And sees Willow Wolf buying some supplies with the money she got from the bank because she has a bank account, not only she is a criminal, she was also a nice person and a normal person

Willow stopped them and motioned the police over to her to deal with them basically saving the store the store

But many police are too busy dealing with rioters and looters across the city except our heroes
