oml, hi guys, im so sorry. I spent most of my time in hospital so I couldn't add to this, a day was for my eye and all the rest was a serious injury. I fractured my hip due to doing quads and was in severe pain. im back now, and I can't do quads for probably 2-3 months. that's only a presumption and I hope I will heal quicker. no one is really reading this, therefore I won't write much. if you are reading, please leave a comment or something. thank you so much.
