Note: Before you read, I gotta explain something first about this chapter. So when a mate takes too long to find their mate, bad luck will fall upon them until they can find their mate. The bad luck can happen in every way, even in death which would be worse because that means the other mate would suffer as well while they are trying to find their mate but not realizing that their mate could be dead. Third POV:

Jungkook hugs tightly behind Y/n, which slightly surprises her since she's not used to being hugged by others. Mr. Choi inhales and exhales his breath "Kook, do you remember your old man?" He would ask sweetly, Jungkook on the other hand slightly nods his head. Mrs. Choi expression changed from losing all hope to having a little hope spark inside of her "S-so, you do remember us? Then, why do you keep avoiding us?" Mrs. Choi waited for an answer, as the room was filled with silence. Jungkook took a step beside Y/n "W-well, It's kinda hard to explain.. I-I have..." Jungkook trails off because he wasn't ready to tell them that he has multiple mates. Y/n pats Jungkook on the back "It's okay, I'm here for you" Y/n whispers to him before pulling back, Jungkook looks at Mr. Choi and Mrs. Choi before blurting out "I-I have six mates! A-and.. They are really possessive, they don't like me being with other people... so I-I had to stay away from you guys, to make my mates happy. So that, t-they don't have to follow everywhere I go..." Jungkook then took a breath after saying everything he wanted to say, Mr. Choi and Mrs. Choi was shocked at first but smiles while they both gave Jungkook a soft look "We get it now, but please visit us when you can. We miss you, but we won't stop you and your mates. We want you to be happy, but you seem like you are suffering.." Mr. Choi looks at how skinny Jungkook was "I-It's hard.. To live as a stray. Some of my mates are hurt, so it's hard to gather food since a bunny like me... Don't hunt that well." Jungkook starts tearing up, as he just couldn't stand his mates being hurt emotionally and physically. Y/n hesitated a little, as she doesn't really do this but hugs Jungkook anyways "Hey, how about I come and visit where you guys are at? I'll have to gather up some ingredients for Mr. Choi's request, but I'll also bring a med kit along while you show me the way" Y/n felt tears go onto her shirt "T-thank you" Jungkook hugs Y/n back before pulling away "I will have to go back to my mates, before they think I went missing or got kidnapped" Jungkook chuckles a bit at the thought, before running out of the shop while waving goodbye to everyone. Y/n waves back before speaking to the two lovebirds "Now that you have seen Jungkook and know why he keeps avoiding you guys, you can now sleep peacefully. I can do the rest myself like feeding, helping their wounds, and if they are sick" Y/n gave them a reassuring smile knowing that they would both blow up on her about how they could also help as well, Y/n shoos them out of the shop "Now, go back to you home. I'll call you guys again if I need anything or when your request is done" She quickly closes the door and made her way to the back room. 

Y/n stops for a second 'Wait a minute.. I LEFT MY BASKET OUT BACK AT THE FOREST! I'll just use my broom to fly back where I left it' Y/n quickly grabs her broom, opens her back door as she flies thorough the sky. She flies up high to get a good lay out of the forest, thats when she saw her basket nearby the bush that was growing golden flowers on it. But there was a figure of some sort of animal but also have human features as well 'Maybe thats another hybrid, they don't have bunny ears like Kookie's..' She flew down as quickly as she can to grab her basket before the hybrid could even touch it. Once she grabbed her basket she took a good look at the hybrid 'A-a tiger?' She snaps out of her thoughts once the tiger hybrid starts growling at her "Who are you! What are you going to do with that basket, filled with weird items in there?!" They quickly try to pounce Y/n, but she moves up a little more to the point the tiger hybrid can't even reach up her "I'm a witch, I'm brewing something for someone special. I just happen to leave my basket here because I got distracted, now if you excuse me. I'll get going" She quickly flew her way back to the shop as the tiger hybrid yowls her something that she couldn't hear. Once she made it back to the shop, she quickly got off of her broom and went inside "Whew.. That was a close one." Y/n slides down the door as she just slept out of exhaustion, since she used so much stamina to fly around on her broom. Y/n isn't like the other witches who can fly around their broom whenever they want, she couldn't do it because she haven't unlocked her potential of flying yet. Y/n took one more look around the shop before her eyelids closed, as she drifts off into sleep mode.

??? POV:

'Dang it! She got away, she must be the one that Kookie has been with. The scent smells the same...' I took one more good look at the bushes before running back to the den, once I came back I got a surprise hug from Hobi "TaeTae! You're back! What took you so long?" He pouts at me while I giggled at him "Well.. I got a little side tracked by someone" I quickly looked at Kookie who was cuddling with Jimin before facing back at Hobi "Who was it? You kinda smell different.." Hobi's expression changed from happy to serious. I laughed it off, but knew that I had to tell him anyways "It was a witch, I've never took the chance to ask her for her name since I kinda... got riled up" I gave Hobi a derpy smile "A witch? Do you think that might be the person Kookie has been with today?" He tilts his head to the side. I nodded "I think so, she have the same scent that came off of Kookie. Although.." I paused for a second "Not gonna lie, I like the smell of her scent..." I showed off my famous boxy smile. Hobi looks at me with jealousy as if someone is taking me away from him but then switched to a guilty face "I-I'm not gonna lie either.. Her scent smells nice" He looks away in defeat. I was gonna speak again until Namjoon interrupted us "Can I speak with you Tae?" I quickly nodded and walked alongside with Namjoon while waving Hobi goodbye, once we were outside by the side of the den he turns to me "You said it was a witch, right?" He waited for a confirmation if it's true "Yes, it was a witch. Why'd you ask?" I gave him a stern look "Do you think, it might be.." Namjoon stops himself a gave me a unsure look, I quickly gave him a hug "It's okay, it's not like I'll leave you forever if you said something wrong" I spoke in a soft voice before pulling back. He gave me his dimple smile and continues on with what he was gonna say "Tae.. Do you think she might be our mate?" I stood in shock before I snarled at the thought of it "Why do you think that? She's not even a hybrid!" I quickly stopped myself and gave him a sorry look "Well the scent.. It smells really nice, another thing is how some of us are wounded while a few of us are malnourished. I feel like that might be the bad luck falling upon us, as if something is telling us that we have another mate to look for..." He looks away from me to look at something else from afar "How can you be sure? How can you prove that she's our mate?" I was confused, everything was just too much for me to process "I got a feeling that Jungkook might go back to the witch girl, so if he does. We will follow him and see how that will goes" Namjoon stops me from speaking "I have already told the rest about it, I just need to tell Hobi and we are all set" I nodded while he took his finger off of my lips. We both walked back into the den where everyone was sleeping expect for Hobi, Namjoon whispers something into Hobi's ear and then follows him outside. I sighed before snuggling Jungkook who was snuggling Jimin 'If she is, we can't stop it' I look around the see the rest of my mates sleeping before I went off to sleep as well.

Time Skip (The Next Day 6:01)

I slightly woke up to the feeling of someone's hand sliding off of them, I knew then that it might be Jungkook leaving to see that witch girl. Once the sound of his foot steps where gone, I woke up and saw that Namjoon and Jin both woke up as well "We need to wake the others up quickly before we lose him" Namjoon quickly whispers. All three of us woke up everyone else, although waking up Yoongi was one of the harder ones to wake up "Let's go guys, we don't have time to just sit on the floor" Everybody nodded and moves outside of the den sniffing for Jungkook's scent. Once we got his scent we followed it to see where it leads us to, I was kinda worry about this but if this is what can prove that she is our mate then so be it.

Y/n POV:

I perk my head up to the sound of knocking down at my back door, once I opened the door I see Jungkook giving me a bunny smile "Oh! I almost forgot, let me get my things ready" I quickly move away from the door while grabbing the materials I needed as Jungkook just stood there awkwardly. Once I was done grabbing what I needed, I went back to Jungkook "Okay Kookie, let's go" He nods his head and showed me the way while I quickly locked my back door before following alongside him "So.. Could you tell me a little bit about your mates? If you don't mind" I smiled awkwardly at him "Sure! Hm... Well, Joonie tends to break a lot of things easily. But he knows well and he is pretty good with leadership, while Jinnie is good at cooking food! But he doesn't have the right utensils to cook more food, Jiminie and TaeTae likes to cuddle a lot so we often have to give them a lot of attention than others. Yoongi usually sleeps a lot while giving off a cold aura, but all of us know that deep inside that he is mushy and cute. Lastly, Hobi is like our sunshine! He helps cheer everyone up whenever one of us is down, he never let anything get to him other than someone being close to us. Remember what I said to you about all of them?" Jungkook turns his head to look at me "Yes, I remember. I'll try and remember not to keep you that long" I giggled a little bit as Jungkook also giggled along with me. My witch senses quickly stops me as I realize that there was an ingredient I needed close by "Wait there for a second Kookie, I'll have to grab something quick before we continue" He slowly nods his head while tilting his head to the side. Once I left, I went to look for the ingredient I needed because I didn't want to leave him there by himself for too long.

Jungkook POV:

I stood there watching where she took off, I was kinda sad as I couldn't have a strong whiff of her scent anymore. But I shook my head to notice that I could smell my mate's scent as well 'Could they be spying on me?' I turn to where my mate's scent lead to a bush "You guys? Are you here, I can smell you guys you know.." I made a pout on my face, suddenly Jimin and Tae both came out of the bushes snuggling me "What are you guys doing here?" I asked them. They both stood still while the rest came out of the bushes "Well, I had a feeling that you would go off and meet that witch girl again" Namjoon gave me a guilty look. I sighed "She's just going along with me because she wanted to help with your guys wounds and hungriness" My bunny ears perks up realizing that Y/n was coming back. But before we could do anything, she spotted us while we all froze on the spot.

Y/n POV:

Once I finished collecting what I needed I quickly pace back to where I left Jungkook, but once I got there I saw him with six other hybrids as they all froze while looking at me "U-um.. Who are you guys? Are you guys Jungkook's mates?" I would ask, but none of them responded. Jungkook finally broke the silence "Yeah, they are my mates." He quickly responded "Oh! Then, nice to meet you?" I was kinda awkward around them since I've never been with this many guys with just me, because I usually have my friend around so I can stay calm and not shake in my boots "Nice meeting you, I'm Taehyung. Although my mates usually call me either Tae or TaeTae" He gave me a boxy smile "Nice to meet you Taehyung, I'm Y/n and sometimes my friend would call me N/n" I felt a little bit at ease "D-do you think I can.. cuddle you?" Tae looks away while playing around with the rocks underneath him with his dirty shoes, I was shocked at first with the sudden request but then nodded "Sure you can, I don't mind it. It'll just take awhile for me to get use to" Once I finished my sentence, Tae shot his head up with a excited expression on his face while he ran to give me a tight hug. The others expect for Jungkook looks at each other unsure what to do or what to say about this I mean, yeah.. They are jealous but at the same time not? I pulled Tae off of me "Okay, that's enough hug for the day. I have a job to do you know, and I was following Jungkook to help and take care of you guys" I rummaged through my basket to take out the med kit "Now, it will only sting a little" I went up to the panther hybrid giving him a reassuring look before cleaning his wounds, he would growl at me but then just give me a cold stare after I finish up patching his wound "Can I get your name?" I waited for a response but no response came out, so I just shrugged it off and went to the next hybrid. The panther hybrid then quickly responds "Yoongi.." As he stared off into the distance, I smiled at him before going to the next hybrid. I went up to a calico cat hybrid, I observed his wounds and saw that he had a gash on his arm and a couple of scratches on his face "U-um are you" I got cut off by a wolf hybrid "Just get it over with, It'll be more harder to get it done if your stalling or heisting instead of doing it right away. Just ignore our hissing and growls, it just.. Stings so we react to it but we won't attack you" I nodded and cleaned the calico cat's wound, although he did hiss at me which kinda scared me because everything was awkwardly quiet around here. Once I patched it up, I stood up "What's your name, you don't have to tell me right now. I just wanted to get to know Kookie's mates more" I had a soft smile creeping up on my face, the calico cat was guarded at first but soften his gaze "J-Jimin" He quietly mutters out. I scratched behind his ears in the heat of the moment, but quickly realized what I was doing "Oh! Umm... I'm sorry, I just did it in the heat of the moment.." I looked away from Jimin to look for the next hybrid to patch up, as I heard Jimin who was quietly laughing behind me. I turn to look at a golden retriever who seem to have just a couple of scratches on his face and his neck, from what the wolf hybrid said I quickly took actions to clean his wound and patched it up but he seems to be well behaved although he did growl a little "Okay! We are finally done. Kookie, can you bring them to my shop? I'll give you guys food, once I'm done gathering a few more things around the area" Jungkook nods at me and pushes a few of his mates towards my shop "Oh! Here's the key to the door!" I threw the key at Jungkook, he caught the key and gave me his bunny smile once more. After they left I looked around the area for what I needed 'Hmm, I swear I saw it around here..' I moved forward, but tried to be quick since I know that I'll be having some guests over at my shop that'll be waiting for me.

Third POV:

Hoseok turns to look at Jungkook "Kookie, are you sure we can trust that girl? What if she's just like the rest?! She might just be putting on a nice act to reel us into her trap!" Before he could say anymore, Jungkook puts a finger over his mouth "I've been with her a little bit longer than you guys, and I know for sure that she isn't like that. At least I think so.." Jin then bumps into the conversation "Well if you think so, then we can't trust your words until we see her true colors" Jungkook sighs, but Jimin came in the cheer Jungkook up "I trust her" He smiles at him. Once they made it to the shop Tae snatched the key from Jungkook and opens the door, Tae quickly ran inside to check the shop out "Tae!" Jungkook pouts at him while Tae sticks his tongue at him "You were being slow, so I took the chance to get inside faster" He just shrugs and looks at a few potions that were on the shelves. Namjoon was gonna touch one of the potions of the shelves until Jin slaps his hand "We are in a strangers place, and I know you would probably end up breaking the bottle once you touch it" Everyone else started laughing, Namjoon looks at everyone with embarrassment but laughed along as well. When everything calmed down Jungkook showed them the second floor (If you didn't know, her shop have two floors. The first floor is where she work and put up her potions and herbs up for sell, while the second floor is where she can take care of herself and live in the shop. Also, her shop isn't that small if any of you guys imagined that.)

Jin ran into the kitchen, Yoongi paced towards one of the guest room while the rest was just smelling Y/n's sweet scent. Jungkook got closer the Y/n's room and opens the door to jump on her bed "It gives me nice memories when I first met Y/n" While he was snuggling into the pillow that was filled with Y/n's scent "Wow, you're giving a pillow more attention than us" Hoseok jokingly said while pouting. They were gonna explore around more, until they heard someone coming into the shop "Who's that?" Namjoon perks his ears up "That's probably Y/n" Yoongi came into Y/n's room like a zombie where the rest were at except for Jin. Everybody kept their guards up until they saw Y/n's long hair (if you have short hair, then imagine yourself with short hair) Jungkook got up to hug Y/n before pulling away "I'm sorry.. It just reminds me of what happened yesterday and-" Y/n shakes her head "No it's fine.. Besides, I'm already getting comfortable with you guys around here" She pets Jungkook's ears as Jungkook taps his feet on the wooden floor, Y/n's gaze soften even more and she felt at home since she was just getting bored of being lonely lately. But all that moment was ruined by a big sound from the kitchen "Let's go check it out" Everyone nodded as they follow behind Y/n to the kitchen, when they made it they saw Jin looking at everyone with a surprise pikachu face "Y/n! I-I'm sorry, I-I didn't mean too.. I j-just!" Y/n shakes her head "It's fine, I sometimes drop things too." She went to pick up the pot that was dropped onto the floor "You guys can do what you want, just don't break my herbs or potions. I'll call you guys once lunch is done" Everyone scattered away expect for Jin, he went up to Y/n while looking at her shyly with his broad shoulders tensed up "Do you mind if I help you.." He fidgeted with his fingers "Of course, the more the merrier. Right?" Jin's broad shoulders slightly went down while grabbing a pot. Jin was cutting the carrots until he accidentally cut his finger a little "Are you okay Jin? You should be careful when holding a knife you know" Y/n went to one of the cabinets and grabbed out a bandage to put it on Jin. While Y/n was putting the bandage on Jin, she felt weird 'Wait, why am I already feeling comfortable around these guys? I don't like being alone with a guy unless one of my girl friends were here.. But they make me feel safe. Why?' Y/n was completely daze as Jin over here was trying to get her attention "Hello? Y/n? Are we still cooking or are we not anymore?" Jin waves his hand in front of Y/n's face "Huh..? I'm sorry, I got side tracked. Let's continue cooking or else the food we made will get burned" Y/n quickly shakes her head and went to check the stove, while Jin continues to chop the carrots with caution this time. 

Time Skip (2:47 PM)

Once they all finished with their food, Y/n got up from her chair to stack the plates up so she could put them into the sink "You guys can go play or cuddle with each other, whatever you guys do on your free time. Just don't break anything or do anything dangerous" Everyone yells out an 'okay' or 'yes ma'am!' While they rush out of the kitchen, the only person that decided to stay was Taehyung. Y/n turns her head towards him "Are you okay Tae? Do you need something?" Tae shakes his head "No.. I just wanted to know if you needed help, I feel bad that your doing all of this by yourself.." He looks down at the floor with a guilty look on his face "Don't feel bad Tae, I do this all the time. I usually work by myself with no help, but if you want to then nobody is stopping you" Y/n turns her head back at the sink where she was focusing on washing the dishes "Okay then! I'll help you!" Tae ran over to the sink and takes the dishes that had soap on it to rinse it out with water. Once all the dishes were washed Y/n was wiped out, she don't usually do this much work in one day unless she is doing a request "Thanks for the help Tae" Y/n was gonna walk away until he went over to grab Y/n's wrist "I want to get a prize because I helped you" He would pout at her, she chuckles a bit before responding back "Okay, okay. What is it? This was kinda sudden, so you can choose the prize. Just gotta be something I can do" Y/n felt a tug and suddenly felt a warmth from Tae's chest. Y/n's face suddenly went from normal to beat red, they both stood in the kitchen as Tae was hugging Y/n until he finally pulled away "Sorry! I tend to do that a lot, so you'll have to get use to it" He gave me a boxy smile "Hmph, that surprised me. But I'll get you next time" Y/n smiles back at him before leaving the kitchen to grab her basket of ingredients for the potion 'Now, I'll have to go to my brewing room and lock it so the boys won't mess me up. I'll need full on concentration while brewing' She went to the brewing room and yelled out "Okay boys! Don't come inside the brewing room! If you need me and it's an emergency, then knock on the door!" She then closed the door behind her and locked it before sighing to herself 'How am I gonna concentrate if there are seven hybrids in my shop' as she picks the ingredients out one by one before taking out a book. Y/n opens the book and adds some water into the small cauldron (She have different sizes of cauldrons depending on how many the person want)

She reads the book and adds the ingredients one by one while mixing a little in between, once she finished adding in all the ingredients she was gonna mix until she heard a quiet knock on the door 'Oh! I was so concentrated on what I was doing I totally forgot that the boys were here!' She slowly got up and slightly opens the door to see Namjoon "Hello Namjoon, what do you need?" While she opens the door a little bit more "I wanted to ask you where we should sleep" Y/n was a bit shocked at this because she thought they would run back to their den once they got everything they really needed, but guess she was wrong "Oh, I have two guest rooms. They each have a king size bed, so you guys should spilt into groups on who gets which room together" Namjoon nodded and walks away as Y/n closes the door quietly before continuing on where she stopped. She sat back down on her chair and started mixing the ingredients all together until they dissolve, that's when she added in a golden powder which changed the color making the whole room bright. Once she was done mixing, she pours the ombré colored liquid into a bottle and let it set for tonight 'I should give some herbs to Mr. Choi and Mrs. Choi as well.. maybe' Y/n sets the bottle onto her desk and went out of the room 'I should check if the guys are sleeping' Y/n went into the second guest bedroom since it was the closet to her.

 She saw Hoseok, Jimin and Jungkook all sleeping on the king size bed while snuggling each other 'Wow, I feel so single right now' As Y/n just wipes away the imaginary tears off of her face as she closes the door silently, she decided to move onto the next guest bedroom to see Taehyung, Namjoon and Jin all sleeping together 'Aww, my heart is snatched yet again. Wait.. Where's Yoongi?' She silently closes the door and went off to look for Yoongi 'The only room that have a bed is..' Y/n bursts into her room to see that she was right. There was Yoongi, just peacefully laying on her bed while he was looking at the window "Yoongi? What are you doing here?" Y/n closes the door and went to sit behind Yoongi on her bed "I, just wanted some alone time. You don't mind if I sleep here tonight?" He turns his body to look at her "N-no, I don't mind. I was just wondering why you were here instead of sleeping with your mates" She looks away with her face slightly blushing 'I've never slept with a hybrid before! At that, I've never slept with a guy!' She shook her head before slowly turning her head at Yoongi, but she suddenly got pulled into Yoongi's chest to feel warmth hitting her face "Can we just sleep, I'm tired right now.." He mumbles, Y/n nodded while blushing hardcore. At first she was gonna protest, but she would be lying if she said she wasn't tired so Y/n just went along with what Yoongi said and drift off into dreamland in his arms.

Thank you so much for reading!! I hope you guys liked it, anyways enough with that. I wanted to tell you guys that I have school coming up, so I won't be able to work a lot on this but I'll try. To be honest, I don't usually do a lot at home because I usually finish my homework or paperwork at school so I have a lot of free time back at home.
