| Chapter Seven - A Familiar Face |

And when his vision cleared, he noticed the pair of legs that stood just in front of him. The shadow of a feminine figure that loomed over him, and as his eyes scanned upwards and met the eyes of the assumed villain - he felt himself go cold.

Those familiar, usual welcoming (e/c) eyes, were now written over with shock and carried a cold atmosphere.

"(Y/N)..."

At the sight of those emerald hued eyes, (Y/N) (L/N) was absolutely breathtaken.

After months of constantly wondering how the boy was - missing everything about him - finally seeing him would be a blessing, it would be a relief. Yet, the feelings that cruised through her were the opposite of what she believed she'd feel she finally coming across him.

Her words came out inaudible, Izuku Midoriya felt as if he were stuck in some sort of daze. He couldn't look away from those (e/c) eyes, he missed staring at them, he missed seeing how lively they were when they were together. If he looked away, would she vanish again..?

But he was so confused, why did her eyes look so cold? And what..was she doing here...?

And as if she read his mind, she asked the same question - directed at him. Her tone harsh, disconnected and frantically worried - and she wouldn't look away from - because their eyes connected and it was as if she was stuck in them. She glanced away with narrowed eyes, asking her question get again.

"What are you doing here...?"

He blinked, out of the haze that he was stuck in, and his eyes widened. Before he could even say anything, the girl spoke up, her voice shaking.

"You..You aren't suppose to be here!"

When her frustrated face met his shocked and confused one - her attitude softened, and she glanced down. Screaming wouldn't solve this...she could fix this. They'd be leaving soon, right? She could...

"Take you with me..yeah..I'll just take you out of here..." She muttered her thoughts to herself, still it was enough for him to hear - and Tsuyu Asui guessed that whatever the girl spoke of, wasn't anything good. She worriedly glanced at Izuku, before grabbing the perverted grape close to her, and aiming to grab the green haired boy.

"Midoriya!" She cried, getting his attention as she extended her frog like tongue towards him. Still, his face was suddenly painted with a panicked worry. "Wait - Tsu - don't!"

Tsuyu's eyes became wide as she was blocked from reaching towards the boy, her frog like tongue wrapped around an arm, which soon began to glow and turn into a burning surface. (Y/N)'s eyes were dark, and narrowed as she stared at girl.

"I don't want to hurt you..but I can't let you take him.."

Her eyes glowed into that golden color, piercing into Tsuyu's - who was frozen in the spot, horror stricken - (Y/N) lifted other arm, pointing her hand towards the scared girl, and began to emit a golden orb of burning light.

Her dull yet shinning eyes did not part away as the orb began to release.

Frightened and struck with immense worry, Izuku struggled into his feet, approaching the girl as quickly as he could, attempting to stop the girl - and at that moment a sudden bang was heard across the whole arena. With wide eyes, the golden orbs flickered back into their usual (e/c) ones. The gush of wind that came as the large entrance door broke and hit the ground sending her back.

She hissed as her elbows scrapped the cracked concrete, her eyes narrowed, and immediately turned wide as the familiar voice of the number one hero echoed.

"I am here!"

The expression that build up on the girls face was different from all the students - who were amazed and relieved that the hero had finally arrived for their rescue. (Y/N) was shocked. And Shigaraki, well, he was pleased, he finally had his chance to bring down the hero.

Blinking in surprise, (Y/N) snapped her eyes to the greenette, who's eyes were wide - stuck on the figure of the hero who stood far away.

Her eyes narrowed, and she couldn't help but bite her lip, her hands turning into fists - however, before she could take any actions, the wind rose once more - and vanished as quickly as it came.

The girl shut her eyes tight as the dust and dirt passed by, and when her vision became clear, she noted that the hero who had been injured had now vanished, along with the three students who had been around her. Her eyes widened, and she quickly stood up, fists tight.

"Izu-"

She could not call out to the boy, she could only see his silhouette move further into the distance. She couldn't help but allow her emotions to crash - however her actions were stopped by Shigaraki - who stepped forward - eyeing the girl with a glare.

"Stop acting so aloof - you aren't planning on ruining our plans, now are you?"

She was aware of what the exact plan had been,however, at the moment she couldn't help but feel dread. And - Izuku - he wasn't supposed to be here. How was he even here in the first place? She knew she couldn't let her thoughts rampage over her actions, she had to do as she was instructed. The girl grit her teeth, and shook her head.
"Of course not -" she calmed herself, pulling up her hood "Let's get this over with.."

Shigaraki smirked and glanced at the blonde man, who stood with tightened fists. His words left his lips like the hissing of a snake. "I've been waiting for you - hero.."

All Might approached, anger written over his face, which was dark without his usual large smile. These villains has the audacity to break into the schools property, threaten to hurt and kill the students and not only that...Thirteen and Aizawa were injured beyond compare.

If he had been there from the beginning perhaps this wouldn't have happened?

Still, he had arrived for one reason, to stop these villains before any more damage was made.

"Carolina....SMASH!!!"

All Might stepped, ran forward, aiming towards the pale blue haired villain - and that smaller figure who's eyes grew wide as he approached - however before he could land a hit, a taller and dark figure blocked the way. A direct hit on the chest was made, but as the dust cleared..there was not even an expression of pain or surprise, and no damage.

Was this..the villain Young Midoriya had warned him of?

The villain reached forward, attempting to get a hold of the blond, but he had easily managed to dodge. As All Might backed away, the villain only inched closer, and when it had managed to stand before the hero - All Might sent another punch.

And with that, he confirmed, none of his current attacks could damage the villain.

"Shock observation, the only reason your attacks aren't causing any damage is because of that.." Shigaraki spoke, his arms spread as he tauntingly explained his creations power to the hero. "You'd have to rip him from inside out to even hurt him..!"

(Y/N) eyed the fight, before glancing towards the way the students had possibly escape through, her eyes narrowed.

All Might smiled widely, grabbing a hold of the Nomu after this hopeless attacks. "Well - thanks for the advice!" He exclaimed, before suddenly bringing the villain down into the ground harshly - this caused a huge cloud of dust and dirt to surround the area, being spread around by harsh and strong air.

"Those villains are underestimating All Might! He'll show them for messing with U.A!"

Mineta distantly cheered for the hero, walking behind Tsuyu and Izuku, who walked with a slow pace as they struggled to hold up their injured teacher. And as Mineta rambled to the frog like girl, the freckled boy remained silent and deep in thought.

That monster..that villain..the Nomu. It seemed like something that came out of a horror movie, and he had clearly heard of how its power was one made to match All Mights..who weakened by the day. Who, by what Thirteen had signalled to Aizawa, was most likely reaching his daily power limit.
He wanted to believe in his hero, but he couldn't help but worry.

And (Y/N)...how - why - was she here?
What would happen if she even dared to fave All Might?!

He had to do..something!

When the vibration and sound of the heroes attack echoed around the area, all eyes snapped to the scene - and Izuku's emerald eyes turned wide.

All Might, who had attempted to pin the Nomu deep into concrete, had been equally held by the hero. The monsters large hand digging into the heroes injury, the one that easily weakened him. A portal interjected into the ground, making All Might unable to make another move.

And he held in the cough of blood.

Shigaraki snickered sinisterly as he stepped forward, his arms spread and his eyes wide in ease at the scene.
"Attempting to break and bury Nomu into the ground to stop him - and easily leading into your own stop..."

"Nomu's job was to easily restrain you, and although I do not wish to fill the voids of mine with bloods and guts...you are great and worthy of it.." Kurogiri began to speak, as the portals that held All Might began to sink him in, and slowly close, slowly tighten around him.

"To tear you apart is Kurogiri's job - if you didn't realize it yet -" the now hooded girl threateningly stepped forward, her face grim as her hand began to rest on the heroes head. And for a moment, her face flashed familiarity into the hero, before her orbs flickered into their golden color. Heat and a flicker of light emitting from the girls hand.
"To get rid of any part left of your weakened body is mine..."

'No...no...! All Might..(Y/N) - why..'

Without a word, Izuku leaped into a run, tears following along with the dust he left behind. He didn't understand - he didn't want to believe that this could be All Mights end. He still had many things to learn, he still had time before he was ready to take after All Might. And why..why was (Y/N) approaching All Might with that threatening expression.?!

"Stop it!"

The hero shared the same expression as the girl, as they could only watch as Izuku Midoriya reach forward, before Kurogiri appeared with yet another portal. The girl was off guard, her eyes flickering to its original color as they turned wide and horror-stricken, her quirk's effect vanishing into nothing.

"Young Midoriya - don't-"
"Izuku st-"

Both the hero and the girl, who spoke together, where interrupted as another figure joined the fight, a blast escaping from their hand.

"Out of my way, Deku!!"

Bakugou Katsuki appeared from the air, and with his hand edging closer to the warp villain, he managed to finally get a hold of the man, and pin the physical part of Kurogiri body onto the concrete. Kurogiri now unable to move, as the teen pinned him down and held a satisfied smirk.

As that happened, a wave of cold air and ice followed, making its way towards were the girl and the Nomu stood. Wide eyed, the girl jumped into the air, away from making any possible contact with the freezing material.

And yet, (Y/N) was unable to reach Shigaraki, because the moment she backed into the air, she was pinned back into the ground by a red haired teen. The sudden contact with her body on the ground left her hazy, out of breath and with a blurred vision, and the hero in training remained with his feet on her back - keeping her in place.

"Stopped right in your tracks, Villain!" The red head cheered to himself.

The girl grit her teeth, but decided against struggling. She was surrounded by three of the other students, and All Might himself, she'd have to wait until their guards were down to even make another move. She remained silent and thanked the heavens that her hood covered her identity from all...except Izuku, who's eyes immediately darted to where she was pinned, after All Mights great escape from the Nomu.

Their eyes met before she shamefully looked away, gritting her teeth.

"All your allies are down - give up now, and we'll end this as soon as possible!" All Might spoke out loud, stepping in front of the teens.

Shigaraki remained silent, his eyes scanning the scene, with a sigh he spoke outloud. "Out entrance and exit have been over come...we're surrounded, huh...?"

She listened as the familiar voice of Bakugou Katsuki reached her ears - she wasn't surprised he was accepted to the school. His quirk was 'the best gift for a future hero'..if only personal was taken into consideration - from the threats that he screamed, he probably wouldn't have been accepted..

Ignoring the commentary of the U.A Students, (Y/N) patiently listened to Shigaraki's next commands and moves - and as she predicted, he called out for his creation.

"Nomu..."

All she could hear was the sound of the mist warps closing into nothing, and the monsters releasing and tearing himself apart from the ice he had been in cased in. The next course of actions that the Nomu committed caused the hero to freeze in shock.

"H-His quirk isn't shock absorption?!"

"Never said that was the only quirk he had..." Shigaraki replied, his eyes squinting up in ease. "This is his regeneration power..impressive isn't it? Nomu - he was made to take you at 100%, All Might...!"

The hero cursed under his breath, his hand shielding his red stained, clothed wound. His next course of actions..he had to think..as quickly as possible!!!

"But first.."

Without any warning, the Nomu dashed forward. All Might suspected himself to be the target, but his eyes became wide as he noticed the villain dash towards where the ash blond and the red headed teen were - at that moment there was a strong wind, pushing all those around backwards.

"I'd like to have my allies back.."

Kirishima, in the quickest way he could, removed his foot from where he had placed it, in order to give himself a proper landing from suddenly being pushed back. This enabled the girl to be free from the teens grasp, and with the others distraction, she easily rolled away - but the wind picking up its speed, she was thrown further backwards, hitting a wall.

Her vision blurred, but the screaming around her was clear as ever.

"Do you not know how to hold back?!"

Shigaraki felt a wave of annoyance hit him - though Kurogiri was successfully retrieved - his light summoning pawn seemed to have only gotten further away...still..she'd find her own way to back.

Chuckling, the villain spread his arms, his menacing red orbs glancing through the cracks of the hand that covered his face.

"It was a desperate act of salvation.." He stated with his hoarse voice "wouldn't a hero should understand though...?"

All Might felt his fist tighten, feeling the anger boil through his circuits..how dare this man compare a hero who saves the lives of innocent to this?

"Violence in the sake of other makes it admirable - haven't you noticed that?" Shigaraki began to speak, stepping forward with his arms spread ad he 'preached' his words "The world categorizes the same violent actions as 'heroic' and 'villainous'...in the end aren't we all the same?"

A tense aura began to invade the space that the group shared, the four U.A students tensing and backing away in slight fear - whilst the hero only became more angered. And (Y/N) was silent, unable to move by the ache of her body, and falling for the slight lies that Shigaraki preached.

"You - All Might - are only a tool made to suppress violence! The world will realize this once you are done with..."

"Liar!" All Might spoke out, stepping forward, his eyes violently narrowed and gazing at the villain "the eyes of a white collar like you...you just do this to please yourself..."

Shigaraki eyes squinted as he let a dark chuckles fall from his lips...

(Y/N) tightened her fist, slowly but now easily gaining control of her body - supported by the wall, she managed to shakily stand. "Don't put us all in the same bin, All Might..." She hissed under her breath.

Being the farthest into the group made Izuku Midoriya able to hear the shuffling feet behind him, as well as the girls quite words. Surprised, his eyes snapped towards her - he couldn't tell if she was injured and she wouldn't spare him a glance, for she only focused on regaining her strength.

"Well...we still have business to finish..." The raspy voice of Shigaraki made her refocus her attention, shakily turning her head towards the action as it began "-Nomu..take care of All Might.."

The man allows his eyes to scan the field, finally connecting with the girls as if giving a signal.
"I'll take care of these useless kids!!"

And without another word, Shigaraki dashed forward, extending his arms to grab a hold of the kids - who immediately tensed up. Still, All Might ran forward at the same time, his sudden speed causing the air to rise.

Surprised, the light blue haired man was pushed away from harming the students - and instead of following instructions, (Y/N) watched the hero in action with wide eyes.

"You said that Nomu was made to take me at a 100%!" All Might spoke out loud, attacking the monster repeatedly
"Then - I have no need to all back!"

Shakingly, the girl fully stood up, ignoring the glares Shigaraki sent - she watched in awe at the heroes skill. Every punch.. "-Is more than a 1000% of his power!" Izuku Midoriya commented out loud, just like everyone else, his eyes were wide - he was awestruck.

All Might, although it hurt him, did not plan on holding back. Aware that the beast was made to defeat him -at a 100% - who ever said that was the strongest he could go? Punch after punch, the Nomu was unable to even lay a finger on the hero.

Shigaraki shook in terror - this didn't make sense - All Might was suppose to be weaker!

"Hey Villains! Have you ever heard of this?" All Might asked with a loud and taunting voice, prepared to fire one last attack. "Go beyond...."

"Plus Ultra!!"

The air picked up as the hero sent one last punch, causing the Nomu to cough blood and be sent flying into the air - upwards and upwards into it reached the USJ's roof - making a whole and being sent out of sight...

The Nomu was defeated.

(Y/N) watched in silence, of course, she had never experienced a hero in full action - she was breath taken..awed...just like the other teens around her. Still, she wasnt allowed to be amazed by this, because she felt dread the moment she watched Shigaraki twitch.

"You..." Shigaraki's voice wavered as he watched his creation vanish, his hands twitching as anger and annoyance began to creep up at him. "You used cheat! I hate you - I'll kill you!"

And with only malice filling his senses, Shigaraki Tomura dashed forward.

And no one was able to notice that the hero had reached his limit, that if he were to take another step, he would be done for. He had used all the power he could - and gas began seep out from his body.

No one was able to notice, except Midoriya Izuku.

And he was filled with fear as he watched the villain take off. All Might was his mentor...he couldn't reach his end..not now or any time soon! Mastering up his courage, Izuku was filled with anger and determination.

"Get away from All Might!" he screeched, his power flowing through his body, and with a kicking start, he was propelled into the air.

And the strength, the speed he used to push himself forward...this was inhuman..because this power, that sudden speed - how could a quirkless person achieved this?

Those were the thoughts that flowed through (Y/N)'s mind.

Izuku had just rushed into the battle field with an insane power.

'Izuku..power..the battle field!'

At last, the (h/c) girl had processed what exactly the freckled boy intended to do the moment he ran forward. Her eyes turned wide and filled with shock and worry, with one feet ahead of the other, she began to pick up her speed and run forward.

This boy - she had to stop him!

"Izuku, sto-"

And at that moment, she passed the group of the three U.A students, her wide (e/c) eyes meeting the ash blonde's crimson ones. She intended to continue forward, but Bakugou had acted quickly,  as soon as she took another step, he followed her movements.

Activating his quirk, he dashed himself forward and stretched his arm, directed towards the girl's, and blasted with all his might.

And at the same moment, there were echoes of gun shots.

On the ground with blurry vision, the girl struggled to regain her feet again. She covered her face, which ached from the unexpected attack that it suffered from. Glancing upwards, she was able to notice that a group of heroes had arrived.

'Backup..?!'

The echoes of a gun had reached her ears yet again, and she sat in frozen shock as the pale man was shot repeatedly. She winced, the loud sounds causing a headache to sneak into her.

"Tomura Shigaraki! We must escape-"

The moment Kurogiri opened a portal, encasing Shigaraki in it, the injured hero from afar stood up and took charge of their quirk - making the warp unable to stretch and successfully fully warp the pale villain back to their hide out. Thirteen used what they could of their remaining strength, mastering up enough of their quirk to suck in Kurogiri's misty warp.

Shigaraki's widened eyes stared ahead, directly connecting with the ash blond hero - he was beyond mad. All Might was supposed to be weak, he was supposed to be defeated once and for all. How could he fail like this..?

His eyes scanned back to the students, meeting the wide (e/c) orbs. Her fists tight and turning white, awaiting for any signal, for her body to move.

'Oi..oi! You can't just leave me here!'

Still, the man didn't fully care for her pleads and worry, the moment their eyes met Kurogiri had finally managed to warp Shigaraki back to their hide out - and the warp villain had vanished into nothing.

'Shigaraki..you-!'

With tight fist, the girl lifted herself from the ground - ignoring the pounding ache of the headache that approached her. She was stopped from taking any steps forward, the ash blond stepping in front of her, his palms allowing the flashy explosions that was his quirk out.

"Don't move, you scum!" Bakugou Katsuki spoke out loud, earning the attention of the other two teens around him. Kirishima and Todoroki prepared their quirks , making sure that the villain would be stopped from making another move.

"Your teammates left you - make this easier and give up!" Bakugou snarled with a confident smirk, and glaring eyes.

The girl let her face fall, the grip she held into her own fist faltering. She could take him on, she could - but with the other two teens ready to stop her, and the heroes who had just arrived...it was too much of a risk.

"..it's not worth it"
"Huh?"
"You aren't worth my time, Bakagou"

The ash blond felt his eyes go wide, recalling that there was only one person who ever addressed him as such. Before he could do anything, he froze, noticing how the hooded girls figure began to flicker into a transparent substance.

With one last glance to the boy, the girl forced a pained smile, her shinning eyes meeting Izuku's.

"Hey, Izuku..that's a nice quirk you got there....Tell me about it sometime?"

She disappeared into orbs of light

If you couldn't notice - I began to rush this chapter at some point..I'm sorry! But, so far this is the longest chapter I've written
