(Time skip to the first day at Clayton)
Mackenzie puts on her uniform and grabs her new backpack. She was beyond excited but deep down she was terrified. At least she had Casey to look out for her.
"Are you ready for this Mack?" Casey asks as they walk up to the school.
"As ready as I'll ever be." Mackenzie says. The sisters walk over to a girl who is stretching in her track suit.
"You must be the Gardener's.. wait holy crap you're the kid who beat me at regionals last year!" Izzie says pointing at Mackenzie.
"Y-yea thats me." Mackenzie says awkwardly.
"Wow you're really good, and you are?" Izzie says looking at Casey.
"I'm Casey the girl you're supposed to be giving a tour." Casey says
"ah yes well I don't have time for that new girl so good luck!" Izzie says walking off.
"That was rude." Casey says. Meanwhile Mackenzie has completely zoned out staring at one of the other girls on the track team.
"Hello earth to Mackenzie!" Casey says waving her hands in front of her sister.
"Oh um sorry...I guess I got a little distracted." Mackenzie says, her eyes not leaving the strawberry blonde haired girl.
"What are you staring at, Mack?" Casey asks
"not what Case who." Mackenzie says still locked on the girl.
"Ooo Mackenzie has a crush! Where is he?" Casey asks
"not a boy Casey, it's her." Mackenzie says pointing at the beautiful girl.
"Oh wow she is gorgeous. Oo and she's coming over here!" Casey says shoving Mackenzie closer.
"Hey you're Mackenzie Gardener right?" The girl asks. Mackenzie nods awkwardly and looks at the ground.
"Well I'm Talion Andrews and I'll be your personal tour guide and hopefully your first friend here at Clayton!" Talion say linking arms with Mackenzie and dragging her towards the door
"Oh ok well um bye Casey!" Mackenzie shouts.
"I've heard a lot about you, Gardener." Talion says.
"You have? Like what?" Mackenzie asks nervously.
"Oh all good things like really good things! The track coach is absolutely obsessed with you! Last year when you won first place at almost every meet she drilled into our heads that you were like a track goddess! I don't necessarily think you're a track goddess but you definitely have the looks of one. Anyways I'll stop rambling and introduce to the track coach." Talion says knocking on the door of Coach Crowley's office.
The door opens and a fit woman with short light blonde hair is standing in the doorway with a smile on her face.
"Oh my gosh I can not believe you are going to be on my team this year! Oh come sit down so we can chat." Coach Crowley says.
"I need to get to class but I'll see you soon Gardener." Talion says unlinking arms with Mackenzie.
"Ok thank you Talion." Mackenzie says trying to hide the bright pink blush growing on her face.
"She's a charmer huh?" Coach says noticing the blush on Mackenzies face. "Yeah, um what grade is she in?" Mackenzie says. Coach Crowley laughs.
"She a Sophomore, don't worry you've still got a chance." Coach Crowley says. The first bell rings and Mackenzie makes her way to her first class. When she gets there she's surprised when she sees Talion's smile.
"Mackenzie come sit! This is my best friend Nevaeh shes angel!" Talion says.
"I thought you were a sophomore how are we in the same class.
"You must be really smart new girl." Nevaeh says.
"I guess I am.." Mackenzie laughs nervously, a little intimidated by the sophomores surrounding her. Talion could sense that Mackenzie was nervous just from her body language. Talion rests her hand on Mackenzie's, looking at her with a comforting smile
"relax Gardener it's all good." Talion says in a low husky voice that made chills roll down Mackenzie's spine. After class Nevaeh pulled Mackenzie aside from a second.
"You have a crush on Talion don't you?" Nevaeh asks
Mackenzie blushes
"maybe... but you can't say anything. Oh god this feels wrong but yet so right, I'm just nervous because I mean..I've never had a crush on a girl before!!" Mackenzie panics
"Hey hey Mackenzie relax, there's nothing wrong about having feelings for a girl and yes it's going to be confusing at times but if it's meant to be then it'll be." Nevaeh says trying to calm Mackenzie down. The bell rings for lunch and Mackenzie immediately looks for Casey in the large crowd of people.
"Mack! Over here!" Casey shouts waving at Mackenzie. The younger Gardener quickly walks over to where her sister was sitting and gave her a huge hug.
"I love being at the same school as you Casey!" Mackenzie says happily.
"I do too! Anyways how has your day been so far?" Casey asks.
"It's been great! If I'm being completely honest I think I was made for prep school." Mackenzie says.
"Why do you think that?" Casey asks.
"Well first of all I look hot as hell in this uniform, second of all look around, this place is filled with nerds! I fit in Casey, for once in my life I have more than two friends and I'm finally in classes that actually challenge me!"Mackenzie says.
"I'm really happy for you baby but it looks like you've got a secret admire." Casey says with a smirk. Mackenzie whips her head around to see Talion staring at her, biting her bottom lip. Mackenzies face turns bright red and she quickly looks away. What was happening to her for so long she's had this perfect fantasy of marrying a handsome boy and living happily ever after but the way Talion made her feel was almost unexplainable, even when Mackenzie hears her name she gets butterflies in her stomach and she's never even felt that way about a boy.
"I um.. I gotta go to the bathroom, I'll see you later Case!" Mackenzie shouts picking up her backpack and running out of the lunchroom. Little did she know someone was following her. Mackenzie runs until she's reached the track and without stopping she throws her backpack to the ground and starts sprinting around the track.
"HEY GARDENER! Stop you're gonna make yourself pass out." A voice shouts.
Mackenzie stops and looks towards the voice. It was Izzie.
"You ok Gardener?" Izzie asks
"Y-yeah I'm f-fine just getting a little extra practice in." Mackenzie lies. She was in fact not ok, not even a little bit. She was confused and somewhat angry that she couldn't figure out why Talion made her feel so weird.
"You sure, because you left the lunch room like there was a heard of tigers chasing you?" Izzie asks. Mackenzie sighs,
"Ok so maybe I'm not ok but why would you even care? Don't you like hate me or something?" Mackenzie asks
"I might not like you but that doesn't mean I'm a bad person. I still have feelings and sympathy." Izzie says
"Well I'm gonna keep running so.." Mackenzie says.
"Nah ah ah! You're gonna sit down next to me, catch your breath and tell me why you ran off so quickly." Izzie says.
Mackenzie groans and sits down next to Izzie reluctantly. 
"There's this girl, my tour guide, that is making me feel all weird but like not in a bad way just in a way I'm not used to a girl making me feel. Ya know?" Mackenzie says
"It sounds like you have a bit of a crush on this girl, am I right?" Izzie asks.
"You see that's the thing I don't know because yes is she drop dead gorgeous and would I kiss her if given the chance, of course but would I be lying if I said I wasn't confused by the way she makes me feel, also of course I would! It's just so complicated! I can't get the image of my lips on hers out of my head! Which is what scares me because I have never and when I say never I mean NEVER felt this way about anyone let only another girl! I'm just scared that people are going to find out that I'm some lesbo girl and then it'll be junior high all over again! I can't go through that again Izzie I just can't!" Mackenzie explains getting increasingly upset the more she says. "Hey listen Gardener, no one is going to find out and if they do then so what, it's not like you don't have an army of girls behind you that want to protect you with every bone and muscle in their body." Izzie says putting a hand on Mackenzies shoulder. Mackenzies eyes fill with tears and she tries not to cry.
"Let it out, Gardener. It's ok I won't tell anyone." Izzie says. With that Mackenzie broke down in tears, falling deeper and deeper into Izzie's body.
"Oh Mackenzie it's ok. You're ok. I've got you." Izzie says, tightly wrapping her arms around Mackenzie's small figure.
"I wish my stupid life wasn't so complicated." Mackenzie says, sniffing.
"Hey your life is not stupid! You go to a prep academy, you're an incredibly amazing track runner, and as much as I hate to say it you're really frickin cool. I know this is complicated but you'll figure this out, now come on you're gonna be late for 6th period." Izzie says standing up and extending her hand out towards Mackenzie with a soft smile. Mackenzie grabs Izzie's hand with a saddened smile.
"Cheer up Kenz, I'm here for you alright?" Izzie asks.
"You're sweet Iz." Mackenzie says, playfully nudging Izzie's side.
"Yeah whatever." Izzie laughs. Izzie walks Mackenzie to her class but before she walks away she gives Mackenzie her phone number.
"Use it whenever you want." Izzie says letting go of Mackenzies hand. "Thanks Izzie. You're pretty frickin cool too." Mackenzie says before walking into class.
"Mackenzie thank god you're ok!" Talion says engulfing Mackenzie in a hug. Butterflies flooded Mackenzies stomach.
"I'm sorry I ran off I had to grab something from my locker." Mackenzie says.
"Well you scared me! I thought something was wrong." Talion says slightly upset.
"Hey listen I'm ok I promise you don't have to worry about me. I'm a big girl I can handle it, Tal." Mackenzie says with a flirty smile on her face. Talion's face turns bright red and she looks down at her feet.
"I made you nervous didn't I Tal?" Mackenzie says feeling a boost if confidence from Talion's reaction. Talion's breath was shaky and she was visibly flustered. Mackenzie was proud of herself not only did she flirt successfully but she flirted with her crush.
"I-I'll um... I" Talion stutters and with that Talion was gone she ran faster than Mackenzie did at lunch.
"What's up with Talion? I just saw her running down the hall into the field house locker room." Nevaeh asks.
"I was just flirting with her but I don't really know what happened, I'll go check on her." Mackenzie says leaving the classroom. Mackenzie walks into the locker room and hears a slight whimper coming for a stall.
"Talion? I'm sorry if I came off so strong I was just.. I got really comfortable talking to you and.." Mackenzie suddenly stopped when she heard Talion moan her name.
"oh my god.." Mackenzie whispers quickly leaving the bathroom.
"Oh my god! Oh my fucking god!" Mackenzie shouts when she gets out of the bathroom. She runs back to class to tell Nevaeh what just happened.
"Nevaeh! hallway now!"Mackenzie says grabbing Nevaeh's arm.
"What's going on? Is Talion ok?" Nevaeh asks.
"Oh yeah she's ok she's uh just having some fun you know?" Mackenzie says nervously laughing
"what do you mean."  Nevaeh asks. "She was masturbating!" Mackenzie whisper screams.
"SHE WAS MASTURBATING?!" Nevaeh shouts.
"Shut up, shut up! Yes she was masturbating and she was moaning my name! MY NAME NEVAEH! This is not good dude I can't let her fall for me I've never dated anyone before! I don't even know if I'm gay or not, Nev!" Mackenzie panics.
"Hey hey ok relax, that's good isn't it? You like her, she obviously likes you so just don't worry about it too much and definitely don't bring up that you walked in on her sexual fantasy." Nevaeh says.
"Well duh I'm not an idiot Nevaeh, but what if she heard me walk into the locker room?" Mackenzie asks.
"I doubt she would continue to masturbate and not to mention moan your name if she heard you walk in DIPSHIT!" Nevaeh says flicking Mackenzies forehead. Mackenzie furrows her brow and gives Nevaeh a stern, slightly intimidating look. Moving closer Mackenzie looks Nevaeh in eyes
"Never again will that happen got it?" Mackenzie says in a deep breathy voice.
"Y-yes ma'am." Nevaeh stammers. "Good girl, now class." Mackenzie says softening her facial expression and backing away from Nevaeh. Mackenzie turns around to see Talion standing behind her with a smirk on her face. "What?" Mackenzie ask with a confused smile.
"That was so hot.." Talion says under her breath.
"What was that, Tal?" Mackenzie asks. "Oh um nothing I'll see you back in class." Talion says quickly walking to the classroom. All throughout the rest of the day Mackenzie felt eyes on her in every class and every time she looked to see who it was she saw Talion's slightly flushed face. It made Mackenzie feel so good about herself, she's never had someone staring at her for a good reason so this was a nice change for her. At the end of the day Mackenzie made her way to the track for practice. On her way she quite literally ran into someone causing her to trip over her own feet and fall on top of the person she ran into and into the grass. Mackenzie moves her hair out of her eyes and sees that she practically straddling none other than Talion. No one said anything the two kind of just stared at each other as the small space between them caused sexual tension to form in the air. Talion stares longingly into Mackenzies Carmel colored eyes with an evident pink tint on her cheeks. Mackenzie snapped herself back into reality and started to get off of Talion but she didn't get very far. Talion grabbed Mackenzie's upper arm and pulled her back down closing that space between them. Mackenzie was shocked at first, she had just met this girl and they were already kissing. Despite Mackenzies confusion she didn't pull away, in fact she pulled Talion closer and sat up a little to make it more comfortable. As Izzie approaches the field she stop dead in her tracks and smiles at the interaction before quickly moving along. At this point the kiss had gotten much steamier. Mackenzies hands were exploring every inch of Talion's body and Talion's tongue was exploring every inch of Mackenzies mouth. Coach Crowley looks over at the girls passionately kissing and smiles a little before remembering that she had to start practice.
"Casey go tell your little sister to stop sucking Talion's face and get over here." Coach Crowley says pointing at the Mackenzie and Talion. Casey glances over in the direction for just a second before she has to do a double take.
"Oh hot damn.." Izzie mumbles to herself. Casey glares at Izzie before awkwardly making her over to the her sister.
"U-Um Talion, Mackenzie? Sorry to interrupt whatever it happening but uh coach is starting practice now." Casey says and quickly walking away from the uncomfortable situation. Mackenzie and Talion's lips fully disconnect and the two of them just stare at each other, trying to catch their breath.
"We should go." Talion say standing up.
"Yeah just um- tell coach I ran to the bathroom. I'll be right back." Mackenzie says. Talion nods and watches Mackenzie run towards the building. She walks over to the track and all eyes shift to her.
"Where'd little Gardener go, Andrews?" Coach asks.
"Oh she ran to the bathroom. She said she'd be right back." Talion says. Mackenzie paces around the bathroom in a complete panic. She had no idea what just happened or why she liked it so much, all she knew was she was in a lot of trouble...
