra, so I keep Delta Ambipom in and Perish Song, Kingdra just sets up Agility and Focus Energy, befire hitting hard with a critical Draco Meteor, but thanks to a Focus Sash, Ambipom survives, and I switch it out to BAstiodon the next turn as Kingdra goes down.

That went better than I thought, I guess Delta Ambipom is the most powerful Delta Pokemon to exist.

But we're not done just yet, we still have to fight the 5th gym leader. Here's our team for the fight.

First up is Klefki, so I lead with Zebsritka,  it it dies after getting Swaggered and hit by Foul Play.

I send in Delta Toxicroak, to finish it off with a single Eruption, as Klefki uses Swagger again, luckily we don't hit ourselves this time.

Next up is Metagross, so I send in Delta Milotic, we both Mega Evolve, but Metagross crits almost taking out Milotic. Milotic is too useful to die here, so I send in Delta Toxicroak, to maybe out speed it, but we aren't fast enough, and we die to an Earthquake.

The next to die is Porygon-Z, this might just be the end.

Next is Florgess, never even got to battle in its newly evolved form.

I send in Delta Milotic, in one last attempt to take it out, I heal it hoping for a miss, but it raises its attack once more, and finally takes us out.

It all goes down to Delta Camerupt, as I send it toward its death. But I forfeit, Delta Camerupt has helped us so much, letting it die would be just wrong. 

So that's the end of this run, huh. We got too overconfident, had we used someone else for Klefki, we may have won, but that's just how it is. I'll get back to this run, and eventually win it, it's only a matter of time after all.
