Walking home I've been thinking of a way to tell my mum. Nope. There is no possible way for my to tell this to my mother.

Right on que she's sitting on at the kitchen counter. "Hello, sweetie. I got an interesting call from your school today..." No, the school wouldn't call about my pregnancy, would they?

"Um, really?" Please don't be, please.

"Yes, they were just wondering if you were still going to do the opening speech at the big assembly because of your condition."

"My condition?" I asked nervously.

"Yes, I assume they mean you being sick all week last week."

"Oh, right, that, arrr, yeah I can still do it." Well that was too close, I'm on the verge of breaking into tears again. Stupid hormones.

Quickly scurrying off to my room, my phone started vibrating in my bag. I curiously took the phone out of my bag to find out that Charlie was calling me.

"H-hello?" I asked nervously.

"Alley?"

"Yeah, it's me."

"I was just calling about the baby. I'm sorry but I can't have anything to do with it, your on your own."

"What?" I ask now getting angry. How can he say he doesn't want anything to do with the baby when it's his baby.

"Your the father of the baby, it's as much your responsibility as mine."

"No I'm sorry but I have a life and I'm too young to have a baby."

"What about me? I'm younger than you and you think I want to be pregnant?"

"I'm sorry, I really am"

"W-wait"
I was cut off by the beeping that signalled he had just hung up on me.

"Alley?" It was my mother on the other side of the door. She came in and sat on my bed, her eyes were filled with worry.

"That was an interesting conversation you were just having. It sounded like you said you were pregnant."

She lightly laughed to herself. I looked down at the floor, too ashamed to look at her.

"No" she said to me as if willing it not to be true.

I bit my lip and didn't move my gaze from the floor.

"No" she said louder and stood up.

"You can't be pregnant"

"I-I am" I said. Not being able to hold it in the tears started flooding down my face. I could see the disappointment in her face. With that she just walked out.
