Lisa quickly went back to the hospital while crying, she didn't even know what she was going to do at this time when she entered the hospital, she immediately went to the emergency room, she saw her family and friends still standing and waiting outside the emergency room so he approached them while she was crying as soon as they saw Lisa they immediately approached her.

Lisa's friends don't know why she is crying again, they thought she was already fine when she left but they were wrong and Lisa also told her not to follow her so they became complacent and let Lisa be alone for now

They didn't think that when she came back, they would see Lisa like this, they knew that Lisa's situation is difficult right now, especially that her father is still in the middle of surgery and no one knows what the result will be, they are all worried about her, especially her Lisa's mother and of course jennie so they confronted her.

"Where is Somi?, I need to see her" Lisa asked them, She almost got choked from crying

"She's not here Lisa" Her friends said Lisa shook her head as she continued to cry, Lisa's mother and jennie approached her

"Why? Lisa?" Her mother askes but the thai girl tried to open her mouth but no words came out

"Lisa, sweetie listen to me, there's nothing we can do, your dad is already in the middle of surgery and the doctor will be out in a few minutes." Her mother added then lisa shook her head

"Mom, you don't understand me!," The thai girl said which made them flinch.

"Then let me understand you!, tell us what's happening to you." Lisa's mother reply then lisa just cry

"Dad's donor is Somi, M-my girlfriend" The thai girl sob which made them all shocked

"She volunteered to donate her heart, I don't know why she did it, because I didn't see any reason why she had to volunteer to be dad's donor" She added lisa's friends was speechless

"She has a reason why she did that,."Seulgi suddenly said which made them all look at her specially lisa jeongyeon was about to stop Seulgi but bambam hold her arm.

"Then tell me what is the reason?!." The thai girl ask Seulgi look down her throat went dry and let her tears fall

"S-she has a brain tumor, she only has one month left to live but today is her last day." The thai girl cried after she heard the news.

"Is it true? " Lisa ask in calm tone but her friends knew her they gulp and look down

"I'm asking you is it true?" Lisa ask again then she clenched her fist when she saw her all friends nodding their heads

"Why didn't you tell me about this?! I trusted you all and considered you my own brothers and sisters " She burst out Lisa's mother she hug lisa

"Sorry, Lisa " They said in unison

"No matter how many times you apologize, Somi's life will never come back!, you are all selfish!" Lisa said her friemds just cried

"We want to tell you everything but Somi herself told us not to tell you, she also told her parents not to tell you because she wants to be the one to tell you when she has the courage to tell you about her illness, she can't see you hurting and crying in front of her." Seulgi said then lisa suddenly approached her and hold her collar

"But that's still not enough to not tell me about this, you are so selfish!," Seulgi just looking at the thai girl she can see Lisa's eyes full of anger and sadness

"You too all of you my friends are selfish" This time lisa let go of seulgi's collar

"Because I didn't even know that my girlfriend has that disease, I didn't even do anything and I didn't even take care of her properly as her girlfriend I'm such a useless person." Her friends look at her they also can't stop crying

"I didn't even know that she has been suffering from her illness for a long time, it's all my fault too"

"I was careless" The thai girl mumble

"Lisa, believe us or not, we had no idea about Somi being a donor" Bambam said tha thai girl cried while hugging her knees

Lisa just ignored what bambam said she also thinks that nothing will happen if they keep fighting, on the other hand, jennie is just looking at lisa, this is the first time she's seen the thai girl cry, so she can't help but cry too.

She was about to approach Lisa to confront her but suddenly the door of the emergency room opened which made them all stand up and the doctor came out.

"How is my husband doc?" Lisa's mother asked nervously the doctor just look at her and smile

"He is doing well now, we need to move him to another room first so he can rest properly" Doctor said  causing them all sigh in relief

"When will he wake up?" Nayeon ask

"Maybe three days or it will take a week before he wakes up" He responds they just nodd

"Thank you doc" Mrs Manoban said

"So excuse me I'll go first." The doctor he bow befor he left the thai girl stood up

"Aren't you happy darling that your father is doing well?" Lisa's mother ask Lisa sigh and hug her mother

"I'm happy" She mumble

"But I los't her mom,...F-forever" She cry then her mom also cried while rubbing lisa's back

"Ssshh it's okay sweetie" Lisa shook her head and pulled out the hug

"I'm just going somewhere, mom, don't wait for me." Lisa said Mrs Manoban was about to say something but the thai girl was already left.

Fast forward

Lisa left without even saying where she was going when she got out of the hospital she quickly got into her car and went to Somi's house It's already 10 at night when she arrived at her girlfriend's house. She parked the car before she went out,.when she got inside the house she saw Somi's parents in the living room hugging each other while crying.

The couple noticed lisa's presence so they pulled out the hugged and they looked at lisa when they saw her they stood up and hugged her.

"Sweetie, forgive us if we didn't tell you about Somi " Somi's dad said the thai girl nod while crying

"It's okay Mom, Dad.. It's also my fault that I didn't take good care of her, I blame myself for losing Somi,..sorry " Lisa cried The couple shook their heads

"No,.. No it's not your fault lisa, look we tried to stop her and begged her but she didn't listen to us, she told us that she wanted to rest her body is getting weaker little by little,..even against our will we agreed, as somi's parents we don't want to see our daughter suffering from her illness" Somi's mom said while crying

"I'm so sorry mom, dad" Lisa sobb the couple wiped lisa's tear

"It's already fine lis" They smile the thai just nod

"Mom, Dad can i go to Somi's room before i left?" Tge couple they look each othee before they nod

Lisa immediately went upstairs and went straight to Somi's room. When she got inside, she closed the door before looking around. She couldn't stop crying when she suddenly remembered her memories with her girlfriend inside the room she sat on the bed while crying, when she saw the piece of paper on the side of the bed she took it and read the letter.

Dear, Lisa

Hi babe, I don't know why I am writing this, because I really hope that this letter never gets to you, because if it does that means I am dead. It also means I never had time to show you just how much I really did love you.

You have shown me what love is and what it feels like to be loved. Every time you kissed me and our lips touched so softly, I could feel it. I got the same magical feeling as our first kiss. I could feel it when our hearts get so close they are beating as one.

You are the beat of my heart, the soul in my body; you are me, because without you I am nothing. I love you, Lisa, you are my girlfriend, my Girlfriend and my best friend.

You are the person I know I could turn to when I needed help - you are the person I looked at when I needed to smile and you are the person I went to when I needed a hug. When I am away, it is like I have left my soul at your side.

You have shown me how to live and you have shown me how to be truly happy. I want you to know that every time I smile, you have put it there. You make me smile when others can't, you make me feel warm when I am cold.

You have shown me so much love and so much more. I want you to know how much you mean to me. You are my whole world and I love you with all my heart. You are my happiness.

Every night I spent away I had a photo of you on my headboard. Each night I would go to bed, kiss my fingers then touch your face.

I put the photo over my bed so you could look over me as I slept. Well, now it is my turn to look over you as you sleep and keep you safe in your dreams. I will always be looking over you to make sure you're safe.

Lisa, I want to say something and I mean this more than I ever did before. You were the love of my life, the girl of my dreams. Just because I have passed away does not mean I am not with you. I'll always be there looking over you, keeping you safe.

So whenever you feel lonely, just close your eyes and I'll be there, right by your side.

I felt as if my heart would stop beating, and my lungs would exhale their last breath at any moment. My stomach clenches, and I want to scream when I’m not with you. I’m not sure how many times I picked up the phone or considered calling you before writing this letter. I loved you, and I knew you loved me as well.

Forgive me for my actions, words, and thoughts, and live a peaceful and harmonious life. I pray for you to be happy from the bottom of my heart. I only want the best for you, and I know I’ll never be able to provide it. I never intended for things to turn out this way, and I will always wish you well in life.

Lisa cried and sat on the floor when she read the letter that Somi wrote to her, she couldn't imagine that her beloved girlfriend was gone, she hugged her knee and continued to cry on the other side, the two couples were watching lisa while they were crying silently.

"If I can only do something, my love, I will take care of you and give you everything that I couldn't give when you were alive. I blamed myself for losing you." Lisa said in her own thought

"I'm so sorry babe, see you in another life" She mumble
