Lucy and percy lead everyone around the place, past the lampost, sliding down the snow for fun, and towards Mr. Tumnus's place as lucy spoke "...lots and lots of lovely food, and we'll have lots and lots of..." she stopped as she and percy see his door destroyed." Lu?" Peter said 

Lucy immediately rush off towards it and percy ran after her. She stops her and carefully moved inside to check with her sword out

"Lucy! Percy!" Peter calls as everyone rushes there. they all see his place destroyed and in shreds. Lucy said, "Who would do something like this?"

Percy saw the note and grabs it. " Peter, can you read this?" she said, 

"why?"Peter asked

" I am dyslexic. English is murder to my eyes" she said 

" oh sorry" He takes it and reads "The Faun Tumnus is hereby charged with High Treason against Her Imperial Majesty, Jadis, Queen of Narnia, for comforting her enemies and fraternizing with humans.

"All right. Now we really should go back." Susan said

"But what about Mr. Tumnus?" Lucy said 

"If he was arrested just for being with a human, I don't think there's much we can do." 

 "You don't understand, do you? I'm the human. Percy too...well. She must have found out he helped us."

"Maybe we could call the police," Peter said 

" These are the police," Percy said grabbing the paper and balling it up before tossing it "Don't worry, Lu. We'll think of something to save him"

"Why?" Edmund said, "I mean, he's a criminal."

" no he is innocent and you howe..." she stopped when she heard someone psst at her outside. they all saw a little bird on a branch

"Did that bird just "psst" us?" Susan said as they all went out. the bird flew off but then they heard some rustling in the woods. Percy lifts her sword higher and pushed the Pevensies behind her.

" I can take care of myself," Peter said " are you the one with a sword? no then shut up" She said listing carefully as she raise to strike but stopped seeing it was a beaver. 

"It... It's a beaver." Lucy said. Percy notices it come closer to them

"Here, boy. Here, boy." Peter said calling it closer and bending down to offer his hand for it to smell

"I ain't gonna smell it if that's what you want." The beaver spoke surprising everyone.

" woah that is new," percy said recapping her sword

"Sorry."Peter said as the Beaver said "Lucy Pevensie?"

"Yes?" she gets the hanky back from him "Hey, that's the hankie I gave to Mr. Tum..."

"Tumnus. He got it to me just before they took him."

"Is he all right?" Percy asked. The beaver looked around and motion his head back " Further in." he led them somewhere. Percy, Lucy, and Peter follow but Susan stopped them

"What are you doing?" 

" She's right." Edmund said, "How do we know we can trust him?"

"He said he knows the faun," Peter said 

"He's a beaver. He shouldn't be saying anything!" Susan said " and yet we are in the woods in a wardrobe what do you say about that?" Percy responded

"Everything all right?" Mr. Beaver said 

"Yes. We were just talking." peter said 

"That's better left for safer quarters," he whispered 

"He means the trees," Lucy said. Percy nods and held Lucy's hand as they all followed Mr. beaver. 

"Come on. We don't want to be caught out here after nightfall." Percy walks with Lucy while Peter walks near her followed by Edmund and Susan. Soon it was dark and they see the dam on the ice lake.

'it's a dam on the dam lake' Percy thought chuckling internally at an old joke.

"Ah, blimey! Looks like the old girl has got the kettle on.Nice cup o' Rosy Lee." Mr beaver said 

"It's lovely. " Lucy said 

" It's merely a trifle. Still, plenty to do. Ain't quite finished it yet. It'll look the business when it is, though." soon they get closer to the dam and see a female beaver coming out 

" Beaver, is that you? I've been worried sick! If I find you've been out with Badger again, I..." she paused seeing the new company with Mr. Beaver "Oh! Well, those aren't badgers. Oh, I never thought I'd live to see this day.'

" Hello, there miss," Percy said polity bow which Mrs. beaver bows back before turning to Mr beaver

"Look at my fur. You couldn't give me ten minutes warning?" she said 

"I'd have given a week if I thought it would've helped," he respond making everyone but Edmund laugh

 "Oh, come inside, and we'll see if we can't get you some food, and some civilized company. " " Now, be careful. Watch your step." everyone enters one by one into the dam " Excuse the mess. Can't get Mr. Beaver to get out of his chair."

Edmund paused to see the two hills which he remembers that is where she lives

"Enjoyin' the scenery, are we?" Mr beaver said before he enters the dam

"Isn't there anything we can do to help Tumnus?" Peter asked Mr. beaver as they all sit around the table 

"They'll have taken him to the Witch's. You know what they say." Mr beaver said, " There's few that go through them gates that come out again."

"Fish 'n' chips?" Mrs beaver offer to Lucy fried fish 'oh my poor fish friends' Percy though

"But there is hope, dear. Lots of hope." Mrs.Beaver said making Mr. beaver cough on his drink

"Oh, yeah, there's a right bit more than hope!" he said before whispering "Aslan is on the move."

Percy's eyes widen recognizing the name from the prophecy Rachel spoke of.

"Who's Aslan?" Edmund said 

" Who's Aslan? You cheeky little blighter." he laughed but realized most of them don't know him " What? You don't know, do you? 

"We haven't exactly been here long," Peter said 

"Well, he's only the king of the whole wood. The top geezer. The real King of Narnia."

"He's been away for a long while. "Mrs beaver said Mr beaver responded "But he's just got back! And he's waitin' for you near the Stone Table!"

 "He's waiting for us? " Lucy said 

"You're bloomin' joking! They don't even know about the prophecy! "

"Well then..." "Look Aslan's return, Tumnus' arrest, the secret police, it's all happening because of you!" Mr beaver said 

"You're blaming us?" Susan said 

 "No! Not blaming. Thanking you." Mrs beaver said as Mr beaver spoke " There's a prophecy and it goes li.."

"Wrong will be right, when Aslan comes in sight, At the sound of his roar, sorrows will be no more When he bares his teeth, winter meets its death, And when he shakes his mane, we shall have spring again.

When Adam's flesh and Adam's bone,

Sits at Cair Paravel in throne
The evil time will be over and done." Percy said narrating the whole prophecy which surprised everyone.

" you know the prophecy?" Mr beaver asked her 

"Someone told me long ago. I knew that the name Aslan was familiar. it was this prophecy I was told about" she said. Beaver noticed her wild sea-green eyes and felt she is quite powerful than she looks.

"It is true, as it has long been foretold that two Sons of Adam and three Daughters of Eve, one with a gift of the sea,  will defeat the White Witch and restore peace to Narnia." Mrs beaver said 

"And you think we're the ones?" Susan said. Lucy looks at percy who nods sadly

"You'd better be, 'cause Aslan's already fitted out your army."Mr beaver said 

"Our army?" Lucy said as Susan spoke to peter " Mum sent us away not so we wouldn't get caught up in a war." 

"believe me no right-minded parent wants any kids to go to war," Percy said before whispering to lucy " unless those parents are gods in my case"

I think you've made a mistake." Peter said, "We're not heroes."

" We're from Finchley." Susan said "Thank you for your hospitality. But we have to go. "

"No, you can't just leave!" Mr beaver said "He's right. We have to help Mr. Tumnus." Lucy said 

"It's out of our hands." Peter said 

" Maybe out of ours, I am staying to help. One thing I learn from being a demigod" percy said standing up and draws out riptide. " that no matter what fate, throws at you. you fight for the innocent and the right. the fates have thrown us in Narnia's direction cause of this prophecy. no matter where you walk, or where you turn. you will always be sent back here."

" the daughter of eve and the sea..." Mrs beaver said amazed as the couple realise who she truly is 

" a demi what?" Peter said amazed at the change. she was free and calm before but now she was like a general ready to fight the darkness

"I'm sorry, but it's time for the four of us were getting home. Ed?" Susan said before realizing Edmund was missing "Ed?

"I'm gonna kill him," Peter said angrily 

" You may not have to." Mr beaver said, "Has Edmund ever been to Narnia before?"

Percy realized and understood what he means.

" Edmund had met the white witch," she said " Di immortales"
