I don't actually know on whether this could happen, but I'm just going to say it can for the sakes of the story.

Peter was stood on top of one of the larger buildings in New York, he was just on the boarder of Queens, which in the distance you could see the water of the beach. 

However, the longer he stood there, the more he felt as if someone was watching him. 

A few moments passed before Peter's senses sky-rocketed through the roof, quickly turning round he saw what looked to be a man, maybe in his late 30's, however he didn't seem all too threatening.

"What are you doing up here, son?" He asked him

"Taking a break, what about you?"

But rather than hearing what he thought would be the man's voice once again, he heard a deep voice, but was unsure on whether the man knew he could hear him. 

"Don't tell him"

"Watching the city" The man replied after the voice

"What are you doing? Who is he? Can we eat him?"

"Why would you want to eat me?" Peter asked

"He can hear me?"

"You can hear him?" The man asked shocked

"I- Uh, yes. Wait, who is he?"

That was when a black pitch like substance came from the man's shoulder, freaking Peter out slightly.

"What the hell dude?" Peter asked, taking a step back

"Hi, I'm Eddie, Eddie Brock, this is Venom, he won't eat you unless your a really really bad guy-"

"Hold up, you eat people?" Peter asked Venom

"Yes, are you a bad guy?"

"No, no no"

"Who are you then?" Eddie asked him

"Peter, Peter Parker" 

Peter stuck his hand out and shook Eddie's hand

"How did you actually get up this high?" Eddie asked him as he dropped his hand back down to his side stuffing his hand in his jean pocket

"Oh, erm well it's a long story" Peter flustered.

"Just break it down for me" Eddie some what smiled

"I'm, Spider-Man, to but it vaugly" Peter told him

"So where's your suit?" Eddie gestured towards Peter's clothing which was mainly all black, from his jeans to his shirt, to his trainers and jacket to also his cap which was on his head, a black SHIELD logo on it

"Oh, erm well"

"Long story?" Eddie asked him

"Yeah, I got shot a couple of times on a mission and I needed to get out, there's a tracker in my suit so.."

"I get it" Eddie told him

"No you don't"

"Will you shut up?" Eddie argued back

Peter gave a muffled laugh as the pair argued between one another

"I'm sorry about him, he can be a bit of a parasite at times" Eddie apologized

"Hey, you take that back, apologize right now"

"Okay, I'm sorry I shouldn't have called you a parasite"

"Thank you"

That was when Venom jumped over and landed on Peter, he didn't really seemed phased by it since Venom hadn't exactly entered Peter's body, however could read his thoughts. 

And unluckily for him, his phone buzzed causing him to look down at the contact who had just texted him

"Who's MJ and why did you heart rate just increase?" Venom asked

"Uh, she- she's nobody" Peter quickly turned his phone off not bothering to read the text

Venom hopped back over onto Eddie talking to him, also forgetting Peter could actually hear what was being said.

"I think he likes her"

"So do I, his pulse rate increase enormously, does that mean she's good?"

"By the fact he's a good guy and sensed us before we arrived, I guess so"

"Why are their so many good people? When can I eat someone again?"

"Never, we've already discussed this, unless they are trying to kill thousands upon thousands of people, you do not harm them, scare them, yes you can do that, but no, you cannot eat them, am I understood?"

"Fine"

"So who is MJ?" Eddie asked as he turned back towards Peter

"Oh, she's nobody, just this girl"

"Just a girl?"

"Well, no, I mean, I like her, alot and I think she likes me but, I- I don't know"

"Why not just ask her out?" 

"Because we work together, I've known her since I was probably in High school-"

"So what's the big deal?"

"I-I don't know"

"What did the text say?"

"Errr" Peter pulled back out his phone swiping onto MJ's contact before reading the text

"Oh crap, I gotta go" Peter said hurriedly 

"Why?"

"Uh, My family, as I call them, well they sorta kinda maybe had got into a prank war sort of thing and now I've gotta go and save one of them from a possible death from his sister" Peter explained meaning Clint has done something and Natasha was now searching for him and since the last prank war, Peter was dubbed Clint's second meaning that if anything happened, Peter would either have to constrain Clint to stop him from killing anyone else or at least stop him from trying to kill said person, or he would have to act as Clint's bodyguard, usually from Natasha.

"Well, It was nice meeting you Peter" Eddie said shaking his hand once more

"It was nice meeting you too Eddie, you too Venom"

"Goodbye Peter"

As Peter shot a web he quickly swung back towards the compound.

Eddie stood there, with Venom on his shoulder as he crossed both of his arms.

"Do you think he will ask her?"

"Maybe?"

"Chicken"
