"All of them?"
"Yes, all of them." You laughed at the shocked look on your boyfriend Jack's face. He has just found out that not only are you guys babysitting one of your brother's kids today, but all three of his kids.
"We can not handle an 8 year old, 5 year old, and a 3 year old by ourselves." He shot you a distressed look. Jack was glad to have your brother's approval to be with you and tried to never do anything to upset him, so you knew why he was nervous.
"At least they're all potty trained," you smirked in his directions but stopped once you saw the glare he sent you. "Okay fine. I'll call for back up if you're that nervous."
"Thank you." He replied with a smug look.
Rolling your eyes you picked up the phone and dialed for "back up" that you really didn't need.
"Hey y/n! What's up?" He had picked up and Jack shot you a look that meant "who did you just call?"
"Well, Jack and I are on the way to my brother's house to pick up my three nieces and nephews, and we were wondering if you could spend the day helping us with them? Pretty please?"
"Finally! I love little Serena. I'll be at your place in an hour." And with that he hung up.
"I can't believe out of all the people you could call, you called him."
You just laugh in response and turn the radio up. He was always begging you to let him help with the kids so you figured it was only fair that you called him.

Not too long after we arrived back at my apartment with the kids, "back up". Sam knocked on the door. Laughing at Jack scrunching up his nose, I jogged to the door to answer it. Serena, being the curious 5 year old she is, followed me to the door.

"Hey, come on in," you invite him in and as he comes in to Serena's view, no one could have missed the pure joy light up her face.

"Sammyyyyy!!!!!" She squealed as she ran and jumped in to his open arms.

"Serenaaaaa!!!" Sam mocked her excited tone and spun her around a few times before placing her feet back on the ground. "Surprise, I'm here today with you too!"

Not wasting a moment Serena attached her hand to Sam's and tugged him to the living room to come play. Once you all got back there, Jack just laughed at the sight of Serena pulling Sam.

"You know y/n? When I said we needed back up, I meant someone responsible, not another kid to watch." Gilinksy tried to act mad but you knew he really didn't mind once he started laughing and shaking his head in amusement.

"Hey, I'm very responsible. I let Josh win when we played Candy Land together last time they were here. True maturity and responsibility." Sam pretended to be offended. When Josh, your 8 year old nephew,heard this news he had to object.

"Did not! You're just bad at Candy Land." Josh then proceeded to stick his tongue out at Sam and you and Jack laughed.

The day continued on,and at about 3 when nap time came for Serena and your 3 year old nephew Alex, things got a little crazy.

Alex started crying, Serena was whining, and Josh was complaining about being hungry.

Sam looked completely lost. He had no clue which child to try and attend to first. However, you and Jack reacted instantly from prior experiences with them.

Jack told Sam to grab the Cheerios from the cabinet and pour them in a bowl without milk and hand to Josh. I went to Serena and convinced her to come upstairs and pick out a movie on Netflix to lie down and watched. Finally, Jack had gotten Alex to calm down with a warm cup of milk with a lid on top so he couldn't spill it, and Alex started drifting to sleep on the couch.

"You guys are so good with kids." Sam said, in total disbelief, as he just gaped at Jack and I. "Seriously, just have kids already."

You blush and start laughing. Jack, on the other hand, wraps his arms around your waist and nuzzles his nose in to the side of your neck and says,"Not now, but it's in the plan Sam."
